And I just want to show them. §TATE: NORMAL |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| As Mirai's light rope went around the corner there was a brief crash and then a scream. "Gaaahhh!" SC came whipping back around the corner being dragged towards Mirai by one of her back legs. She dug her claws into the carpet but only succeeded in leaving a huge trailing rip behind as she was dragged. "Alright! You got her! Umm...oh," Texas said as he turned to face Mirai while SC was pulled back to her. He remembered this was a completely different Mirai. There was no telling what she might do. "Umm...we might want to find out how she got into our realm..." Texas mumbled, not wanting to draw too much attention to himself at the moment. |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use:

Let me goooo!" SC said, practically running in place as she tried to escape. After a few minutes she stopped. "Okay...okay," she said between breaths. "What do you want to know?" Texas was careful to walk around the two so he could stand closer to Mirai, just out of arm's length. |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use:

"I just said I did something to get you to change forms....and....they way I got in...." she paused for a moment as if she didn't want to tell, but continued on. "Some genius decided to rip a big hole between your realm and Herald's realm. I guess to cross from one into the other really quickly....no idea how that happened but the hole was big enough for little old me to squeeze through. I strongly suggest you either plug up that hole or make it into a solid bridge for travel between the two realms. Otherwise you kinda have a hole in your defenses...." Texas leaned towards the cat. "And what about that guy Matt that you two were talking about?" SC looked over at Texas. "Oh, the kid? Umm...he wouldn't stop annoying me while I was over there so I just kinda....duct-taped him to a tree....." "...oh. Okay." He came at Mirai from behind, kneeling down and wrapping his arms around her. He focused his own resonance force on her soul and ignited it, increasing the heat as much as he could. He focused his flames on the oozing scars as he focused on trying to close them again while burning away any of the purple liquid that had seeped out. "Mirai," he whispered as the fire burned. "Mirai, come back." SC used the distraction to break herself free and took off as fast as she could, disappearing from view. |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use:

I climbed I slipped I fell but at least I tried
If you turn your back, I'll burn that bridge ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Mirai muffled a few cries in pain as her wavelength continued fluctuating along with the madness in the area. As Mirai wrapped his arms around her, the appendages began slowly moving, changing shape to a sharpened point and aiming at Texas. The tried inching closer and closer to him before they began cracking suddenly in response to his resonance force reacting with Mirai's soul. Her madness levels began to decrease drastically as the purple liquid that was coming from her soul disintegrated and the scars began to close. Berserk Mirai's form turned the same color as the liquid before cracking away like a shell along with the appendages on her back which were now centimeters away from Texas. After a few more moments, the shell finished cracking away and Mirai, now back to normal, collapsed.

It looked like she would be okay despite the what had happened. He stood up and began walking back down the hallway with her until he reached the bedroom. Once he was there he knelt down and laid her down on the bed before pulling up a chair and sitting beside her. He didn't know if what had happened would cause damage to her but he knew that for the moment there was nothing he could do about it. He reached out and took her hand while he sat, clasping it in his as he waited for her to wake up. "Don't worry Mirai," he told her. "It's over. I'm here for you." |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use:

Mirai lay unconscious for about ten minutes, motionless. Suddenly her eyes snapped open and she sat up rather quickly, her eyes wide with what looked like fear. She breathed in a few times as she realized where she was before putting her free hand over her face.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas jumped up as soon as Mirai came to and looked down at her, still holding her hand. "Hey...Mirai....are you okay?" He asked slowly. "The cat is gone and you're back to normal so you're safe now, okay?" And I just want to show them.

Mirai kept her hand over her face. She let out a shaky breath and shook her head in reply to Texas. To her, she wasn't alright. She had almost killed Texas. The images that her berserk side thought of, the ways to kill him and the cat, they continued running through her head. Even though her scars on her soul were closed, it was only temporary. She could feel it.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas knelt down next to Mirai, pulling her into a hug. "Hey, just hang in there okay? It'll get better. And whatever that form of yours is, we'll get it under control. It's just a matter of time." He managed to work up a smile and a nod as he spoke, hoping Mirai would cheer up some. And I just want to show them.

Mirai closed her eyes and leaned against Texas as he hugged her and tried to cheer her up. She was quiet for a few minutes before taking a deep breath. "I need to get some fresh air... think over what to do about this..." she said quietly.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas nodded as he heard Mirai. "Yeah, okay," he replied. He held onto her for a bit longer. "Hey, um..." he began. "When we were back in your realm earlier...when the other Texas and his...friend or whatever....I could hear some of what was happening. And I heard about how bad things were for you before you met me and...how you felt...." He hugged her slightly tighter. "And I want you to know that....I'm always here for you okay? Even when I'm not. So don't ever give up on yourself. No matter what." He leaned into her after a moment his face pressed into her shoulder. And I just want to show them.
