Natalia watched as Sophie healed the monster the best she could. Her spell would do everything, but at least it wasn't so beat up anymore. It seemed to respond to her positively, and her spell as well. "It'll definitely need to ear more, and its arm should be looked at. For now, let's see if it'll come with us. I think Arianna would be able to help with caring for it. Looks like something she'd be familiar with." Pokémon or not, it was a monster of sorts. Arianna should be able to tend to it better than Natalia and Sophie could. Right?

She was right about that. Natalia had the skill to make him forget about it a lot of the bad memories most of the time. Arlin nodded to her plan and headed back to the square with her. "What kind of glass do you make? I noticed your necklace. They look like glass charms of your Pokémon. Is that what you do?"






Hubert listened to Pascal's lecture. She may have been explosive during it, but she had a point. Who was to say a vortex wouldn't be big enough to swallow a city? The vortex Pascal spoke of was large enough to swallow Lhant alone. He looked up when Gaius excused himself, curious as to where he was going. He grew cautious of the man, but he didn't want to jump to any conclussions. Last time he did that, he ended up becoming friends with the other. As he looked back at the girls, and was ready to say something when he suddenly caught whiff of something. It was a terrible smell. A terribly terrible smell that coukd only come from one source.... "For the love of--! Pascal!! When was the last time you took a bath!?"

Space time and wormholes weren't something outside of Pascal's understanding. However, she felt as if that dark energy she encountered upon entering this strange world had something to do with it. In turn, something felt amiss after treading into the dark void, like a foreign body was planted in her chest. Her eyes followed Gaius as he left the room without a word, like a cold wind who comes and goes as he pleases. Unlike Hubert, who acts composed but can easily get flustered or blush upon one of her compliments-- Gaius was different. He seemed to pull off showing no emotion whatsoever; only a steely frown which conveyed unblinking determination. What's with that guy? He could at least say-
Her flow of thought was cut off by Hubert's protest. "M-My last bath?" In all honesty, she couldn't remember when she last took a bath. Although, she wasn't a person who can tell if she smelt bad or not. Tugging on her shirt, it stuck to her dusty skin like a wet tissue. In uncouth taste, she sniffed her clothes, but the smell test proved to be somewhat of a dud. She aways smelled like such after not taking a bath after a few days. In hindsight, falling in and out of consciousness while wandering this foreign planet had messed with her time cycle. "Umm . . . I don't know? But it can't be that bad, right?"

Sorry for the wait. I was rather busy today.

Gaius wandered the town with Muzét, though he wasn't really paying attention to the town. Unlike his curious companion, Gaius wasn't one for agriculture or human cultures. He respected them, of course, since different cultures made the world more interesting, but he wasn't really interested in that sort of thing. As they explored, Muzét occassionally voicing her thoughts, there was a roar of some kind that caught Gaius' attention. He looked up at the dias nearby, seeing a small crowd and what looked like a wyvern. Had one of his wyverns appeared here as well? The male turned and went up to the crowd, dismissing Muzét as he did so. Reaching the small gathering of people, Gaius looked above their heads to see the wyvern was protecting a girl, who had another monster of some sort with her. "What's happened?" "That girl appeared here with those monsters. Now her monsters are ready to attack us. The guards are waiting for them to do it." Self-defense most likely. If they were tamed monsters, he could imagine that making the first blow would be frowned on. At least, it would be in Rieze Maxia. Gaius wasn't going to interfere until he noticed the girl's head was bleeding. He ran the scene through his mind, comig up wih the conclusion that the guards had threatened them first, and someone bad injured the monsters' mistress. Gaius gave a sigh before he walked through the crowd and suddenly disarmed the guards. "Monsters that are tamed will protect their master. Just like a dog. Before these creatures attack you, you should leave. Now."

Scythe went on all fours and sniffed at the pile of clothes; they smelled clean so he grabbed an armful and stood up "This is completely different from that other time I took someone's clothes!" he said turning towards the entrance to the town "Hey look; everybody has come to say hello!" and indeed a large crowd of people had gathered; whispering and pointing at the trio, Scythe simply smiled and waved at them his tails sweeping slowly from side to side "Hi there!" he said deciding that the small spikes of fear he felt were nothing more than first-meeting jitters

OCC: Thanks to a certain tv show; I am now trying to remember if wolves eat fish

Sophie looked at the creature while it ate the apple. She heard Natalia, but she didn't want to push her luck. Sophie thought she had been incredibly lucky it hadn't attacked her already. "Ri." "Huh?" Sophie saw the creature stand, seeming to feel better already. Maybe Cure was more effective than she realized. "Riolu." It looked like it wanted to come with her, and she smiled. That was a relief. Standing herself, she looked at Natalia and followed the knightress as they walked off the boat.

Arianna looked down at her necklace and shook her head. "The jewelry charms are for me. I have a charm for each of my Pokémon, including their evolutions. See?" Arianna reached into her bag and pulled out two glass charms wrapped safely in bubble wrap. She unwrapped them and held them out. They were small figurines of a Charmander and Charmeleon. "This is Efreet during his first two stages. This is a Charmander and this is a Charmeleon. I do this to remember those days. It's sort of my own little diary in some weird way." Putting the charms back, she smiled again. "I mostly make figurines of Pokémon and people, but I do marble, bowls....Things of that nature. One time I made a figurine replica of Prism Tower for someone who once lived in Lumiose City. Maybe I'll make a figurine for you sometime."

Swordsman of Revenge

Dart had heard Lord's complaint about Lloyd being yet another red-clad swordsman. He himself wasn't one to complaint about another's attire. "Guess it shows that we have something in common." He said with a chuckle then turned his attention to Lloyd. He seemed pretty protective of this village, not that he would blame him for it. He would've been the same way with Seles. He couldn't help but wonder as to what the brunette swordsman had done, though he could understand that it would be sore subject to pry on. "We're not intending on staying long so you don't have to worry too much. Someone close to me is in danger, and I must regroup with my friends as soon as possible." For a brief moment, he thought about Shana and hoped that he and the others won't be too late.

His gaze shifted over to Gilgamesh then back to Lloyd as they spoke about having a challenge, though Lloyd had turned it down. "He was like that with me as well." He rubbed the back of his head for a moment. "I wouldn't mind having a friendly spar with you sometime. Though for now, we've got other priorities to worry about." He couldn't help but wonder if Lloyd's swordsmanship was as good as the Lloyd from his own world. His attention then shifted back to Gilgamesh when he heard his question. "First I'm going to check and see if any of my friends are here. The sooner I find them, the better." He would then gaze back to Lloyd. "I don't suppose you have a map, by any chance?"

Tear glanced over to Cross as she heard his comment. "Yes. I saw the building while I was getting a map from that merchant." She said before giving a nod in agreement to Mamizou's comment. The more they learn about Aselia, the better prepared they would be. Not only that, she was also curious about this world overall and wanted to see what other similarities it had with Auldrant. What caught her attention was when Mamizou spoke about her friend, who was also a puppeteer. From the way it sounded, how her friend used her dolls was quite different with how Anise used Tokunaga.

She then turned her attention to Elize as she explained what mana lobes were and how artes were performed in Rieze Maxia. It was seem that the young girl could sense mana as well when she mentioned that the mana in Aselia lacked spirits. Auldrant, Rieze Maxia, and Aselia do have some similarities, yet they all function differently from each other. "It would seem that we would have to adapt with using this mana in order to perform our artes. Until then, we may have to rely on our weapons to defend ourselves as well as using our items wisely. Hopefully there's something in the library that could help us with that." She would rather want to play safe than sorry, especially being in a foreign world. She turned and started to lead the way to the library. "Oh, and Elize..." The Melodist stopped in her tracks and looked over her shoulder to Elize. "I would suggest that you keep a low profile about being an otherworlder to the inhabitants here. It would seem they're already have an issue of their own with these 'corrupted areas', and the last thing we want is making them more tense even if it's unintentional."
