Cody was sitting in the car when he noticed a commotion going on as he wondered what was going on but when he realized that the commotion was surrounding Kaylee, he got out of the car. He walked over, "Hey! Back off!" He informed everyone as he got them to step back, "She clearly doesnt want to answer any questions so please step back!" He stated as they did semi clear but as he made his way to her and helped escort her to the car, he just looked at them, "This is a campus people, how about you go read up about harrassment, geez." He stated more to the paparrazi, helping her into the car which once inside and when they were away, he looked at her, "You okay love?" He asked curiously to her.

He saw the police and was glad that his father had a news filter about him and probably sent them in himself if he had to guess. He heard what she said, "Why would i be upset, personally im glad im not famous. Think about it, youre going to be having people gushing over you, wanting your every word about your past, present and future. Everyone wants a piece of you but i will be the one you come home to, to hug and hold you if you had a rough day or to throw you a rope if the fans get too crazy. Youre a very down to earth girl who doesnt let fame go to her head, though you go crazy learning about all the cool things the new world and fame does have to offer, you got to this point from great grief and i want to be there supporting you." He stated sincerely believing that her being famous didnt bother him. Her having money didnt bother him either because the economy was okay for centuries. When she spoke about going home, he nodded and would drive them home. He knew for a fact that anyone who dared attempt to snoop around the apartment would find it futile. It was of course difficult to hide using some form of transport to reach their level and due to sensors, they couldnt hide either. The external windows are a special carbon type glass that basically makes the view from outside basically like looking at a wall so they didnt have to worry much about peepers. Once home, he, Mia and Kaylee would go to their home where he could tell that she had a fan base who did seem to try following her home but were swayed away.

He looked at her as she kicked off her shoes and hugged a pillow on the couch, which when she turned to look at him, he laughed a bit, "Well we stayed up til 5:30 in the morning in which we ate a bunch of junk food which was nice but them you woke up and instantly began to panic which caused you to tense up. Then you went and taught in front of a bunch of students for a couple of hours which ik not sure how that went but i assume you were probably a little tense. Then you got swarmed by people wanting to ask you about the tinest changes in your life. Now your home and you can let that tension go..." he said taking a guess, "I dont have a clue." He said jokingly as he smiled a bit, "How about this, lets stay up a bit til a better sleep time, that way if you stay up til at least 9pm, you can get your sleep schedule back a bit after our first date movie night." He said softly as he walked around and gently sat next to her.

He looked at her and nodded as he would order what she had before the last time they ordered chinese. When she sat next to him, he looked at her and thought it over, "Pretty much, i was a cop's son, no one wanted to hang out in fear of being busted for the dumb s**t we do as kids. Of course i wasnt exactly an angel, I tend to keep to myself and well, i liked to explore the old ruins. If i didnt i wouldnt have found you so Id say a little rebelion wasnt too bad." He stated softly but was trying not to hold it over her head, he knew that her being found was a blessing since she would have died out there if she hadnt been found yet it was a curse because she was woken into a new and basically foreign world. A new plus however is they were now dating which he felt was a big positive. When she said that, he lightly laughed, "Like what kind of board games would you want to play, we have access to about all of them." He stated as he figured she could pick a game.

He held her hand as she held his and smiled, "So now that you are rich, a teacher as well as a student, a famous person and you now have a boyfriend who cares deeply about you who wont go easy on you by the way." He said as he activated a holographic monopoly board on the coffee table, "Now that you have all of this, what other things do you have on your life to do list?" He asked figuring that she was still young and had visited another planet, been kidnapped which wasnt pleasant but hey, it was an experience and has been famous ever since she woke up, he was curious what else could be on the life to do list for someone as experienced already.

He heard what she said, but he looked at her as he would gently remove her hand from his for only a moment before he gently pulled her into his lap as he hugged her, gently wrapping his mechnical arms around her, "Kaylee, I want you to be happy, which means i will help fight with you and protect you til i can no longer. I will forever be at your side and be there for you, even if it means traveling to the edge of the universe to protect you. Time can try but it will take more then that to take me away from you." He promised lovingly as he meant his words but not like some crazy fan or one of the obsessed students she had. His words were that of someone who cared for her personally, not of her status or fame. He held her and smiled, "You know, if it means anything, I think that besides worrying about all the fans, you fit well in this time. Youre a very adventurous woman who loves to see all these new things, and Ill be there to show you them." He stated kindly to her, hoping to cheer her up in letting her know that she wasnt some outcast lost in this time, that maybe fate brought them together.

Cody looked at her as she rubbed her eyes but he smiled and gently held her as he knew he meant his words. He let her hold her head against his neck, letting her enjoy the time to just sit close together til they watched a movie and relaxed. As the hours became late, he found that she went to her bed and just collapsed, the day had been a bit exciting for her he guessed but he walked into the room and gently pulled her covers up for her to be warm. Sara climbed onto her charger and would begin to play the sounds she had before from Kaylee's time, which Cody agreed figuring it would be helpful to ease her into the world she resides in now. He left and got ready for the next day, which when she would wake up to the alarm times she had set for Sara. Kaylee would find Cody in the kitchen making breakfast which as he cooked, he didnt have to use heat gloves or anything thanks to his metal hands.

Cody was happy to see her awake but as she turned on then off the tv as she didnt want to hear the news about herself, he laughed a bit as he nodded, "Yeah but thats showbiz i guess... you are famous after all." He said as he thought it was nice that she called him Hunny, although it made him feel more then just her boyfriend. He was happy to hear it though as he joined her in eating breakfast.

A couple weeks passed, and they had actually grew with their relationship, he was trying to be as supportive and loving to her when she had to deal with reporters and just rough days at the campus. He made sure to drive and pick her up so she didnt have ti deal with crowds as he cordinated parking in different spots each time. It was slightly extra but it was easier then having to deal with the crowd of cameras. Cody had also been working on something private but he tried making sure that even Kaylee didnt know about it.
