The Ravenclaws were starting to swarm in on Vanessa and with no other chasers in sight it made it difficult for the girl to continue to fly towards her objective. As she pitch down and inverted herself into a dive to gain speed and avoid more attempt at a steal Ronyo pulled his broom sharply up. He banked hard and moved in the opposite direction as Vanessa, but only for a few moments until he pull another sharp 180 degree turn and dove straight down to follow. He Chinese Fireball roared past Shina, being the last one to attempt a steal, and dove headlong as a Bludger came at him. Turning just slightly within a heartbeat of colliding with the Bludger Ronyo pulled hard and spun around as his bat slammed into the already fast moving sphere. The smack pushed the bludger in a straight line and increased its speed even more as it hurtled towards Shina.
"Dominic, focus fire! Make sure to get back on Vanessa's tail though after each shot, our formation with give their chasers less avenue of approach to steal!"
Hearing the approaching Bludger, Shina quickly threw herself sideways, peeling away from the Chaser and shedding altitude. The Bludger whistled by, a narrow miss. Adrenaline pumping, pulse pounding, Shina pushed her broom to accelerate, trying to cut in front of the Chaser and steal the Quaffle.

Looks like the Slytherin team really has their formations thought out ahead of time. Too bad it didn't stop Chase from attempting to steal the quaffle again. The bludger whizzed by him, missing him. Being hit once was bad, and he didn't plant on getting hit again. He smiled, diving for the quaffle.

Seeing the second chaser head to Vanessa Ronyo kicked his broom into high gear and took off up high and past Shina once again at high speed. It seemed to be against his original orders but Ronyo could see things were beginning to become hard pressed. He hoped Dominic would stick to what he called out and reform on Vanessa to give her coverage on the left side. That would limit the approach angle the Ravenclaws could come in at.
Ronyo streaked up high and pass the same Bludger he had just smacked towards Shina. It was still traveling at high speeds from the Slytherin Captain's first hit. Ronyo turned sharply and released both hands from his broom, guiding it only with his legs. Both hands gripped the bludger bat and slammed into the sphere again sending shockwaves up Ronyo's own arms as he sent to offensive orb streaking and break neck speed back down towards Chase.
With that Ronyo spun and dove right after the Bludger doing his best to keep up with the hurtling sphere. It passed Shina like a bullet and once again the green and white streak of Ronyo sailed by hurtling like two meteors. Ronyo hugged his broom closer to lessen his profile and increase his aerodynamics as he allowed both gravity and the broom speed to push him on. If the Bludger missed Ronyo could at least streak by Chase and reform on Vanessa, hopefully giving the Ravenclaw a start. He just hoped he could pull up from his dive once he passed his target.
Dominic could barely hear his captain's voice pierce through the howling winds and struggling against the roaring crowd deafening his ears all around him. Each time he had departed to smash the bludger, he dutifully returned to Vanessa's side.
And now, he glanced to his teammate just to make sure the chaser was safe before he took off, zooming so close to Shina he was sure she felt the slap of his robes as he whipped around to face the Ravenclaw girl and slammed his bat into a bludger in her direction, not even bothering to see if contact was made as he rushed back to Vanessa's side.
Irritated and flustered, Belle pivoted around the stands once again in the endless search for the snitch, but with the ripping winds and the boisterous enthusiasm pounding into her ears, she could barely focus. Her heart was throbbing in her throat, she couldn't breathe, and erratic rush of blood flooding to her cheeks as her focus sought for any fast, agile swish of gold. Joy and rage swelled in her all at once as she rounded the keepers goals of the Ravenclaw team and sped off down the pitch once more. Pale green eyes vigil to the world around her, not even reliquishing an ounce of her attention from the pursuit of the elusive golden snitch to the other players, or the game--it was still early on, she had an ample amount of time. Still, the boiling impatience and agitation set in as the snitch was no where to be seen, for now.
Steal after steal was coming her way and each time it seemed to draw Vanessa further away from a clear path to the goals. The blonde could really use the help of one of the other chasers but even with her observation skill she could not find them. Taking a deep breath, the fifth year adjusted her broom to face goals. Her green eyes were darting around the whole time she traveled in hoping to spot either Amanda or Daisy to pass. As long as one of them could catch the ball they could score. It would also elevate some pressure on her. The goals themselves weren't far but she still could use some help. 4/5 post

Daisy Benster First Year Slytherin~Chaser

Daisy kicked off the ground and got ready to play. She looked around to see Belle, Dominic, and the whole team ready to play. She looked for Ronyo and kicked off to get closer to him and try and get the ball. O.o.C: Sorry I have been gone my Internet was crapy still so but it is up and running.
Vanessa was close now, in just a few more yards she would be in scoring range and it would be between the keeper and chaser to duel. That did not mean Ronyo and Dominic could not still provide support and help increase the difficulty for the Ravenclaw keeper to focus on Vanessa's shot.
"Dominic, next Bludger you see smack it into one of the ring then cross in front of Vanessa and fly straight into the other chasers! I will do the same, let's see if there Keeper can track three objects hurtling towards the goals."
Ronyo pulled on his broom hard while in his dive and all but came to a dead stop, a move that had he not been riding a broom designed for such sharp turns and stop might have snapped at the shaft. Ronyo could see the Bludger that just missed Chase coming back his way with what appeared to be a wish to strike back the one who continued to hit it. With a smile Ronyo slammed the Bludger and sent it sailing towards the right goal ring with a bit less force than normal to hopefully coincide with Vanessa's shot.
After his shot had been made Ronyo sailed down to the ground and banked hard clipping the grass with his robes and then pulling up hard to sail up and cross right in front of Vanessa, blocking the Chaser from view of the Keeper for just a moment, and if Dominic followed suit it would be another distraction the Keeper would have to contend with. Ronyo rolled and pitched down right over the blonde Slytherin's head, the pull up and flew straight on towards the Ravenclaw Chasers. Who would have to change direction or risk slamming headlong into the green and silver captain.
Finally the goals were in scoring range. At the same time Vanessa finally managed to locate Daisy, unfortunately the first year hadn't moved much. It wasn't that big of a surprise, The fifth year remembered her first game the noise had definitely been a surprise. Shaking all thoughts from her head she swapped hand with the quaffle and launched it towards the goals. 5/5 post

After watching the game intently from across the field, the action had moved closer, and now a blonde chaser and two beaters dressed in silver and green swooped toward the Ravenclaw goalposts. Shina and Chase had been taking a beating, but they were still flying and now was not the time to worry about them. The blonde in the middle had just lofted a large red ball straight towards the redheaded Ravenclaw. No way would Cat let the first points go to Slytherin. She had to catch this. Stretching with both hands, knees gripping the broom, she reached for the Quaffle...

With a solid thoomp, the ball landed in Cathryn's gloved hands. A smile broke out across her face as she briefly reveled in her victory. "Shina! Catch!" her thick Irish accent called to the dark-haired chaser. A slight oomph left cat as she lobbed the large ball to the young Ravenclaw, setting the game off in the other direction.

Chase smiled as Cathryn caught the quaffle and threw it at Shina. He turned around and leaned forward, his broom accelerating towards the Slytherin goalposts. Now to watch out for those Beaters...

The lack of points did not depress the Slytherin Captain as he was well aware that this game was just now getting underway. Every action and reaction was information, information that the deductive and inquisitive fifth year collected and stored for future use, both immediate and long term. The pass being made to Shina Ronyo pulled up and flipped back to fall in line between Vanessa and Daisy.
"Ladies split to the outside and go wide, I'll follow the carrier and build the pressure. Take your moments to try and steal from each side, " Ronyo nodded to them both telling them to get going and then he looked to Dominic, "Dom! Have at them, go wild!"
Introducing a bit of chaos to order was sometimes a good way to see how those considered to be intellectuals faired when things did not go as planned. Ronyo kicked off and stream in towards Shina with his bat ready as he heard the sound of a Bludger, likely the one from before with the grudge, coming in making that tale-tell whistling sound as it broke through the air. Ronyo swung and fired the bludger at Shina but continued his pursuit staying on the young girls tail the entire time. He may not be able to take the quaffle away but someone following you who can send a crazy sphere your way was not the most reassuring ideas either.
Vanessa frowned as her shot was blocked. Either she hadn't quite lined up correctly after all the dodging or she had unintentionally distracted herself with observations. Oh well either case there was nothing she could do about it. The fifth year banked and turned around. Once again instead of allowing her voice to be drowned out by the crowd she just nodded before pulling off to the side to speed up along side the Ravenclaw chasers. Unlike the chasers on the other team she wasn't intending to try and steal right off the back. Her green eyes darted across the field finding the locations of all the other players. The Ravenclaw Chasers were flanking one another in an attempt to keep their possession, All four of the beaters were doing what they were supposed to be, Amanda was further down the pitch more on the their side of the pitch. The Seekers were both busy trying to find the snitch.
A soft smile played on her lips, this game was without a doubt interesting. Perhaps even more then watching the Hufflepuff/Gryffindor game. but perhaps that was just the fact that she was playing. Once she was certain she knew the general location of all the other players on the field she tilted her broom ever-so slightly towards the opponent chasers.
