I think the baby is real, I mean the ultra sound.... well... hmm it might as well have been a tape, but Lana has not been getting any bigger... she would have at least developed a bump by now.

Doctors don't have THAT type of technology to make an illusion of a pregnancy, but they can always show pre-recorded, not to mention that that Baby was WAY to mature for only a couple months. Or maybe she really does have a baby, but Lex has been injecting chemicals into the baby to make it almost super human.

I swear the writers like slapped every single Lexana fan in the face with Promise. I mean how am I going to ever be happy about seeing another Lexana scene knowing Lana is going to choose Clark. stare

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh the time for us Lexana fans have time to shine now!!! I loved the episode PROMISE it'll most likely be my favorite one. I have yet to see the episode Lexmas though and I'm wanting to get it.
To show you girls of the Lexana fans that I am a true fan I am working on a Lexana video for you all!!
