Note about Mire: Written by Mel
Queen Melethia Dagon
Anyway those in game 3 are really close to Mire range and most of us can't take it. 9 base magic + 3 from Mire = 12 base damage before the dice roll so the min-max from mire is 13-22 with out defenses/skills coming into play.
Here's the results from Mire stuff at max health with no bonuses to defenses (Dragonskin is accounted for):
Sunil can take a Max Mire Aruna can take a Max Mire Rath can take a Max Mire
Clara dies if a 10 is rolled Alex dies if a 7 or higher is rolled Annis dies if a 6 or higher is rolled Ganon dies if a 6 or higher is rolled. (Dragonskin is accounted for)
Of course we have rallies and males have Demosielle to help out.
With that noted here is the Mire range map provided by Lethe:
Please take caution.
It looks like we might need to go deeper to get the necromancer to take the Mire bait.

Well due to Nick being gone for a little while which is all explained here:
So for game 4, I intend to finish my arena rounds and then I'll be good. I expect the others want to do theirs as well, I don't know about Seth or Isadora.
Could Leena pass out some of the things she bought for people while we're doing that? Better to have a vulnerary before heading out just in case.

Sure, I could manage that! The closer you guys move to my space, the better.
Though I'm really itching for action. I know I won't be getting any combat experience, of course, but I feel like we're lagging behind game 3 who's already encountered the enemy.
We're still setting up. It's not exciting yet, but I'm sure it will be soon.

What Sue said. While I understand some wants to max their limit on the arena to gain exp, we are lagging behind the game. Besides Leena doing some trading around, the only thing Seth and I can do is Talk Action and that's like a 50% chance of getting some temporary stat bonus or not.
Even if Seth or I take the arena abuse after you guys are done, do you think people like to wait before moving forward?

It's irritating as all hell, but if we can get a coordinated movement going then it's not going to make much of a difference in time if all of us take five rounds at the arena. What's holding us up primarily are life's hiccups, which I've stopped getting pissy about because s**t happens. We'll catch up eventually.

Sue, it's... not your turn. It's been the same turn order since the game started, not sure why you think it's changed?

I thought since Isadora Pm'd me that I had to take immediate action. I'll save the text for my next move, I suppose. Sorry about that, I'll delete it.
Just to be clear, where is the turn order in game 4? I've really just been moving when others tell me it's my turn.
Well for those who haven't seen me in the Blast, I have returned, and thus I will be taking control of Seth again in Boardgame 3. Many thanks to Jen for doing that for me while I dealt with my crap. Anyways, things sure escalated quickly huh? Jen forwarded me the thing Isa, and that sounds like a good plan. You and I are probably the best at tanking hits, because anything not magically inclined is going to do VERY little damage to me, if any at all, so that's good. The big problem is the mage, and the fact that Leena is poisoned. Also I noticed that the mage on Space 20 has TOMEFAIRE, so that is a GIGANTIC problem, as if he rolls a 4, he can attack the people on space 14, creating...things. I think you and I should probably attack an enemy on space 3, me a thief for weapon triangle, and you the bandit for the same reason. This is provided the RNG is cooperative, and if not, we need to block off space 14 from the enemies. That is priority number one. I can tank hits if it comes to that, as Pavise+Massive Defense=very little damage if any. Vaida should probably attack the other Thief as well, hopefully getting rid of it, either that or finishing off an enemy me or Isa don't kill. things have gotten really hairy really fast, and we need to adjust quickly. Here's too good rolls, and happy hunting.

Tomefaire is not that big of an issue, as the highest roll that mage can get is a 4 if they use that skill. Shinon's the one that's going to be targeted in that case because of Provoke. That's why Rin should heal Shinon first, so that he can survive a Tomefaire if it does happen. The mage only has a 25% chance of even making it to where he can attack, so you guys should be mostly okay.
You, Mihira, and Isa should stay on Tile 12 to serve as a wall. Your defenses are more than enough to minimize damage. Leena, Shinon, Ziaram, and Rin should camp out on Tile 14, (with Rin providing heals to Shinon first and then to either Ziaram, Leena or Vika) and Vika on 15. Vika does have Maelstrom, so if she does get attacked she can at least return half-damage to indirect attacks. Which Tomefaire is a part of.
There isn't much that can be done to completely negate all damage, so the best option is to minimize as much damage as possible.
