I understand. ^>^ I recommend finding a willing partner and beating them with a wiffle ball bat. Deals no bodily harm, makes a humorous bonking noise, and it lets you vent. ^>^ If you really want to get it out fast, use one of the ones that squeaks. If that isn't enough, I know a couple of macabre anime you could watch. ^>^ I recommend Higurashi no naku koro ni.

Why not? Those things can hit terminal velocity and still only leave bruises. That, and wiffle bats are funny for analogies, and they make violence seem more funny than it actually is. If you're around the wrong people, they take it wrong when you say you'd beat someone with a baseball bat or a crowbar. Substitute wiffle bat in, and they find it humorous. It's kinda like sugar coating. Sorry if I over explained...
