Tenko took a deep breath to make sure he wasn't going to have another sneezing fit. His nose seemed fine now. He nodded to himself just thankful that it was behind him. He sighed and figured he should go back to his training. He couldn't give up. He closed his eyes and pictured the wolf. Its rich dark fur, the way the tail moved, the claws on each leg. Everything he felt he was able to add to the image he had already created. He smiled happily as he felt his chakra slowly grow as if it knew what he was about to do. He cleared everything from his mind but the feeling and the image and let it take over. He moved from one sign to another until the last. The smoke surround him and hid the changing. It didn't hurt but he guessed that was cause of the chakra. He couldn't believe of all the amazing things that could be done with it. He blinked and a moment later the smoke had cleared and he was the wolf once more. It almost became addictive for him. He liked being the wolf but the fact that he could barely move was another factor that made him change back easily. He wondered if that was another reason why people didn't change into animals that often. He let his tail slowly thump the ground as he concentrated. He had a few urges to bite it. He let them die thankfully. He didn't want to be that odd kid in the class that bites his on tail. He sighed as he realized how not normal that was.
He let go and released his chakra as he became himself once more. He felt off somehow though. He grabbed a sucker from he pocket and began to unwrap it as he thoughts continued. ' Okay. I'd say I'm about halfway from mastering it. I've gotten this far so far with out making a lot of mistakes. I can do this.' He placed the sucker in his mouth as a sense of calmness washed over him. He always felt better when he had some candy. He wanted to get this over with quickly. He closed his eyes and focused. There was no way he wasn't going to get it wrong after all those times in a row he has gotten them right. He felt his chakra at his base and rested a hand over it. He pulled the chakra from its slumber to awaken once more. He felt it snake through the channels within him. It crawled till it was in both legs, arms, head and back. He could picture the wolf so clearly. He formed the signs in haste. He didn't even noticed he had messed up on one. His chakra surged as he messed up and once he stopped on the final sign it almost felt as if it was angry he had. It leeched out of his body and turned into nothingness in the air. He began to pant. He was almost out of chakra. He would have died by now if it wasn't for sensei's nonstop training. He felt sore all over. His muscles had already began to ache. He remembered that chakra was part of the persons life itself and if you went past what you had you'd die. He started to pant slightly feeling exhausted. It was only his first day and he had mastered three jutsu's and almost a fourth. It felt like his body hated him. Regardless of that fact he knew he had gotten stronger if even only a little.

Tenko felt the strain of his muscles when he tried to move around. He was glad his mother was a retired medical ninja. He hoped she could help. He staggered as he tried to stand up and left his coat on his desk as he headed out the door to go outside. He walked slowly through the water so it wouldn't splash up at him and sighed a sigh of relief when he made it out the door into the mist. His feet felt heavier then they were previously thanks to the water. He began to look around for a suitable spot. He sat in a nice dry spot of grass and decided that was as good at it was going to get. He crossed his legs and focused. He picture the image of the wolf once more. He imagined the length of the body to the smallest details. He dove into his chakra as it filled him to the brim. He made the hand signs and on the final one stopped. He messed up... and more than once. He felt more than the normal amount of chakra be pulled out of him. He gasped as he shrugged forward, holding himself upright. He panted and gasped for breaths shaking. He looked at his wet feet. "I blame you..."
He felt natural in the mist but the water felt like it clung a little too much. He shivered at the thought of stalker water. He ignored it, barely, and put the image firmly into his head. He slowly went over every sign, making sure it was the right one and in the right order. He didn't want to mess up again and feel even more drained. He hated side effects of jutsu's. Oh well he just had to get stronger. He felt the surge of chakra rush out of him on the last hand sign as a cloud of smoke surrounded him. He knew he had finally done it right once more. His body flowed from one form to the other in a blink of the eye. He did what you could call a smile on a dog but the expressions where different. One thing he knew was that his tail was wagging happily regardless. He stood up on all fours and took a few steps. It was like learning to crawl all over again. He couldn't believe that it could be so difficult. He sighed and fell over to his onto a plush area of grass thankfully.

Kokoa was shocked at Tenko's responce to her. Even though he was probably right she didnt like the tone he used with her. As if she was an idiot... Kokoa looked up at him and with an equal tone in her voice she responded "sorry for trying to help." She added a GOD in her thought with an added roll of the eyes. If Tenko had said sorry Kokoa was to busy hating his comment to hear. She tried to relax herself and calm back down while resting up again but this insult would take a while to forget. +1cp 1/4 cp

Tenko took a deep breath as the mist slowly brushed against his forehead. He smiled happily at the comfort he had found in the mist. He slowly pushed himself up onto his feet and sighed. 'Guess she didn't hear me saying sorry... Oh well. It will be less awkward this way.' He smiled at the thought of a girl that wasn't going to be around constantly. He closed his eyes and focused on the chakra that he had been using a lot today. He felt it as it moved through him. He focused on the hand signs and on the final one a stream of smokey clouds surrounded him from view and when it cleared a second later he was a wolf on all four legs. He tried to sit down awkwardly and once he finally did it without falling over he relaxed. He undid the jutsu and stretched his arms out in front of himself. He wondered what was going on and if there were any left out there.
He sighed as he remembered how useless he was. He slowly got up and walked over to where he had thrown his weapon at Sensei and grabbed it. He didn't have his back pack around to hold the weapon. He decided to keep an an arms length away from himself as he continued his training. He set it down onto a dirt patch while he himself sat upon the lush grass. He closed his eyes and fixed the image strongly into his mind. The fur, the teeth, the ears, all of it was pictured vividly. He closed his eyes tighter with focus as he felt his chakra stir inside him. He moved through the signs from one to the other without missing any or messing up. He smiled happily at the now familiar feel of his body transforming into something else. The smoke soon faded into the mist and had cleared to show the black wolf sitting down. He yawned almost exhausted from using his chakra so much. As he went to close his mouth, the long teeth sunk into the long tongue. He yelped and fell over as his limbs moved in different ways, tangling himself. He released the jutsu and sighed. He hadn't gotten any better at mastering that form but at least he was well into the mastering of the transformation. He could almost do it with out messing up every now and then.
(resting posts) He laid there in the grass and soaked up the muted light from the sun outside of the mist. He mist was nice after all. He laid there and relaxed as he the mist slowly started to seep into his clothes. He figured that it was normal of course. I mean it wasn't called the village hidden in the mist for nothing. He laughed to himself and scrubbed his hand through his hair. He tried to ignore what was happening outside at all costs. He didn't want to think of his family in possible danger. He softly began to hum a little tune to himself in hopes that it would distract him fully from what he was supposed to do and give him a moment of peace and relaxation.
He continued to hum and drown out the sounds around him. He hated not being stronger, but he hated the fact that almost everything scared him. Even Tenshi scared him with that crazy training. He seemed like a nice person to Tenko but he still felt bad for the puppets. He was glad Sensei didn't pay attention to that or he might have had his feeling hurt. He nodded to himself. Tomorrow after school he is going to the librarium and find out if there were any books on the jutsu there. He smiled and nodded once more. 'And today after we get out I can go see about trying to create a puppet. It will be hard work but I think I can handle it.' He smiled happily.

Tenko wiped the back of his hand against his tongue to check if he had bitten into it and caused it to bleed. He was not surprised when he pulled it back and noticed that there was a small red smear on the back of his hand. He sighed again as he sat down. He wasn't any good in that form standing up. He took a deep breath as he calmed himself. The taste of iron slowly made its way across his entire tongue. He ignored it all and focused at the chakra beckoning to be used. He felt how small that once lake had dried up and retreated. He knew he was nearing his limits but he was so close to mastering this jutsu. He dug deep as he opened his eyes, determined to finish. He moved for one sign to the next as the chakra slowly filled him. The rush of the air around him told of the smoke clearing. He looked down and saw his lupine body. He smiled on the inside happy to have gotten it right once more.
He released the form and swallowed the blood that had begun to pool into his mouth. It turned his stomach as it went down and sank to the bottom. He tried to put the uneasiness out of his mind as he made the first hand sign. He moved from one to the next and the uneasiness grew with each passing sign. On the last one he felt a strange feeling as he started to change. He quickly stopped the jutsu and fell down onto his hands and knees panting. 'Whatever that was I can't count it as mastering the jutsu...' He felt like he was about to puke, so he stayed there. He panted and gasped for air in hopes to calm the feelings inside him. It was so much more different than he was used to. He wonder what it could have been. He thought about the blood but didn't really think that blood would be that big of a deal. -2cp Quote: CP:6/21 remaining. Tenko was finally able to get his breathing under control enough to continue. He felt light headed but continued to push of regardless. He decided that the next time he had gotten it right that it was going to be a mastery of the jutsu. His stomach pain sharpened for a split second and caused him to wince. No, he was not going to let that bother him anymore. He continued with his training and moved through each hand sign that formed that jutsu. His mind began to wonder as the feeling over took him once more. He stopped mid-jutsu from the fear that had gripped him. He couldn't do it He was worried about what would happen next and didn't know how to handle it. He hated himself for being afraid of everything. He knew his fear of girls would hopefully fade in time but he wasn't going to run from the life of a ninja. Quote: CP:5/21 remaining. Tenko nodded as his determination rekindled itself into a blaze. He felt slightly better than before and nodded as if knowing he would. He turned his head and looked towards the class where everyone was. He could only make out shapes in the mist but he assumed he was looking at the door. He shook his head and tried to focus. 'This is not the time to be distracted while training.' He couldn't believe that just today he had learned all of this, and it was almost over. He signed and nodded once more. 'I have to finish this jutsu before the class lets out.' He wondered if they would even let them out on time if there was still people fighting out there. He shrugged not knowing the answer and made the hand signs as the chakra began to stir inside him. He didn't even notice he did the last sign wrong until he felt odd. 'Oh Cr-' Was all he could think before a small cloud exploded in front of him sending him to fall over flat on his back as his head bounced off the thankfully lush and soft grass. He rubbed his temples with his fingers in a counter clockwise motion. "I didn't expect that that's for sure." He slowly sat upright and sway a bit in the process. Quote: CP:4/21 remaining. Tenko felt as if his head was on fire. That explosion, if you could call it that, reminded him of a balloon popping in your face. He figured when he messed up the chakra was released and the cloud just popped and sent a rush of air into his face. He didn't want to admit it but the falling over backwards was more of him being scared and surprised than the actual things doing. He sighed as he looked at the weak looking sun through the mist. He was glad for the mist, because otherwise he would have been sunburned by now. He couldn't help but smile at that fact. He pulled gently at his chakra in hope that it would work with him this time though his fear of it still made him cautious of pulling too much. He made the signs and focused hard on not making a mistake. He was so focused on the signs that he didn't notice the chakra was slowly going back down, and by the time he had stopped the the final sign the chakra just changed to smoke and drifted away into the mist. He sighed and thought he would have had it that time.

Tenko sighed but was extremely grateful that it did not pop in his face this time. He sighed as he began to wonder why he couldn't do it properly. He thought it would have been simple. He had done it so many times already. 'There has to be a way to do it and I have to see it... He laid back and felt the cool air breeze brush against his cheeks as the mist dotted his face. He smiled and slowly rolled over onto his stomach and then up into a crouched position. He had to find a balance. He closed his eyes and focused firmly on the image of the wolf. He had to do it this time. He felt on the verge of falling asleep where he stood. He made the sign and accepted what little chakra was left and let it course through his body. On the final sign the smoke surrounded him and the wolf crouched low, its body nearly touching the ground as it looked around with those wolfish yet human eyes. He released the jutsu and smiled widely as he pushed himself forward and started to stand. He swayed and staggered until he got to the classroom where he acted as if he was perfectly fine. He walked through the water and ignored the clinging wetness that held to him. He took his seat and waited patiently.

It looked like Tenko had just finished when Kokoa looked outside. She was still mad at him but her angr was dying down. After a while she noticed she had been staring at him intently for a couple of mInutes. Kokoa quickly turned her head to the front of the classroom. Hopefully Tenko hadnt noticEd. The last thing Kokoa wanted right now was for hIm to come over to talk to her. Kokoa let out a big sigh, when were they going home. +1cp 2/4 cp

Tenko felt the book under his face and didn't care. He heard Kokoa sigh loudly and sighed himself. 'I guess she's still mad at me... Well I said I was sorry and I'm not doing it again... I won't be afraid. I won't be afraid. I won't be afraid.' He decided to distract himself with the book but then he remembered about the senbon that was outside still. "Crud..." He slowly sagged as he moved away from the support of the desk and headed back outside to go fetch his senbon. He honestly regretted throwing it now. His feet shuffled on the stairs as he made his way slowly down into the water that was waiting at the bottom of the room. As he was walking toward the door and noticed the dummy and then the wall then back at the dummy. 'I take it back. I feel sorry for Tenshi if that thing decided to come after him.'
He continued outside and shook out his feet. Why? He didn't know that answer himself since he was going to have to go back in it anyways when he went back to the class with the others still inside. Haruna had been oddly quiet while this whole thing has been happening. He felt slightly envious. He thought she was hot headed and rash but so far she hadn't run out of the room like he thought she would have. He continued to search for the stop of dirt where he had placed the senbon. He closed his eyes and tried to remember what part of the area he was in. He smiled and nodded as he suddenly remembered.
He bent down and picked up the senbon and tried to act cool by spinning it around in his fingers but before it looped onto the third finger it slipped from his grasp and shot straight down almost pinning his foot to the ground. He would have screamed if he could be he stunned by fear that he almost got stabbed and it would have been by himself. He slowly and gently picked up the senbon that stood half out of the ground a mere centimeter from his foot. He shivered as he carried it slowly and gently away from himself back towards the class room. He kept glancing sideways to make sure it wasn't about to fall out of his hands again.
He slowly entered the room and walked towards his desk. He knelt down beside his desk and allowed the senbon to slide from his hands down onto the floor gently and slowly. He wiped sweat off of his forehead he didn't even know was there. He opened his back pack and grabbed the case holding all the senbon. He cautious grabbed the senbon and slide it down into the rest. It fit snugly and didn't rattle at all as he set it back into his pack. He looked at his puppet glad to see that it was all still in its neat little corner of the bag with its strings still untangled. He lightly patted the little puppets head softly before picking it up.
He always felt better and more calm when he played with his puppet. He set the senbon pack on the desk and secured one from the rest of the group. He pulled it out slowly so the rest wouldn't follow and come flowing out at him. He turned the puppets hands so the slots lined up where he usually would have put a sword and shield. He slide the senbon snugly into the puppets hands and smiled. "It's a duel headed spear." he spoke to himself, as his smile grew and never faded. He moved the puppets arms as if to defend from strikes and then crouched him to a side and shifted the arms so it looked like he was jabbing forwards.
He smiles as he says "Cling. Cling. Clash. HIYA.~ Spinning kick.~ Jab Jab. Stab. Side step and...... Thrust. Glahhuhhhh. Oh no you got me... cough cough. You have defeated me oh noble knight. Well of course I did HAHAHAHAHAH~ Oh knight I have seen the errors of my ways, please train me. Fear not mortal creature for I am noble and will train thee in the proper ways.~ Oh thank you thank you kind master. HAHAHAHA I am aren't I?~ Oh yes the best. No one can compare to you. OHAHAHAH Do go on good sir.~ No no I mean it master. You are the most glorious person in history. AHAHA You jest good fellow.~ Now didn't I come here to do something?~ Ahhh... No?... Okay fair enough young pupil and away we go!~" He laughed at the story as the other puppets were placed in his head with the actions and different pitches of voice as the once evil puppet would cover the sight of the princess waiting for the knight.
He smiled happily as he continued to move the puppet about in different motions. He even used one of his hands as a creature to fight the puppet. The battle in his mind was intense. Full of lightning and thunder with dragons wailing in the background of the dark thunderstorm. The barren mountain steppes of in which they fought was so vivid to him he didn't noticed his hand and nearly got stabbed in the finger by the "Finishing"blow. Thankfully he remembered in time to slide it under his forefinger and middle and acted as if he had been stabbed through the lungs. He made coughing sounds for the character as if he was coughing up blood and then a gurgle as his last breath left him and he fell down. He smiled as he placed one of the puppets foot on his conquered hand.

Kokoa biried her head in her arms trying to forget about where she was at the moment and invisioned a peaceful valley. Many times she had brought herself to this place when she was stressed or otherwise anger and frustrated. Her fatigue made it easy to drift into this subcontious dream. Kokoa was laying In the cool grass watching the water rush down a waterfall. She listened and could almost hear the sounds of rushing water and birds chirping in the background, noisely to themselves. Kokoa could almost feel her bare feet wiggle in the damp grass. Tenko's imagination ran wild as he waited for something else to do. He wondered if there were any books around in the room about the puppet jutsu. He thought there had to at least be one. After all his teacher was a puppet himself. How could he not even at least have one book about it? He looked around and shrugs as he spoke up for anyone to hear. "Anyone see a book about Puppetry and how to do it?" He felt awkward talking aloud since he rarely spoke in the class at all. He continued his search as he sighed. He was getting anxious to get out of here and check the librarium to see if there was anything in there. He looked around and mumbled to him.
He truly did hate not doing something at the moment. He turned his attention to Tenshi and sighed. "Know any other jutsu? I think we might be in here for awhile." He sat down at his desk while he waited for a reply. He grabbed his t-shirt and pulled if over his other and felt comfort in the two sizes too big shirt. It draped over his hands enough to the point where he could have tied the ends and still had full movement in any way. He smiled happily to be covered up once more. He looked at the book and blinked as he almost forgot about it. He wondered what else it held inside its pages. He was pretty sure people wouldn't use puppets to climb trees. That was just ridiculous. The image floated into his head as he tried to hide a laugh to himself.

Tenko grabbed the book and took a deep breath he opened it and searched for the pages he was previously on. He looked at the first page and was confused right away. He looked at the page and all he saw was gibberish. He barely knew any of the words or even the slightest clue of what it could possibly be about. It looked like a bunch of letters grouped up with lines connecting one to the other. He turned the page to the picture and was shocked even more. There was a guy with ropes on some wheels and fire coming out of his chair that he sat on that led up into the tree. He didn't understand any of it. "What does that even mean?" he spoke aloud to himself hoping that it would click in his mind. Unfortunately for him it didn't help one bit.
He actually felt even more stupid for speaking aloud. He sighed and turned the page in hopes that it would be something better. He read intently not really sure what to make of what he read. At first it talked about different types of monkeys and then apes. Which also confused him cause he didn't even know there was a difference. He continued to read as it slowly began to click in place. The harness and the apes. The guy was going to train an ape to have him be carried on its back as it climbed up into the trees. He sighed and shook his head. 'That's not even smart. I'm nine and I still know better than to ride on a giant monkeys back...' He thought to himself. It talked about possible out comes.
He turned the page and saw that there was more writing. He started to read on actually as he started to get more into reading about it. The possible outcomes talked about and ranged from. It thinking its your mother and attacking anyone that tried to come near you. He thought that that would be useful as a body guard of a rich person but then they would be picked up and carried into a tree. He smiled more at the thought of seeing someone trying to pay it to stop. He shook his head and mumbled. "That would never work. They don't use money. They use banana's." He nodded to himself as he felt smart for the moment and tried not to laugh at how simple it seemed. 'If the guy was smart he would have been a banana merchant. Then he would hardly have to train them.... But that would also mean that they would be eating all the stuff he was supposed to sell and I think I'm one of the only people that would buy from a monkey.' His thoughts slowly continued.

Tenko sighed and tried to continue to read. He looked at the pictures and kinda just thumbed through till he reached the end of the book. He didn't even notice he was done till he blinked and noticed he was looking at the top of his desk. He sighed and placed the book down into his bag. He then went to the shelf and looked for another book. Something more interesting would hold his attention. The book he tried to read was just so odd that he couldn't think of actually reading it anymore for the time being. He scanned the shelf and heaved a sigh of relief. He was quite happy he actually found something. It looked almost tattered to the point of falling apart but there had to be a reason why it was still in the books. He grabbed it cautiously and held it delicately as he picked up his bag and headed out the back door to where they had been when learning some of the new jutsu's.
He set the bag down on the ground against the academy and used it as a cushion for his back whilst he opened the book and began to read. His eyes scanned for interesting details on the opening page. He was actually caught by surprise when he found out it was a fantasy book about another world. They were his favorite type of books. He slowly continued to read as he tried to savor every moment of the read. It was about a world where people worked on farms. He continued to read but it started off slowly. He could picture the animals lolling around in a vast field. His thoughts created the world the author wrote about. The scene shifted from farms to a small town as the main character and his father went for some supplies. He smiled as two more young adults ran away from a woman chasing them and chickens flying about. He smiled as he continued to read. The main character smiled as well as he watched the two run away. He knew them very well for they were friends of his it seemed. He watched as they ran into the inn to try and hide from the irate lady.
Tenko nodded. 'Women can be very scary at times.' he thought to himself. He wondered if they would ever stop being so. He shifted for a better position as a yawn escaped his grasp. He was really enjoying this book. He immersed himself into the book once more. There was a celebration getting ready later that day and the main character was happy to help out the innkeeper with unloading some things while his father got some supplies. It turned out he knew the innkeepers daughter and was friends with her too. He ran inside once he was done with unloading everything and searched for his friends he saw run inside. He smiled and found them out back getting a talkin' to by the innkeepers wife and the lady that was chasing the two before. He winced and felt pity them for he really didn't want to be scolded by those two let alone the innkeepers wife. She could be the kindest person at times but step wrong and your ears would be ringing for a week. Tenko slowly started to nod off as the words seeped into his mind and filled his dreams with a fantastic world. A world full of unknown things and surprises just waiting for the perfect moment to spring.
