Oh, Chris? The spell was never removed. Yeah, he can leave whenever he wants, but if she comes face to face with him and he makes her mad, that is when she can use the spell. The spell was never keeping him there.
*Sighs and thinks of something else.*
Guys, the count down is on now.........45 days, I have 45 days before we have to be out of this house because of my mom's job.........

EDIT: Since the spell isn't worn off, can I just assume the markings are invisible? And is it detectable in any way, shape or form?

Yes, and kinda. The marks are not seen until she starts using the spell. When she is done, they are not seen until she uses it's effects again. They can only be detectable when they are seen, so once she gets angry at him and snaps her fingers, then they can been seen and very very very large amounts of pain goes through his body. If she is angry enough and uses it enough, he can be killed that way, but she has never done that to anyone she has ever used that spell on.

The only thing that can be sensed will be Aurora's powers around him at all times until she removes the spell. That and Aurora can sense him at all times too. Master/slave spell thing. The spell views anyone who wears it as a slave and anyone who placed it as the Master.
