[ITTT]Isabelle could feel the veins from her bloodline's dojutsu arching along the edges of her face. This was the only characteristic of the byakugan she didn't enjoy, it didn't look too pretty. With full insight and immaculate vision, Belle smirked widely. Little did everyone who toiled in this game know her true intentions. Such intentions that would separate her from everyone partaking in this charade of checkers. Without a single movement, the Kurama began to key through her beyond expansive library of genjutsu. Smirking, the kunoichi concentrated her chakra towards Cecil. Immediately the genjutsu would take effect. The mist that enveloped his body would began to run ice cold. If he took notice to these omens, the Mizukage would notice that his breath would seem to run cold; a deep chill that strung his veins. An icy fog of carbon would escape his mouth with each breath. Slowly the outside happenings would fade from him as the earth beneath him liquefied into icy waters. The man would sink immediately. Within seconds, the Raiken would begin to fly through the stages of hypothermia. Due to her perfect genjutsu, this hypothermia was actual.
Meanwhile, Isabelle flicked her long black hair out of her eye's view. Mashing her red lipstick onto her bottom lip, she evened the pasting material. Looking flawless, the young lady would watch as Honchure's little clone closed in on their beloved Kage. As the clone came close enough, Belle snatched a kunai from her purse and threw it into the clone's icy behind. A sizzling tag trailed the round end of the kunai, which foretold the next coming. Boom. The Kage would have been in point blank range of the said explosion, the explosion would detonate the plethora of clay explosives hidden in the chest cavity. What would happen? Would he be dead? Was this an accident? Would the Mizukage even notice the clone while he was so-called, 'drowning'? Only time would reveal these answers; Belle looked downwards as if indifferent to all happenings. With the Mizukage in such a bad position, Isabelle stood unmoved by the detrimental situation. Unfortunately for the Mizukage, his only hope was one of the shinobi he fought against. Everything was perfect, as usual.

|| Chunin || [130/130] ] || 4/4 [Sp/St] || Terumi|| Ninjutsu|| Mist || Voldo gazed at the other shinobi training and sighed a disgusted sigh. His heart had become cold like ice despite his fiery abilities. He walked through the glade his cloak of black feathers gently brustled by the breeze. His power had reached his limit. Even as a Chunin his clan enhanced not only his bloodline, but his other jutsu as well. So much so that a common chunin level jutsu had the destructive force of a jounin. Voldo eminated a dark and almost demonic presence as his silver irises gazed around.
Deciding that he had reached the peak of his training there was only one way to get to Jounin having had to resign from the exams. He was going to challenge the Mizukage himself and prove his skills. He may not win, but it was the only way to show his abilities had gone as far as they would go as a chunin. He was also the oldest chunin a rather distasteful predicament. Making a clone he leaves it behind vanishin into a puff of mist. [ Exit]

You will look entirely like a physical silhouette of your element; an ice sculpture, a sort of living lava lamp, etc, depending on your element. Cecil would notice the fact that he was sinking into icy water. How ever Samehada being a sentient sword conscious of thought. The sword could Kai him out of it, which it did. Then the explosive clone and Kunai, that was going to be a pain to deal with. So he would simply avoid it all with his speed, dodging the explosion and maneuvering his way to Isabelle. How would he know where Isabelle was, begin so accustomed to the mist and having his eyes closed he could hear the smallest of sounds. Even someones breathing would tip him off, Isabelle supplied much more sound with what she wore and her lipstick. The sound was more then enough for him to pinpoint her location. He was there right in front of her looking her in the eyes using his own genjutsu. However the sound of a hawk stopped him, a messenger hawk here? It was for him obviously and was important since his staff knew he wasn't supposed to be disturbed today.
Cecil opened his eyes, and sighed. "Kaijuu get rid of the mist, our test is on pause. Everyone I had to see what this message is, it seems to be important." He then looked back at Isabelle, she was lucky he didn't use that genjutsu on her. Her genjutsu had been smart if he hadn't of had Samehada he would of had to hurt himself just to get out of it.

"Stay Frosty..."
As his kage began to dart around the mist continued to build Kaijuu smiled in satisfaction as it did. He wasted far more chakra than necessary getting the mist this thick and knew it. Kaijuu wasted some more chakra as puddles began to form all over the field around the group. His smile grew the more his kage began to move about. It was perfect they were all getting soaked now the mist was so thick that the moisture in the air began to dampen their clothes and cling to everything. Breathing would become hard not incredibly hard but more difficult than before just due to how thick the air had become. As the kage charged Isabelle Kaijuu flicked his wrist and smiled as both bells snapped from the Kages waist one fell freely and the other darted down into one of the puddles disappearing. Kaijuu reached down and grabbed the bell from the puddle at his feet using puddle transportation jutsu to transfer the bell to his position. Just as he was about to disappear from sight ready to escape with excitement of having passed his kage told him the test was on pause. Kaijuu sighed in frustration. "I spent so long setting that technique up, do you know how hard it was to get that much moisture on your body without you noticing?" Kaijuu said with a sigh revealing that the only way he could remove the bells was to allow a great deal of moisture to accumulate on them.
He snapped his fingers as the mist began to dissipate and frustratedly sat down jingling the bell he had obtained to himself. The other remained on the ground next to the kage. He eyed samehada jealously while laying down his own monster of a sword next to himself.

Perhaps it was the worn cloak that enveloped my miniature stature, maybe the insignia. Yes-- yes it was indeed the insignia. The insignia tickled their wonder; it was that of a noble family. Not any old noble family, but the Shogun's lineage. Immediately their minds shook, eyes trembled with fear. Tap. Tap. My sluggish movements lagged ever so slightly, ever so. It was almost as if I were taking my time. No seconds mattered, for I was the Queen. Thy blazing cyan eyes gazed curiously upon the tiny troupe that engaged in some exercise that escaped my interpretation. I saw them all: boy with blue hair, diva with black hair, Mysteriously cloaked man with gray hair. None of which gave off that aura I was search for. There was one more, another creature that adorned this flawed arena. Then I was in speaking range, my melodic voice would become fully audible to each. I must say, the awkward pause before my speech raised tensions. Tensions that served as an omen of some kind. "You may address me as Sir Reine Isabellea Nova. Who leads this village? That is the only one who has a platform to speak." Yes this invitation was for one person only, if such occupied this space. All hell could break loose in a matter of seconds. Not a single shinobi understood what power glowered before them. God was my only match.

He showed no interest in any of the people in the group. but looking into his eyes one would glimpse rather a man but a monster with twisted features of hellish nightmare. Reguardless if anyone could determine chakra on a kage level they would notice somthing off under the menacing evil presence.
The boy spoke in a low voice but loud enough for the irritating blonde man to hear. "The Mizukage Rules this village, but good luck getting in touch with him."

Rosaline had been drawn to the training grounds feeling a chakra that seemed similar to her own. There she saw a guy with the same eyes as her, something that interested her highly. She walked up to him wanting to know his name and his story. "You have the same eyes as me." She started with that, its all she said. A good start and not too much information at once.

Cecil let the hawk come to him, he opened the message tied to its leg. He read it then reacted quickly, the village was in danger. He turned to Kaijuu and spoke. "It was a good move but I would of stopped it with a jutsu of mine. However we have more pressing the concerns, I need all three of you at my office. There is a ninja attacking, if you survive consider yourselves all jounin." He threw Samehada to Kaijuu watching as it hit the ground and dug in. "If it accepts you then consider the blade yours. You have to survive the ninja in my office if you wish to keep it." He then noticed the new visitor. "I lead this village, I would hear what you have to say but it must be quick for there is an enemy I must deal with." He also noticed Voldo but could tell it was a clone. "If your not already at my office Voldo I need you to go there now. If you survive the enemy attack consider your self a Jounin."
Honchurue prepared to dart with his blade but was cut short by the pause of the exam. Listening keenly he heard the situation. Without a nod or anything spoken he blended int he shadows of the trees and used them as cover ti head for the kages palace. (Exit)

He hated to converse with people, but at least she was like him. And if he wanted to get anywhere, he needed 'friends', even if they were so he could use them to advance himself."And if I may be so bold as to inquire your name miss? He cocked his head slightly as he asked, putting on a smile.

• Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.

"Yoshida, an interesting name. My name is Rosaline." She spoke in almost a whisper, in truth she didn't talk much. Rosaline looked at Yoshi trying to figure out what was behind that smile. Was it kindness or was it cold and evil, one could never tell till someone showed there true personality. He had the same eyes, that was enough for her to talk to him. Yoshi did not know her which meant he did not know of what she had done or more accurately her other self had done.

There was something she was hiding underneath the surface, but then again, so was he. But at least she had the guts to come speak with him, unlike most the rest of the people in the village. He had business to attend to elsewhere, but it seemed like a good time to get to know more about this other wielder of eyes. "I was going to go do some investigating of my own outside the village, if you wish to come. Something doesn't seem right about the death in our village and the one in the Leaf village. Tensions were already high enough, and the timing of the deaths seems to convient. And then there is that massive chakra source I felt entering the village not to long ago, that all the high ranking ninja seem to be converging on. I do believe that we can find our answers in the Fire Country, near the river where their shinobi was killed. I must warn you however, this will be very dangerous, and we can tell no one in our village, lest they prevent us from leaving. Regardless of your answer, I am heading to the gate, you can meet me there, or stay behind."And without a word more, he turned and left the girl to ponder her options. She could stay in the village and go nowhere, or she could leave with him, and find answers.
