After a bit of patients and trickery Tiletk managed to grab the fragment and a new set of words bubbled up making him feel a moment of frustration and anger. His expression darkened briefly but he moved on.

"Hmm, you think so?" Lance asked. It certainly didn't help the longing ache in his heart . . .or maybe it just fueled it. But he agreed, they did seem to be literal pieces of conversations from some distant past . . .
Concentrating, he tried to snatch one again and failed, sighing. Now he was starting to feel weird in front of the girl, like he was supposed to be good at this stuff! Or at least as good as her. "Is there a trick, maybe? They don't seem to like me . . ."

Still frowning, the girl caught sight of another spark and chased after it. As some of the others before it eluded her grasp so that she returned to the tall boy with a small pout on her face. She looked up at him and thought about it, trying to figure out why it was easier for her to catch the little glowing pieces. Maybe it was because that first one had said she glowed, but that didn't really make sense. He was taller than Annabell, so he should be faster than her too! So what was it... A finger tapped against her chin as she thought for a moment before she looked up at him once more. "Maybe you should try smiling?" That had seemed to work for her!

She saw them both. She was going to say something, until that peppy little thing stopped her so she could grab an orb. Well, fine with Leia, she didn't mind. Alice nodded to the girl's comment after she had caught it. "Yes, they are tricky," She said in a calm, yet nice tone, and in some form, a nice gesture.
But then there was the other guy. Who was this? Did she know him? Was it possible? "Greetings to you?"
