Interesting. Is there any evidence to back up her claims?

There's a lot of back and forth about the cult claim. As for the kingly ka, not that I've found.

Normally I'd just say go with your gut feeling, but I guess this is one of those situations where you really can't make a decision. Ahaha...I feel kinda useless...

Well I decided, with a little prodding cat_sweatdrop , that if I do take the Beginner's Course now's not the time. I forgot to take into consideration my college classes. If all goes well I should have my grant back and will be taking a full class load. Plus it looks like they've been getting back on track of doing them every four months so I can always take it while I'm on Summer Break.

Ah yes of course. Sounds like a plan. I don't go back to uni until mid-February. So I'm kinda excited about that. I hope the people in my dorm this year are as awesome as last year's. I also only have three days of classes! I'm quite excited about that too. smile

Classes start the 22nd. The KO class starts the 25th. cat_sweatdrop So yeah I should probably wait.
But that's cool about your classes.

How would you go about doing those classes? Are they online or is there a certain place you have to meet up at or something?

No human-human contact? That sounds...kinda odd to me. Though over a long distance it'd probably work. I dunno. I like my classes conducted the old fashioned way...

Thy have meet ups and stuff but with them catering to an international crowd and only having one temple set up it kinda limits some things. So I can see why they do that. The couple other ones I've run across have been purely all online. So I kinda have to give the KO credit that they have in person stuff. But from what I've heard they do video chats, I think. I've heard of people seeing their RPDs being done.

Over long distance video chats would definately help. The outback schools are like that here in Australia. They're fantastic when you have to drive six hours just to get to your mailbox.

Wow. If we had to drive 6 hours just to get the mail I don't think we'd ever go get ours. I'm like the only one that checks our mailbox.

Well you wouldn't have to worry too much, the mail usually only gets delivered every couple of weeks with the road trains. (Think B-double but with eight or nine sections instead of just two - and that's juat a small one!)

That's interesting. Mail gets delivered everyday except Sundays and holidays.

That's what it's like in the cities. To get out into areas that only get their mail every two weeks, you'd be looking at a two-three day drive out into the desert at least.
