"Well, he was indeed...You must have had a good teacher, too!" Hyber spinned around, with Liv in her arms, and continued on with the dance.

Liv was going to ask about the mysterious dance teacher, when Hyber mentioned how her own teacher must have been good as well. Her steps faltered for a moment as Tyki leapt to the forefront of her mind, her smile fading for a fraction of a second, "Um...yes, I did...." She righted herself and continued to dance as if nothing had happened, quickly changing the topic, "But tell me more about Amestris, and these Alchemists."

"Okay....." She continued the dance as she spoke. "Well, Amestris is full of alchemists, who work under the goverment, or by themselves." She twirled Liv, again. "So, state alchemists are under control of the military, but they have the ability to use the national library. Only state alchemists have access to it. " She caught Liv, then continued leading. "but state alchemists need to take an exam before they can be made into state alchemists, and need to take a special assignment or test each year to stay state alchemists."

"I see...you must have to be pretty good to become a State Alchemist, is that it? But anyone can learn Alchemy?" She continued to let Hyber lead her around the dance floor as they talked.

"Um....I'm not a State alchemist.....anyone can learn Alchemy, yes...." She continued moving to the music, and Spinning Liv a little more. "I'm just a person who knows people.....It really helps out later, when it's needed....."

"I know that, silly. I wasn't saying 'you' specifically..I meant 'you' as in anyone in general. Anyone must have to be good to become a State Alchemist. And it's not like Exorcists, then...not everyone can be an Exorcist."

"Anybody can be a state alchemist, but few pass the annual state alchemist exam." She spun, and the music started slowing down. "Yes...it's not like an exorcist at all, even though both will be called out to battle when needed."
