All the while, Sasha felt like she was reading a story. It simply could not be true, but all that happened only served to prove Leo's tale. Unless... "Can I see the pictures?" she asked, almost afraid of what she will discover. It looked like he had been serious about the whole thing, but the story was just like something a crazy person would come up with. Not that she thought Leo was crazy or anything, but what he told her was unbelievable. This would be something that came from those horror movies with psychic people who foretold terrible events. But this was real, and something did happen, and everything was just sinking in and Sasha could not help but believe it. The fact that his brother had known about it, though, and had been willing to check the hotel must have meant that he believed him. Everything seemed to add up too nicely well to be mere coincidence. Was she afraid of Leo now? No, strangely enough. He didn't seem odd or dangerous to her at all. He seemed nothing like a normal person's definition of a crazy person. Leo was still a little boy who lived with his brother in the apartment near her own, a little boy who loved his brother dearly and humanely, a little boy who just happened to dream about someone and that led to saving her life. It was no wonder Leo had wanted to keep something like this a secret. Anyone else would have tried to have him tested for insanity or something of the sort. If anyone did happen to believe his ability... There would be the real crazy people who would try to exploit Leo's abilities for their own purposes, or they might try to have him killed if only to ensure some of the notorious murderers or kidnappers can never be found. Something as serious as this had to be kept a secret, and the weight of that revelation was crushing Sasha.

Leo was definitely not expecting that question, maybe questions about whether he was scared or something along those lines. But then again his story was pretty far-fetched to expect people to believe right away without some sort of proof. "Y-yeah if I could find them. I'm not sure where my sketchpad went to. Could you do me a favor and look on the little table behind the couch? I think my brother put it there when I was having the seizure." he said softly, waiting for her to grab the sketchpad and react to it.

Sasha checked the table and indeed found the sketchpad, flipping through it and gasping. There were the pictures of the missing woman, in incredible detail, and she looked like she was suffering. No doubt scenes from Leo's nightmare. There was even the hotel's name there, and she had all the proof she needed. This only gave her even more incentive to keep Leo's secret. It was both a gift and a curse, for both Leo and everyone around him. "This is incredible," she whispered as she examined the pages. "If it wasn't such a dangerous thing, I would say your gift can be the solution to the problem with finding murderers and kidnappers and everything!"

Leo was glad she wasn't afraid of him, or that she didn't call him a freak. He smiled and nodded, placing a hand on the sketchpad to lower it from her gaze. "They're painful to see. I would like to help those who need it but....I think I'd like more to just not have them. I don't even know why I had dreams about her in particular. I mean we've never met before we found her so I'm still not sure why my dreams happened in the first place." More importantly, if he were to one day gain his sight, would he still have these dreams or would they subside? The answer to that question may be the deciding factor of whether or not he should actually have the surgery done.

Sasha nodded, even though Leo would not see it. "It probably is better that you don't have these dreams, but they're here now and I'm guessing you don't know what to do with it," she said, putting the sketchpad down. "I guess the only thing we can do is make sure no one else knows about it and hope that no one believes the police. There are people who will try to go after you because of these nightmares, so you might have to lay low until all this excitement dies down. Thanks for sharing your secret with me, though." She suddenly remembered the trial that was supposed to come up. It was likely that Leo and his brother would have to testify, for they were witnesses.

Leo smiled a little. "Yeah...laying low is just what I plan on doing too. Without Ash around, I really don't want to go investigate these dreams if they happen while he's in the hospital. And I refuse to take you or anyone in your family with me. I don't want anyone else getting hurt." he said softly, giving a heavy sigh of relief as he was glad that he was able to tell someone else about the dreams besides his brother. Leo loved his brother dearly and relied on him for just about everything but it was also nice to know that he had someone else to talk to just in case. "Are you hungry at all? I could try to make something for us." he said before standing up to stretch a bit.

"Nah, I'm just fine. The salad I had earlier is enough for the next hour or so," Sasha replied. "I wonder what would happen if you did have those dreams again... Maybe you can draw them and I can drop hints to the police. I dunno. What do you suppose?" She highly doubted that Leo would be all that comfortable with leaving things alone if he had a similar dream again, but with things as they are it would be impossibly dangerous to go on some investigation. Some notes for the police might suffice, if they took them seriously, that is. For all she knew, the notes might be thrown away just like the police laughed at Leo.

Leo nodded. "Well...I would suppose that I wouldn't have to deal with these dreams at all. But then again I'm sure I won't get my way." he said with a small laugh, heading into the kitchen to find something for him to make for himself. It had been a long day, indeed, and even though he ate not too long ago somehow his stomach didn't think it was enough. After realizing that cooking was a bit of a challenge for him, he then decided to go with a sandwich for the moment. It was a good thing each shelf had it's own group of food in the fridge, otherwise it would be interesting trying to find everything on his own. After a few minutes his sandwich was prepared and he resumed his spot back on the couch, placing a hand on Sasha's knee again. "If you'd like...I can draw more sketches for you. I mean...it's a bit of a challenge because I can't always see things to draw them but I still have memories to go off of."

"I would like to see some sketches then," Sasha said, thinking of maybe a request. "How about you draw your brother?" She would like to see what Leo remembered of Asher and probably how their relationship would influence his art style. It would also be interesting to see how well he could draw. It might give her an idea about what to suggest as an occupation. "Maybe also describe him while you draw. I know you two are really close, but I just want to know exactly how you see him with or without your sight."

"Okay, just keep in mind though that I haven't seen my brother for a little over a year...and I'm not very good at touching things and drawing what I felt. That's a little difficult. I'll be right back, I need the right pencil." he said before standing up and heading upstairs. Leo was a little excited to show off his skills, his mind was so preoccupied with the lines he was determining to make that he wasn't paying attention to climbing the stairs and stumbled on a couple of them. "I'm okay!" he called, though he didn't understand why said something, after all it's not like Sasha would be able to hear him. He quickly got back up and recovered his pencil from his nightstand before walking back downstairs.

As Sasha waited for Leo, she suddenly thought she felt a thump and wondered if he fell or something. After a few seconds of wondering, she decided she would wait a few minutes. If he didn't come back, she would check on him. In the meantime, she would take a look at the apartment. It looked so old and leaky and rundown, which was probably typical considering the brothers' situation. Even so, her brother had heard the landlord usually overcharged for rent. Assuming Asher was the only one to work, how long did he have to work to pay for this place, feed himself and his brother, pay for the electricity, and everything? Such a thing would seem impossible and most people would have gotten fed up and left a long time ago... For these reasons, she was glad Samuel had decided to share their current apartment with Chase and Cherry.

Leo returned to the couch and settled down, taking a bite of his sandwich first so as to calm the beast he called his stomach. He sighed to try and calm himself down long enough to steady his hand, he had to take a minute to remember what his brother looked like but once the image was in his mind it was easier to draw. Leo flipped to a blank page and raised his hand to the sketchpad and appeared as though he were scribbling on the paper. Long strokes, short strokes, careful detailed lines. Each line contributed to his brother's image, though his hand was a little cramped after, he had to press a little harder on the paper so he could feel the indentations which was something he learned in the last year. Leo took a minute to feel the indentations so he could compare it with the image in his mind. After a minute or two Leo added a few things, a couple strokes here and there to create a pair of glasses he remembered his brother wearing when they were younger. Once he was done, Leo put the pencil down and turned the sketch toward Sasha so she could see it better. "That should be accurate, or very close to him anyways."

Once again, in great detail. Sasha marveled at the drawing Leo had created, though the glasses caused her to raise an eyebrow. She didn't remember seeing any glasses on him when she saw him. "Your brother wore glasses?" she asked. "Does he wear contacts now or something?" That would probably make sense, but it didn't look like he had any problem seeing things and it would be expected that the contacts would have been taken out when the doctors worked on him. Maybe his eyes just got better. It happens.

Leo smiled at the memory of when Ash wore glasses. "He wore glasses when he was little.....our parents paid a lot of money so he could get surgery to correct his eyesight. His glasses used to be really thick, but I always thought he looked good with them. Ash hated them, he used to get picked on a lot because of them." he said, remembering the old days when their parents were still alive. How Leo wished they could go back to those ages.

Sasha smiled then. "He does look good with glasses. I can't imagine why he would get picked on for them," she said. "I can tell you and Asher are really close. Have you always been like that? Or maybe there was a time when you couldn't stand each other?" She also noticed that Leo and his brother looked nothing alike, as if they might as well have been total strangers. It was because of that lack of resemblance that she, her brother, and their friends had thought the two were boyfriends or something. At this, Sasha frowned. Leo and Asher looked like they could have been a good couple.
