Aito smiled. He used his knuckle to gently lift her head up. Yes, by a kishin egg. And yes we were. And its fine. Come on smile. he said and smiled some more. What made your smile disappear? he asked with a slight pout.

Aito put on a seripus face and looked Brookelle in the eye. Because I know that my parents and my grandpa wouldn't want me to be sad. Now come on, smile. he said, his face changing from serious to pleading with the last statement.

Aito shrugged. Not always, but I hate seeing a pretty girl frown. he said with a shrug, only half joking. I gotta warn you though, whenever we fight someone or something I'm not going to be so cheery. Actually I'll be no nonsense and kind of mean. So I'm going to apologize in advance for anything about me that you see as rude or mean.... he said with a sigh.

Aito turned Brookelle over in his hands, running his fingers gingerly down the vine pattern. He smiled and pointed her at a tree. So how do you fire? You'd be surprised how many weapons, guns to be exact, fire some way other than pulling the trigger. he said.
