The next step he took creaked ominously, and he shuffled back hastily as a section of floor actually cracked and fell into the darkness beneath.

Once he felt he was the proper state of mind, he began to climb. Nush made his way up and over, managing to succeed this time. Landing on the other side, he rolled his shoulders lightly and moved on.

The shining thing was almost within reach. Rojand edged along the side of a shelf, the ominous creaking under his feet making him tense and twitchy. Almost there. There were more creaks near the entrance, but he ignored them.

Hello! Decyl is back for more roller coaster, and in his reattempt to get the thing to work...it doesn't. Which was strange because he did it perfectly last time.
