(So sorry, net went down for a day so I didn't get too post yesterday.) "Shhhh" C.T soothed, licking the marks she had been leaving on Esther's neck while the girl had cursed ever so softly, adorably. "Don't fight me, you know you want too surrender." C.T whispered hotly onto Esther's flesh. But Esther's next words brought a frown too her face, there were people watching, there was always people. C.T hated being in public. From her spot on top of Esther, Connie shot her eyes around the room, noticing that the few men in the gym were indeed watching them they had the decency to not be so obvious about it, but C.T couldn't really blame them for looking. "You're right." C.T said even after Esther agreed to the terms she had set forth. "Do you suggest we take this somewhere more private?"

Esther was hanging on C.T.'s every word at this point. She was completely C.T.'s, and it was quite clear in her flushed face and the way she was chewing her lip, trying not to give in too obviously. C.T. was right, though. Esther wanted to surrender. And it was very lucky C.T. brought up the people watching again, because Esther just about forgot and took C.T. right then and there, even though she had mentioned their audience herself just seconds before. She nodded in response to the question and, once released, stood up, ready to go.
"Hey, you!"
A man with an angry look on his face stormed over to the ring, eyes narrow as he scrutinized C.T. Esther once more cursed under her breath, although this time out of annoyance that the couple's plans were being interrupted. She assumed this was about their display of affection and was about to ignore the man, but...
"Yeah, I thought so--you're the girl that was on TV earlier," he said, jabbing a finger in C.T.'s direction. This caused Esther to stiffen. "You little b***h, you're the Super they're all talking about."
Esther grimaced and immediately stepped in between the man and C.T. "Yeah, she is," she snapped, straightening her back in an attempt to appear taller and more threatening. "What's it to you?"
The man turned on Esther. "You must be the Bradley girl, then." He glanced at C.T. again. "You think exposing Jacob Bradley will make us all gravel at your feet for forgiveness? Well, I've got news for you, doll. We see right through you to the monster inside, and you're kind still isn't welcome--"
Suddenly the man stumbled backward, because while he was running his mouth, Esther had punched him. She hadn't really meant to. She just got so fed up with him so quickly, and she kind of... decked him. And damn, did it feel good. But he looked like a pretty big guy, and they needed to get out of there before they got stuck in the fight club they were searching for earlier. Eyes widening in surprise, Esther turned to C.T. "We need to go." She grabbed her girlfriend's hand and ran for the exit.

C.T didn't know what had happened, one moment she was contemplating taking her girlfriend into the gym shower and breaking all sorts of laws with her there, and the next thing she knew, she was being slandered. It was insane. C.T honestly wasn't accustomed to this kind of hate. She had only faced the hatred from Jacob, and had seen via the news the things that were being to her people via news feed. Never had she had her race thrown into her face like this. It hurt, more than she had expected. Like she had been punched right in the gut, she wasn't even angry, she was just wounded by the man's words. But his words didn't wound her as much as Esther's fist wounded his face, C.T eyes widened at Esther's actions but she didn't have time to dwell she was being pulled out the exit by her girlfriend and down the street before things got too out of hand. Once they were a good distance away from the club. C.T pulled Esther's hand to get her too stop. A shaky sort of smile on her face as she ran a hand through her black hair. "How's your hand?" She asked carefully, not sure what she should say. C.T grabbed the hand Esther used too strike the man. Raising it too her face and examining the knuckles, they were already slightly swelling. C.T shook her head, kissing Esther's hand gently. "идиот" She whispered. "Do you really think you need too defend me?" C.T asked, pressing Esther's hand to her lips again. "Still, it's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you."

Esther didn't even notice the pain in her hand until C.T. forced her to stop running. She didn't get to inspect the damage, either, because the wounded hand was currently being held and kissed by C.T. Esther winced a little her knuckles throbbed, but she was grateful for the slight relief the warmth of C.T.'s lips brought. Not to mention, it was just a really sweet gesture. "Guess I should punch people for you more often," she joked softly, grinning. Esther wrapped her free arm around C.T. and pulled her in. "I know you can defend yourself, probably better than I can defend you. But I want to protect your how ever I can. It's part of my job now."

"Please don't, it scares me." C.T admitted with a laugh, releasing Esther's injured hand finally and taking up her uninjured on as she held Esther's hand and began walking with her. "It's your job to protect me eh? Well I can't exactly get upset with you for doing your job then huh?" C.T asked with a smile. "But for my sake, I ask that you practice just a bit of restraint, so you don't worry me in the future?"

Esther smiled and shrugged. "I'll try, but I can't make any promises," she replied. "You're my top priority. Everything else comes second, my knuckles included." Her smile faded a little and she walked beside C.T. in silent for a few steps. "Are you okay?" she asked. She wanted to be sure. Just because Esther had decked that guy didn't mean his words hadn't hurt C.T.

"You shouldn't be so selfless, I might have to do something crazy too show you up one of these days, and that won't be good. C.T joked, as she continued to walk on with Esther, wondering now where they would head since the mood had been thoroughly ruined. But Esther's next question slowed her up a bit. She wondered how the girl had seen right through her, and just knew something was wrong. But maybe she didn't, she had only asked if Connie was ok. Maybe she was just checking. Just a precaution or something like that. "Yes I'm fine, just words right?" C.T lied, if she wanted to admit too Esther how much those simple words had hurt her.

"No, not just words," Esther corrected gently. "Words have a lot of power. I know how they can hurt." As the daughter of a famous politician, Esther had received a lot of words from her parents and most of the rest of society when she came out as a lesbian. She had tried to appear unaffected, tried not to care, and she had done this by parading her sexuality around for a short period of time just to spite her father. But, in reality, a lot of damage had been inflicted. "But if you say you're fine..." Esther trailed off, giving C.T. another opportunity to pipe in. Esther wasn't fully convinced by C.T.'s statement, but she wasn't going to force the girl into admitting something she didn't want to talk about.

"I forgot sometimes that you can read me." C.T said honestly, placing her hands into her pockets. "I dunno, I guess I've just never experienced this type of hatred before first hand." C.T admitted now aloud. "As twisted as he was, your father didn't hate me, but these people. Don't even know the first thing about me, or Mag, or Eliot or Sandy or anyone of us. But they hate us all the same." C.T shook her head, her lips curving in a deep frown. "I just don't get it."

"Honestly, I don't think there's anything to get," Esther said. "I guess you just have to focus on all of the people like me and Jennie who support you." Esther felt her anger spike again, directed at that man for having been so ignorant and rude, and at everyone who still saw C.T. and Mag as monsters. She folded her arms across her chest as they walked, watching the sidewalk in silence as she contemplated what the future would hold in terms of acceptance of Supernaturals. This wasn't the time to dwell on that, though. This was supposed to be a good day.
"What do you say we meet up with Mag and Jennie?" she suggested. They hadn't left the women all that long ago, but it was starting to get dark. "Unless," Esther added, grinning, "you want to try to pick up where that guy so rudely interrupted?" She was mostly joking; she had cooled down considerably as a result of the incident. But even now when she thought of the events leading up to the rude interruption, Esther blushed.

C.T sighed, she truly wished there were more definite answers too her questions, but she also knew that none probably existed, there was no logic behind hate in most cases, especially not blind hate. It was just the way they were groomed, as long as C.T remembered that, their words wouldn't sting so much.... Probably. Esther was suggesting they link back up with Mag and Jennie, probably for C.T's sake but the girl hated to think about what those two were doing right now, she didn't want too crash their party either, so instead she grinned back at Esther's second suggestion but didn't answer, instead she lifted Esther chin with a single finger and pressed a kiss too her lips. One that would serve as her answer. "You're blushing darling."

Esther was somewhat surprised by C.T.'s unspoken answer. Although with the way C.T. had been reacted to Mag and Jennie earlier, maybe this shouldn't have been unexpected at all. When C.T. mentioned Esther's blush, Esther's cheeks grew involuntarily only deeper in color. "Back there, at the gym... you could have asked me anything, and I would have complied without hesitation or question," she admitted. "But you already knew that, didn't you?"

"Oh I know," C.T whispered hotly. "Your responses to my intentions weren't very subtle at all, I don't doubt that I could have gotten anything from you at that very moment." C.T said with that smirk of hers that always appeared when she was talking too Esther. "Now the only question is, whether or not that is still true, at this very moment?"

That smirk... Esther loved that smirk. She loved the way C.T. was whispering to her, too. It was all definitely working to wear Esther down, lull her back into submission. But Esther felt like she was on more equal ground here, since she wasn't entangled in C.T. like she had been at the gym. Esther took a step closer to C.T., officially closing the gap between them. "Hm, I dunno," she said in a sultry voice, trying to appear more on-the-fence about the situation than she actually felt. "Maybe it was a one-time deal. But I guess there's only one way to find out... ask me anything."

"A one time deal? That would be very unfortunate, perhaps we should experiment, see what kind of mood you are in?" C.T asked her grin widening a bit as Esther gave her the go ahead to try something, "Hmmm, how about.." C.T hummed as if she were truly lost in thought. "How about you just close your eyes for me?" C.T asked
