 Aedus was going in circles he was totally lost, he ended up at the same wall carving he had ended up at for the third time. He sighed he really hoped he would find his way soon because he wanted to see something that was not this carving no matter how nice it looked. He wanted to look at Niamh not at this carving. Aedus grumbled and did his best not to kick something since it would be rude. Aedus sat down and took a few deep breaths to try to calm himself down. He took a drink of his water and closed his eyes.

 12: An adult chaperone has come to check on you. If you're injured, you are healed completely. If you're not injured, they remind you to eat your lunch. With her new familiar now settled in nicely in her backpack, she began to explore the place some more and found herself being stopped by a chaperone, them coming over to check on them when they had realized she had fallen into a hole earlier. With her legs checked for any scraps from the fall and any healing applied for what little she had gotten hurt from, she was then sent on her way to continue her search around the ruins. Items brought in Bag: music player, earbuds, book on Swirling Sands, fidget sphere, dried fruit snacks, notebook, writing utensils, camera, magically powered fan, warm and cold weather change of clothes, full canteen, coatl familiar

 Enomu pinned his ears back. His companions were startling at things that he couldn't see, and spooked familiars were showing up too. He set down his vespercat to put the coatl around his shoulders instead. The vesper would probably feel safer if it could escape, while the coatl might feel more secure somewhere high instead of attached to his arm.
"I'm not sure I like any of this." He murmured, fur fluffed and looking around. He didn't want to see the ghosts, but at the same time he did so he'd know what they were up against or if everyone was just being affected by the atmosphere. He hoped it was the latter. He didn't have any of his talismans with him. Go figure he'd leave them with his luggage. He swore this time when the same arm got nicked in a different spot. Seriously?! He started licking that wound too, and growled softly. He knew he hadn't been near anything that time. Something was definitely messing with them.

Going deeper into the ruins than she'd realized, Anu stopped to look around to see if Su had followed her. Between her unsettled nerves and the need to play peacemaker with her familiars, she'd... Gotten side-tracked. She also had to remind herself to find other students in case they needed help, but it looked like everyone was scattered about the ruins. With a sigh, she started to walk forward once more when she felt her foot get damp. Stopping to glance down at the source behind the strange sensation, she saw something glittering in the muck and bent down to pick it up. Arrowheads this far in..? Don't think this place was very safe in its final days. Cleaning it off the best she could, Anu slipped it into her pocket with the other trinkets, deciding this place was good as any to wait for Su to catch up. Sami-Fire Ooops, Anu keeps forgetting to wait for Su lol.

Aedus was a bit confused when he saw the hallowed sent a jacklope over to him, he looked up and said "Hey is this little one yours??" Aedus loved familiars but he didn't want to take a familiar from someone else by mistake. Or maybe they were just being nice and sending the familiar over to comfort him for a moment. "Any idea how to get back to the rest of the group I'm lost." Aedus said standing up picking up the familiar and walking over to the other being. He had an eyepatch over where his eye once was, and scars up and down his body.

 Odessa waited a little while for the swelling to go down. It was still bleeding, but not as heavily as before. She winced when she checked it but was more satisfied with the position of the bandage so she continued moving forward. She blinked for a moment, looking back and forth down the corridor. She couldn't place it, but she felt like she was being watched. Was there someone else around? She couldn't see anyone, but you never knew who could be around. It kind of disturbed her. "Is anyone there?" She called but she got no answer in return.

 At the question, Kiessi shook their head. "No, it's not mine. I found it back that way and it looked scared and lost. The way it jumped toward you, I thought you were the owner." They scratched the back of their head, feeling a little embarrassed for assuming. "I'm Kiessi." They offered their name in greeting but shook their head toward the question. "No, I'm afraid not, I'm pretty lost myself." They wished they could be more help, but they had been wandering around these caverns for a while with no idea how to get back. They suddenly jumped when they thought they felt a hand on their shoulder, but as they looked back no one was there. They frowned, hoping they didn't look crazy to this junior, but things were getting awfully strange here.

 Cass was having enough of this place already. It was steadily getting creepier and creepier and no matter what he did it just got worse. He was almost thinking about staying right where he was and refusing to move any further, but that was always the worst idea in horror movies. He was considering his options when he heard a scream. He instantly wanted to run and find an adult to help him, but if he didn't help this person who would? As he inched closer his eyes went wide, it wasn't a person but another vespercat! The poor thing looked like it was alone and hurt. He had to help!

Aedus cuddled the jackalope "Alright I guess you can stay with me then." Then he turned back to the other being. "Nice to meet you I'm Aedus." Aedus sighed so they were lost together. "So want to wander around lost together? Better than being lost apart right?" Aedus didn't think the hybrid was nuts at all he still thought these ruins were haunted a lot of weird stuff had been going on in these ruins. He still hadn't seen any ghosts so he had no proof of his theory. "Do you think these ruins might be haunted?" He asked Kiessi. He wondered if they would think him strange for believing in ghosts. Then again there were cures, magic and other things why not ghosts.

 Aurora tripped and scraped her knee in the dirt. Which really sucked since she had just gotten herself healed not long ago. Only to end up hurting herself again. She said down in the dirt to cuddle with her familiars since walking wasn't her strong suit today. Aurora wasn't sure maybe she had picked up a cursed item that was giving her bad luck or maybe she was over thinking things. It didn't seem to matter what she thought, she was falling all over the place no matter what she thought about the situation. So for now sitting against this wall seemed safest.

 Coco shivered feeling like someone had touched her but Kayla Sue wasn't touching her from what she could tell. One of her familiars perhaps?? She frowned and said "Humm let's get moving Kayla Sue." She said softly. At least Coco wasn't alone this time to face the creepy. It had been really scary being alone in the ruins. She rubbed her arms again and looked around them trying to figure out what had caused the feeling. Maybe her imagination was just running away with her and Coco was letting herself get worked up again. It was hard to say what was real and what was imagination in a place like this.

Aedus shook his head ignoring the weird sound he had hurt many times. Aedus waited for Kiessi to decide if they wanted to walk with him or not. These ruins seemed to be full of strange sounds, movements, things you thought you saw out of the corner of your eye. Aedus still wondered if it was ghosts, but if it was he still had no proof as that being the case. He looked back at Kiessi, wondering again what they would think if they knew that Aedus could see ghosts. Not everyone believed in ghosts since not everyone could see them.

10: There are large snake-track markings in the sand, going down a corridor. You reach the end of it, and find a painted statue. You may pick 1 snake statue trinket. Seeing a sort of snake like track, Jacintha followed it to see if she could find another coatl. She quite liked them, and was excited to see if she could find any others. However, when she came to the end of the trail she found a simple statue, quite confused by it at first. A statue? Weird. With a cautious hand she reached out for it, picking it up and examining it. Nothing seemed off about it, so perhaps it was safe to carry around for a bit? Hearing more faint screaming, Anu splashed through the puddle and ran down the corridor to investigate. Even the familiars are afraid to go this deep... Are we being foolish to dismiss this as just the usual familiar antics? She thought, skidding to a halt when she found the source. Sure enough, it was another quivering familiar. Upon spying the Grimm, it darted over to her and wound itself around her ankles in a desperate attempt to seek comfort. Poor Coatl...

 Kanda, interested in where the vespercat in Vega’s arms had come from, slid around the three juniors to go down that passage. The wind forced her to keep her ears back. There might be other familiars down this way. If she could just. Get there. The end of the tunnel, right before it turned, had an unexpected glitter. Curious, Kanda squatted down to shift some of the rocks away. Oooh!! There were some old looking coins. They had some sort of weird design on them, but they made a jingly noise when she rattled them in her hand. Pleased with her find, she stuck these in her pockets. Every time she took a step, it made a light jingling noise. Now the others would know when she was approaching! The thought made her smile.
