What did I tell you Kid, you would be turned down flat by the teacher: Shane's thoughts said as he looked for his new partner. He scanned the classroom until he spotted his partner "Just great" Shane muttered as he refused to get up and walk over to her He had wanted to be paired with the teacher, someone he saw before, but the teacher turned him down flat. Now he was stuck with a student, who he knew nothing about and really did not want too either. Shane would need to adapt to his new role and hope that it turned out alright. He turned back to the teacher and said " I would rather have the scarecrow as a partner then her!" Shane said a bit to decidedly as he glared at the teacher. Shane could not help it, socially unstable as he was, he was bound to say things that are a bit on the mean side.

Ninja themed? Flattering really. Atleast he was paired with someone he knew. He turned to Sammy who was looking out the window. Enjoying the view?

Easy enough. Hiro kinda preferred her instead of the actual teacher. He didn't do much but sit there. He looked over to Sammy.Alright we'll split the work. You'll think if the words, I'll form them into a sentence. Agreed?

The bell had just rang and the sound of it startled a strange looking boy. His hair was completely white and his eyes a light grey color. His outfit consisted of a light blue sweater than hung on his slender frame, matching his dark grey trousers. The feature that stood out the most on him were the white wings protruding from his back where the occasional white feather fluttered down as he moved around. He stood in front of a door with an unsure expression, his hand resting on the doorknob. After a while of just standing there, Light entered the English room and quickly made his way to the back, carefully walking down the aisle in order to avoid anyone bumping into his wings. They were folded neatly behind his back, but they were still quite large so they could get in the way of others.

"Oh, I guess she just explained it," Angela said, laughing at the example. "Um, and don't worry about the scarecrow. I have a curse a lot like that. Except it's my father and he's just clingy and annoying."

"Anyway, I suppose we ought to get on with this. Three sentences, isn't too bad. Let's see---P-Rosentale, A-kittens, N-Silveril, T-floor. At Rosentale, I was privileged to see three adorable kittens pounce Silveril and knock him to the floor. How's that for the first one?"

She paused when another boy entered the class. As he walked to the back of the class, Angela watched him with a sort of frightened expression. He looked--like he could be family. The white hair, the gray eyes...even the wings. Of course, hers sort of failed horribly and only liked to make their rather gory entrance when she used her magic. But many of the others had similarly white feathered wings.

What if it was a spy her father sent? The very idea (and it wasn't even that far fetched) instantly pissed her off. But then, the boy didn't feel like a Faerie. At all, really. She turned her head slightly to watch him go to the back of the class. As rude as it was to stare, she really couldn't help but be curious about him, under the circumstances. Maybe she could interview him as well...
