Tessiel

Tessiel had taken the small break to appreciate the feeling of wings in his back, the air in his feathers, he even was tempted to lo for some sort of pub and try to get drunk (as if he ever could) and then the hairs in his vessel stood up.

"The Bloody Hell" Tessiel cursed sensing the evil spreading faster than the fear. "And here I am thinking this is the loveliest of the spots"

As the smokes and screams arise all around the town, he wondered how long it will take for the government to put down the problems, The angel went to the street level to gaze the riots, since he was still in a different plane and thus invisible to mortal eyes, Tessiel saw how people tore the city without visible point. Suddenly it was fathers versus mothers, sisters versus brothers, loved ones versus loved ones, fighting with their empty hands, fist, clubs or whatever they could use as weapon.

Tess become visible, trying to stop a man beating a child, but the moment he was there everyone turned his eyes upon him, his eyes glowered red. Tess could see it,their souls were deeply corrupted, more than demons.

"Bloody.Hell" He whispered before return to the safety of the roofs, he tried to asses the damage on their souls, but soon he discovered that the roofs like the streets were unsafe places. People, more like five or six persons with makeshift weapons were all around him, ready to fight.

And he wont fight humans, just because they were "contaminated". A man trapped the angel from behind in a surprise. "He'll kill me if I let John here get a single bruise" Tessiel said to them intime the men and women started their attack.

One of the good things of being an Angel was the strength. Tessiel break free from the loop with a graceful move that send flying his attacker, he delivered punches equally, in the guts, in the face, in the knees, but every time he knocked someone down they stood up like it was nothing.

"And that's why I don't fight monster" Tessiel said like a child with homework. Next person to attack, the angel put his hand in the face, with the intention of smite the monster. He gasped and stepped back.

"What's going on?" He was truly scared at what he had seen on the soul, pure evilness, consuming the innocents souls. "I'm sorry mates" the angel said before the group launched a new attack and Tessiel applauded and put his hands on the roof. A big hole opened under the group.

Tessiel flew to were Scentrus and Kor were, mainly because was free of crazy people and because he could learn what was happening.

"Hiya mates" He greeted once again. "I can guess you know what is happening right?"

Leon Proud, X-Universal Automation

"Aye."

"Aye, I think that coming with us to meet Fullmetal would likely be the safest place to be at this time, given that our 'goal' is perhaps the one least likely to come into contact with unpleasant sorts." Leon had considered the chances of one of the Homunculi or another enemy like Omega Shenron appearing, but it seemed both unlikely and easily dealt with by the high power-levels in Team A. "Aye, but the final say isn't mine."

All of the dragons felt the animosity and terror that was running rampant in the city. DLS looked at her daughter and Amalia before saying, "Something is terribly wrong here, and it's not from another wormhole visitor. Someone is controlling the citizens and it reeks of something Kor/Reaper would do. I sense evil at play and it is trying to draw us out, separate us. It's a ploy so that one or more of our groups can be attacked. It's an old human trick called divide and conquer. We won't be divided or conquered and the citizens are not going to be used as ploys anymore."

DLS looked at Aegil and then to her daughter. "The most inportant of us are all in this train car at the moment. With Aegil and Sedhor here with a Kor and Amalia, it makes sense this is the object that is most vulnerable." She turned to Sedhor. "Now would be a good time for you to check your cards and prepare to use that sword you are proud to have at your side. "

Next she approached Suzareigna. "We do not want Novus to reappear unless both our brother fates and Amalia are in dire need. You stay here and protect them. With Kor, Sedhor and you, this train car is the safest place, as well as the most vulnerable. I need you to erect the best barrier you can and hold it here. Should anyone or anything try an attack, you know what to do. I will not be long. KorB, Scentrus and I can handle the problem in the town. Under no circumstances are you to leave the Fates alone. Guard them all with your life."

Lastly she turned to Leon and KorA. "I expect you both to do everything in your abilities to protect the Fates. If you allow harm to come to any, especially my little sister Amalia, your lives will be forfeit- I will see to that. Now, I will go and put a stop to whoever is manipulating the citizenry.:

Turning and running to the back of the train car, DLS opened the door that led out into the open and as soon as she stepped out, she transformed into her most useful form- Dragon. As the sun hit her scales, she absorbed its energy and in doing so, rendered herself invisible to the naked eye, or the satelittes that Reaper surely had pointed in that direction. She took flight and looked back to be sure that there was a barrier erected around the train car. Her warrior daughter had her instructions and had obeyed them to the fullest. DLS knew that her daughter would protect everyone with her own life, if need be.

Knowing the train personnel were safe, she flew quickly to the city. There were fires and buildings burning. People were running rampant in the streets, like madmen with only one purpose- to maim and destrou everyone and everything. The dragon queen first did what was necessary to control the fires. She pulled in a deep breath and aimed toward the town below. Once she could feel which way the wind was blowing, she got in front of it and then exhaled.

Such a force of wind from her enlarged lungs was like a hurricane, without the water. She blew until all the fires were out. Then she headed toward Kor and Scentrus. "We must find those that are controlling the citizenry. I know they are nearby, my telepathy tells me that, but they are trying to hide their exact location. Kor, I need you to have Dakra use the satellites under his control and locate whatever anomolies are in this are- beside us. Once we locate them, we can take them out."

Suzareigna nodded to her mother accepting the role she now must play. As soon as her mother left the train, the warrior dragon princess took a seat and concentrated as hard as she could. Within moments, there was a strong barrier encircling the inside of the train car they were all in. She knew that if the barrier was outside the car, surrounding it, it would provide Kor/Reaper and his allies/minions their exact location. This way, the train appeared normal to the satellites that may be watching them from above, but not be able to tell exactly where the barrier was erected.

Since her mother had not mentioned Draco or Harbinger, she took it upon herself to notify her brother of the newest developments. She closed her eyes and sent a dragon message to her twin. 'There is new trouble and a new enemy among us. Guard Harbinger with your life. I am now assigned to protect Aegil, Sedhor and our little sister Amalia here on the train. Mother has returned to the city to assist KorB and Scentrus contain the citizenry in their chaos. Beware and keep a keen eye and open mind to anything unusual. If attacked, send out dragon message. Mother and I will get it and be there as soon as possible. In the meantime, draw as little attention to you and Harbinger. Looks like the fun has finally begun, and this play game is for blood. Do not toy with anything you encounter. Go straight for the kill."

Draco got his sister's message loud and clear. She really didn't have to tell him there was trouble brewing in the town, he already sensed it, but his sole job was to protect Harbinger, and that he would do, to the death if necessary. Right now he wished he could just phase the two of them to someplace safe, but that could draw attention to them and KorC was still out collecting data. So for now, the dragon prince sat along side his older Fate brother. "I know you can sense the trouble behind us. Know that Aegil and Sedhor are safe with my sister. Oh, and you might be interested to know that Amalia is with them now too. If what I sensed of her before, I suspect that she could be the biggest force to be reckoned with now. I feel confident that she and the others on the train are safe. Mother, KorB and Scentrus will be handling whatever happens in the town we came from. I have my orders- to keep you safe- and I will do that. From here on out, if I say we move, you will go with me, anyway I deem appropriate to save our lives."

Kor B sat there quietly with Kor A, Sedhor, and the others as DLS seemed to take command.

Kor (Team B): "Sedhor I'm gonna go help DLS, Scentrus, and the angel-boy in stopping this riot. How about you come with me? Or would you rather stay here to protect your sister with Aegil, Suzi, the other me, and Leon in case this mass rioting just ends up being some sorta ploy for Reaper and Demigra to attack the train? Honestly I think the others would be able to handle things without you if you wanted to join me, so what's it gonna be?"

Aegil: The Magician, Number I

Aegil was the first of the fates in the cars to speak, turning to his little/older sister and speaking to her quietly. "Sweetheart, why don't you show me those drawings you've been working on? You've been getting very good at them lately." While she was occupied, he took the moment to stand and wander over to Suzi and the others, looking at each in turn. "We must consider that every move we make has been precalculated by the one known as Reaper. Suzi, speak not a word of what I am about to say to your mother. She is strong and wise beyond even her lengthy years, but Reaper is an old foe. One who may be able to predict her intentions long before he makes a move. Though I have every confidence in her abilities to survive we must operate under the assumption that we are playing into his hands at every turn. That said we can also operate under a second assumption, that he is additionally unaware of how the Fates operate, and therefore cannot predict us for the time being. Now then..."

He gave a glance back to Amalia, before speaking further. "Let's assume the divide and conquer plan is in fact the intent. Divide who? Clearly to remove DLS from one location to another. The proximity of the attack from Omega Shenron's appearance cannot be a coincidence, such anomalies are rare. Therefore, if they planned her to be occupied, what could their target be? The answer, anarchy. Riots bring out the military, and that will weaken the defenses of the city well in advance for any raid. Kor, protecting the Fhurer should be top priority for you, the others can handle the riots. Whatever happens the man needs to be safe, or at the least survive. Symbols are everything. I will stay with Amalia and Leon. Android Leon..."

He sort of dismissed the others before approaching the robot. "I want you to do two things for me. One, I want you constantly scanning Amalia and be aware for any sudden shifts in her pulse. If it gets too high we're all going to be in a bad situation. The other, if we get attacked and you cannot do anythign else, take Amalia and get her to a safe location. Understood?"

Amalia: The Fool, Number 0

Amalia was sad her sister had to go, but was very understanding. She hummed a familiar tune, Ode to Joy, one of her favorites, as she began setting up herself a little station for drawing. She had a small framed picture she drew face down on the table, for DLS when she got back, and went to work drawing. She was rather decent, admitadly, at least in the speed category. By the time Aegil had finished speaking to Kor, she was already getting up and walking over to Kor A, handing him a drawing of him. Unlike those in her books, however, this one was completely hand drawn, in surprisingly good detail for a small child. She smiled and held it out, insisting he take it.

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Sedhor smirked, dealing himself out a fortune with the tarot deck. Unlike a normal person, his cards were floating, rotating around him as he plucked them one by one from the air at random. They rearranged themselves in front of him, a full three card spread. Except, he plucked the last of the cards from the bunch and frowned. He knew it was a card, when he flipped it around he knew it was the back of his deck. But when he looked at the front, the side that ought to show, it was, fuzzy. Too fuzzy to see. He grunted and put the cards back into a full deck, shuffled, and looked by them one by one. No fuzzy cards, only when he dealt the fortune...

"Miss the party? Like hell I'd miss this game, the stakes are high and the cards are dealt Kor. No true gambler could ever resist the payout." He chuckled a bit, almost nervously, as he looked over to Aegil. "The cards, brother. I have business to deal with." Aegil seemed to nod to him before Sedhor turned, walking over to the door for the train car. "Don't hold it over me Suzi, something is actually calling for me. If it didn't, I really would stay." He flashed her a smile, before moving out through the car door. He disappeared into the night, using his cards to keep from splattering on the ground as he left, and made his way back towards the city. Rather slowly as well, something was up, and he was going to find out who the dealer was.

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

Harbinger hummed at the words of Draco, closing his eyes in thought. "Prince Draco, though I know you have no doubt I will comply to the best of my capabilities, I urge you to consider one thing. There will always be a time to trust my own judgement in turn. Though certainly you may know better than I do, there is a certain... element... of experience..." A familiar tone, a hum really, he couldn't quite pick it out though. He stopped the car himself, and stepped out, trying to hear it clearly.

The key... D minor... "E...E..F..G..G..F..E..D...C..." He mumbled in time, holding up a hand to keep Draco silent. "Do not call your mother, or your sister, or anyone for that matter. Something... Something is wrong." Out of the shadows, almost oozing with malevolence several people, no, things began to approach. They were, human enough, in appearance. But they were twisted, broken. One had an entire arm shattered yet, black spidery tendrils wrapped around it, holding it in place even as he approached. Others had limbs replaced by these same things, or eyes, or otherwise held together by these. Yet they shared a single, similar feature. Their eyes, their faces, twisted in rage and agony.

And behind them all, a figure sat, humming that single tune that had brought the Harbinger out.

"Aye."

"Aye, I can do that much." He nodded. He trusted his ability to survive and escape, should the need arise. He immediately gave orders to his scanner to both keep a focused eye on Amalia, and to scout out and plan a route to any 'safe-spots' it could find. Wanting to make sure that he hadn't gone rusty, he also mentally ran a mock combat against an opponent roughly 33% stronger than himself, which his programing considered a 'safe estimate'. "Aye, not that it seems likely to be the 'safe' bet, given the past few hours..." his thoughts began to trail off while he sat quietly in his seat, waiting for the next thing/person/event that would require his attention.

Tessiel

The angel saw the brightness of DSL soul roam the sky, it was one of those things he had hear his brothers and sisters talk about, and he hadn't believe them. It was a magnificent sight to behold. The dragon stopped the fires easily and soon as she was done it descended towards them, talking mostly to the others, not even greeting him or acknowledged him.

Tessiel knew that nobody seemed to know what was exactly happening to the humans.

"And in the meantime I''ll execute my orders" He say no bothering if one of them pay him attention. Tessiel pulled out his blade, in one fluid motion he grabbed DSL's hand and made a tiny cute that healed instantly. "Sorry" He whispered trying to locate a handkerchief, very aware of the tiny drops of dragon blood falling slowly in his blade.

He smiled once he found it, Tessiel used the handkerchief to clean the blood from his angel blade. Once clean, he made a fist with the garnet and used the the blade to cut a sigil on his skin. As the lines were coming to exist a blueish light shone from them. He knew that hurting his grace like that will hurt for several centuries but he didn't care, he only keep his vessel's face stoic. Once done, the sigil was exactly at the others he draw on the roofs in the city.

"This will gain some time until you figure our this mess" Tessiel said, the he clapped once, and the sigil shone fiercely and the handkerchief with the blood burned in instants.

Lights all around the city erupted, just like firecrackers, lasting only few heartbeats. The heavy noise of the riot suddenly disappeared.

"Everyone should be asleep now" declared Tessiel, eyeing the glowing and painful burning sigil on his hand. "I don't know how long my grace will keep the people asleep, but it must be enough for you to find the culprits" He added.

When Tessiel cut into the dragon queen's scales, she turned and was about to destroy him for daring to touch her. The fact that he could draw dragon blood was more important than the act itself. Her scales were so strong that no blade should ever be able to cut through, only one of the Father's chosen could possess such a blade. ”So, you are of the Father, a true angel. that is the only thing saving you from being thrown from this universe into an eternal dark hell. Now, you have what you need from me, stay away for the next time you attempt to use an angelic blade against me, it will be the last thing you and you host will ever do. You know I have the capability to do as I say, so heed my warning.

Once she got the rules straight with the angel, she turned to Scentrus. ”The angel was able to put the humans to sleep, but there are two beings that are close by, hiding, that were not affected by his spell.” She looked around, not with her eyes, but her mind. She made an immediate 180 and found her targets. There were two beings, not human by any means, not 100meters from their location. She focused her mind on them. They were pure evil, but also corporeal. That meant they could be used and killed. First they needed answers, then they would be annihilated, not as graciously as Omega Shenron. No, these would be erased with a mental jolt sent back to the one controlling them.

Knowing where they were but not what they were, she very cautiously encircled them with one of her impenetrable barriers and in the same instant, transported them to her exact location. There, before Scentrus, Tessiel and herself were two black shadowy creatures. Only eyes of fiery red gave them any indication of life. She had not come across creatures like this before, but she could already surmise they were of Demigas's design. Only she could detect the faint odor she smelled when Demigas appeared before he whisked the pink eunuch from the wormhole. ”You and your master are causing too many problems. Tell us who is your master and where he can be found.”

She could tell they weren't going to be very cooperative since they seemed to ignore her, except to try and escape her unusual barrier. ”You cannot escape this barrier, for it is not of this realm. You are actually being held in a limbo universe, somewhere between here and someplace you need not know. Tell us what we want to know.”

DLS's patience was not very good. Since her evolution, she seemed to have a short fuse, as it is called, when it came to anything not obeying her every command. Only the fact that the allies needed this information kept her from having already removed this blight from the arena.

Suddenly she turned her head in the direction of the outer region where Draco and Harbinger were heading. She needed to deal with menace, but it needed to be done quickly. She sensed a grave danger to her brother Fate and son.

Her patience was running out, they needed answers now.

Harbinger was right when he told Draco that there would come a time when he would need to step aside and let the Fate take charge of the mission. He was okay with that. Suddenly, Harbinger stopped the car in the middle of nowhere and got out of the car. What Draco wasn't okay with was being told not to contact his mother or sister about the situation. That is not how things worked, but for the time being, he agreed.

Out of seemingly nowhere, since there wasn't any establishments around, things started coming toward them. Draco emerged from the car and finally figured out what caused Harbinger to stop. It wasn't the presence of these creatures approaching, but the faint humming that came from behind the horde. He reached out his mind and took a step backward. The sheer vileness of the thing's mind made the dragon prince want to vomit. He quickly got out of that mind and was able to quickly recover.

He walked up to Harbinger and quietly asked why not to at least let the other dragons know the situation? But he was drawn to the closeness of those twisted things and realized if he didn't do something, they would surely be overrun by them. Draco obeyed Harbinger in as much as to not contact his mother or sister, but what he did next was by instinct, not command.

Draco stepped away from the car and transformed into dragon form. He took a few steps in front of Harbinger to keep those things at bay. He ascertained their distance from them and the rate of their conveyance. They were far enough away that he could get rid of them, or at least slow them down. He inhaled through his nose and once he had a full set of lungs, opened his mouth and exhaled. It wasn't fire that came spewing out but a mist. As the mist reached the vile creatures, each one that came in contact with it began to melt into a pile of glop in the sand. This mist was toxic, acidic dragon breath. One by one, the advancing creatures disappeared into the sand. When the last was gone, the dragon prince took in a deep breath through his mouth and as he exhaled, fire as hot as the center of a volcano flew out. All the glops on the ground caught fire and in mere moments were nothing but black ashes on the pristine golden sand.

He turned to Harbinger who was still staring at the creature that was sitting on the ground behind where the horde had been. He figured, at least for the next few moments, that Harbinger was no in charge of the situation. However, if that creature that was humming made a move toward the Fate, he would intercede. Draco looked over to his Fate brother and waited for any sign that either Harbinger was going to engage the creature or that he was somehow being mesmerized by it. In any case, it would a short amount of time before something happened, but just that would be he didn't yet know.

Draco stood his ground, waiting to engage the creature or in the least, protect Harbinger from it. Although he knew the risks, phasing them out of there was not out of the list of options Draco was maintaining.

It was the creature's turn now. Whatever it did, however Harbinger reacted would tell the dragon prince his next course of action

Suzareigna listened intently to Aegil's assessment of the situation. Being the chief strategist for the dragon army had taught the warrior princess to listen and then do her own assessment. ”I have to agree with you that our attempts to keep the three missions secret had only been partially successful. I also agree that it is safe to assume that Kor/Reaper and his allies, primarily Demigas, have figured out part if not most of our plans.”

She looked at her little sister drawing so peacefully and smiled. But she lost her smile when she remembered that her sweet, innocent-looking Fate sister was capable of destroying everything and everyone in this world. She had demonstrated just a minute amount of her abilities in helping her mother when Omega Shenron tried to envelope everything into darkness- physical and mental. Protecting her was paramount, but protecting the 'fuhrer' was mandatory for the success of the mission.

”I have complete trust in you and Leon looking after Amalia, and yes, the 'fuhrer' must be protected. I really don't like the idea of leaving you, and I do have my orders from Mother. So, until such time that she returns to take over her duties of protecting all of you here, I must stay. Besides, my barrier would weaken considerably if I left. I cannot take that kind of chance with all of your lives. This train could derail, be blown to bits, but everything within this barrier will be safe.”

The one thing she shielded Aegil or Amalia from doing was reading her mind. There was another way to keep everyone safe, but Aegil had forbidden it earlier. But if push came to shove and there was no other way to protect everyone, she would use her trump card, as Sedhor would call it. There was one place in the multiverses that she could take everyone and have them be perfectly safe, she only hoped she wouldn't have to resort to that.

That being thought, she did think that a little extra insurance was a good thing. She took a seat, closed her eyes and sent a message out to her troops. If push did come to shove, they would not be here alone.
Even if Kor/Reaper and Demigas did foresee every step they were taking, he would be hard pressed to foresee what her kind were doing.

(((Suzie Rue and Phieth could you please fix your posts to not include your characters seeing Kor there since he left Scentrus to return to the train to swap out with Kor B and return with Sedhor. He's only now just returning [well Kor B is] to the were Scentrus and the others are right before DLS teleports them to the location of the two minions of Demigra that perpetrated the mass city-wide riot. Please and thank you.)))

Kor B followed Sedhor outta the train. He kept pace with him. Then lights all around the city could be seen erupting skyward like firecrackers. He knew things were getting serious, so he put his hand and Sedhor and used Instant Transmission to arrive next to the others. Shortly after they arrived, they were teleported by DLS to the location of the perpetrators.

Kor (Team B): "Well that worked out for us getting to who we were looking for Sedhor. Thanks DLS."

Then DLS addressed the two mysterious entities that had caused the city to erupt into chaos not more than 15 minutes ago. They needed answers and hopefully they'd get them, but Kor knew that it was likely that they wouldn't get them so easily. Things were probably gonna get dicey and this time if a fight broke out Kor planned on it being him and/or Scentrus to fight. They had been left outta the last fight, so it'd only be fair for DLS to take the sidelines this time.

Tessiel

The angel nodded accepting the rules the dragon gave him, he truly hoped he wont be needing dragon blood again soon. He put away his blade, so the chances to met the dragon's wrath were none.

Once they were in front of the creature, Tessiel felt a tug at his wings and the pain from the sigil in his hand worsened.

"I have a bad feeling about this" Tessiel whispered observing the area, and the more he watched the more he feel the uneasiness running on his borrowed skin.

They were in something like a park, open and the buildings seemed to be suffered from the fires that DSL was able to extinguish, but what was getting at the angel was the lack of people.

There was no one single body sleeping on the floor or inside the buildings. "Mates..." Tessiel said turning around.

Slowly from the doors and the windows, creatures once humans and now corpses with limbs attached with black tendrils or replaced, started to move slowly at first. Like they were testing the air and deciding what to do.

"Bloody hell" The angel hissed, and then he heard the two creatures stop their scape and began their giggling. "It's a trap"

That simple words triggered something in those creatures because they ran toward them howling and growling like wild animals ready to tear whatever was on their path.

Tessiel thought on a way to protect them, but the pain in his hands remained him of the spell still active, if he made alchemy right now the spell will broke for sure, freeing the humans for their deep sleep and sending them again to their senseless fury and destruction.

"Bloody hell" The angel hissed again.

When Tessiel's 'bloody hell' came out, DLS turned from the creatures in front of her and looked toward the town. ”Trap you say? You are trapped in my version of impenetrable prison and you think to send zombified citizens with tendrils toward us. That isn;t going to work any better than starting the fires did.

DLS closely observed the onslaught coming toward them. The ordinary citizens were being used as bait. If she destroyed them here, the humans within the creatures would also die. She had no choice, since the devastation from the fires was so bad, it would be determined that the fires alone killed the people. This was getting a little old for the dragon demon queen. She attempted to reach the minds of the humans but there was nothing. No, they were zombified and transformed. So be it.

As easily as the fires were put out, these creatures would be put out of commission. She allowed Scentrus and Kor to deal with the shadow creatures, besides, those weren't going anywhere-they were bound in her barrier prison. Sighing at the futility of everything they were doing, the dragon queen did what had to be done. She took in a deep breath, and after the last of the tentacled creatures was far enough away from the city, she exhaled. Flames hotter than the inside of a volcano's core came shooting out. In mere moments, the creatures were flattened into globules of goo on the ground. Before the shadow creatures could do anything about them, she sent another fireball out and turned the globules into ash. Then to be sure they could not be resurrected from the ash, she inhaled again. This time when she exhaled, only a powerful wind came out. The ashes started whirling around like a giant cyclone. Then, a send exhale broke the cyclone into billions of now-harmless atoms that the wind carried away, scattering them all over the planet.

”I am done playing games or being nice. IF you two cannot get the answers from those creatures, I will do to them far worse than I did to Omega Shenron. It's obvious who controls these things. All we really need to know is where their master is,”

As DLS calmed down, she turned around and started looking in several directions. ”It seems that my daughter believes we are going to need reinforcements very soon. If Kor/Reaper expected this turn of events, he is in for a bit of a problem. His problem is going to be locating them. I believe it is time we even out the playing field. Kor/Reaper and Demigas need to become blind to what is happening here.”

DLS transformed to her more human state and grinned. She closed her eyes and sent a message out that only her dragons could telepathically get. ”The evil Dakra and his minions are going to be very busy soon. I have just sent some helpers to destroy all the evil Dakra's satellites. It will take him a while to replace them, but in the meantime, Kor/Reaper will not be able to physically see what is happening here. Perhaps I should give our side a bit more assurance. Oh, and don't worry, Dakra won't see them coming. These are special forces with special abilities.”

The others might have an idea what she was going to do, but they could not stop her. She looked to the sky, flipped the bird at Reaper's Dakra's main ship and, telepathically burned out all their electronic circuitry. ”That should give us a little privacy on that front. Now, if Kor/Reaper and Demigas want to know what is happening, they will have to leave their hideout and look for themselves.”

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Sedhor still had that card on his mind, the one he had been unable to read clearly. What had he drawn, why was it so hard to see? It bothered him to no end, as he stood there in uncharacteristic silence. There was, no way to know. And yet despite the excitement at a real game of chance, there was this sense of foreboding. Had he read the card, perhaps this would not be the case, but it was bothering him too much to simply ignore. So he let DLS have her fun, her argument with the things, and allowed the others to deal with anything else. He, meanwhile, would ponder what had been drawn.

This had to be answered.

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

Harbinger stared quietly at the thing, watching as Draco obliterated the shambling things, and finally had a chance to reply to him in a hushed whisper. "This isn't the business of dragons, Draco. This one's presence, and choice of tune, it can be no accident. This is the business of Fates..." He took a few steps towards the humming figure, who remained seated as Harb approached. "Tell me, are you he?" The emperor asked, a hand resting on his sword's pommel.

The figure looked up, and now the light shone on his face. Whatever it was, its body was completely destroyed, in appearance. And when its face twisted into a grin, a single word came in reply. "No." And with that the thing was suddenly moving, heading directly towards Harbinger, who had only just now drawn his sword.

The two clashed, and now the full scale of the thing could be seen. Though not impossibly large, the thing towered over Harbinger, easily nearing a full seven feet, possibly taller still. In his hand was the weapon clashing with the Emperor's sword, a massive Morning star mace, made with a blackened metal. THe thing laughed before crashing a fist into HArb's side, sending the Emperor flying before he landed on his feet.

More creatures began to come from seemingly nowhere, twisted faces in agony and hatred, swarming the area. They ignored HArb and went straight for Draco, as the two other combatants began to go at it once again.
