Hearing Mirai laugh, Atticus would have a puzzled look on his face, just as Shira said he was dense, "What? Am I missing something here?" he asked as he felt that they were keeping something secret from him. Looking at more of the pictures, Atticus would see none with his family, "Mirai-neesan, why is there no pictures of my family here?" he asked.

"I guess I could take one more look at them then." he said. Looking at the pictures once more, and taking Mirai's last words into consideration, Atticus would finally realize the truth. That his family and Shira's family were one in the same. With shock in his eyes, he would look back at Shira, but he would not say a word.

Glancing over at Mirai, Atticus would give her a rather evil-looking glare, "W-Well, I've known how she has felt about me for a long time, so that isn't the awkward part." he said as he looked back at Shira and then down at the ground, "It's my own feelings that I have yet to understand." he muttered as he closed his eyes and sat back in the bed, "I have yet to truly..." he would begin but wouldn't finish. Opening his right eye, he would look at Shira, "So you've known this the entire time?" he asked.

Staring up at the ceiling, Atticus would seem somewhat distant, "So Riku is my son eh? I can see the resemblance as well. He is the spitting image of me when I was younger." he spoke as his head began to hurt. "So what should I do now? How am I suppose to react to this?" he asked out loud. "I don't want things to be different between us, but with this how can it not?"

Hearing Shira, Atticus would sigh, "But if it is a future that doesn't make you happy, then it isn't worth it." he said as he grabbed his head, "I may not feel that way about you now, but now we both know one day we will be together, but the question is, if we will stay together." he said referring to the reason why he wasn't in the pictures along with Shira and Riku.

Sitting up, Atticus would make his way out of the bed and towards Shira and stood before her as she stared at the ground, "I don't like seeing you sad." he would say, as he then hugged her, "The future is always changing, but one thing I know is that we will always be together. Whether as partners or as something more." he would then go and put his jacket on and looked back at Mirai, "Thank you for your words and your help. Mirai-neesan."

Eric was surprised when Dara came over and sat on his knees, telling him they needed to see Daichi. He reflexively put his arms around her waist, his hand resting on her stomach. As he felt the tiniest bulge, he thought about Daichi. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to see him one more time....maybe just see him. Not talk. He was zoned out in thought as Atticus and Shira played "Guess who fell in love" so he didn't hear most of it until Atticus ad Shira were discussing whether or not this future would/should happen.

He couldn't blame Atticus though, he was uncomfortable with the idea of a family as well. He looked over to see that Harold was growing even more worried as Shira and Atticus discussed how they changed things and how they might not even end up being together and having a kid now. He sighed. Harold certainly cared about his family a lot. Did that make him weaker....or stronger?

Sarah didn't realize that the man in the dark coat was Riku's dad but she could see the resemblance now. She felt the awkwardness between Ms. Shira and the dark man so she walked up to the man in the coat with a smile. "Congratulations! You're a proud papa!" She said as she jumped up and put the non-burning flame on his shoulder which was now glowing a bright yellow. The jewel-snake began coiling its way around Atticus's leg and body as it tried to get to the flame. "Jakey-Snake is happy for you too!"
