Ikki and Ru, tired of mining for no return, decided to wander the dump a little more. Finding the rats gathered around the Skeeball booth was... Interesting, to say the least, but the two sort of squealed excitedly. Ikki got there first, and Ru harumphed at her.
Ikki could hardly lift the little balls, let alone hurl them down the alley properly. Her scores showed it, with the exception of a few minorly lucky shots, but nothing good enough to get any of the eyes tucked in the little basket.

Ru let Ikki take the Skeeball game, smiling softly. She watched as the scores came through, clapping softly when that 100 came through. At the end of it all, Ikki had a new bounce in her step. This only intensified, when the head rat added his own clapping to the mix, and handed her one of the juicy eyeballs, making gestures towards eating it. Ikki stared at the eyeball cockeyed before it blinked at her, and she jumped. Ru snickered and took the eyeball from the air, petting it's roof and dropping it in the bag of Floresce eggs from another booth. Score: 360 1 100s Yellow Eyeball

As Ikki was feeling confident, she stepped up to the skeeball booth again, but was... Creatively relocated... Ru set down the quadruped gently, straightening her Kimono and patting her on the head before handing her the bag of fish eggs and eyeball. The round objects coursed down the lane and hopped into their slots. Ru was apparently not satisfied with the score, and rolled her shoulder, smiling anyways, as she accepted another egg, settling it in with the little bag Ikki had been put in charge of. The eggs blinked at the fox, who recoiled at the sight, shuddering. Score: 340 1 100s Yellow Eyeball

Ikki... Didn't really have a choice, as Ru took the next play, handing over another seed. She stared at the eyeballs, though, and, after a moment, let her sleeve fall over the bag, so she wouldn't feel as though she were being watched. Her eyes turned up to the student-prospect and watched her take more practiced swings. More of the scores sucked, but there was an extra ball in the 100 slot, which added another blinking eyeball to the bag Ikki was still trying to hide from. The eyes seemed to be pleased with the small gathering they were forming. Score: 360 2 100s Yellow Eyeball

Bored and annoyed at the staring eyes, Ikki laid her fangs into Ru's calf, pushing the bag into the troll's paws and shoving another seed into the rats' paws. She stared for a moment as the troll cooed at eggs and eyes alike within the bag, before giving another shudder. With that nuisance out of the way, the Scareon shuddered once more, turning back to the game, and threw the balls down the lane. Not a terribly impressive score, still, but it added another eyeball to the bag, when she was done. Ikki refused to touch it anymore, and Ru just settled it on the other side of the skeeball lanes. Score: 340 1 100s Yellow Eyeball

Ru waved Ikki off, having her go elsewhere, if she didn't want anything to do with those... Obnoxiously cute little eyeballs. Ikki stayed nearby, but kept someone between her and the bag at all possible times. Her brows raised at the dramatic score the troll offered, and a few pairs of paws clapped in the area when the three 100s were rolled. Ru was surprised when the eyeball offered was blue, rather than the yellows she and Ikki had earned so far. She still loved the little beast, putting it lovingly in the bag after a short cuddle. Score: 470 3 100s Blue Eyeball

With a bag full of SMILING eyeballs and quiet eggs, Ru continued to apply herself to the game, rolling her shoulders now, after the last run. She grinned down the lanes, and offered the rats another seed. Down the balls flew, one after another landing in higher-end holes. Maws stood agape at the massive score at the end, and paws came together all accross the area as another blue eye was handed over. Ru just grinned, patting the rats and adding the eyeball to her collection. Score: 570 4 100s Blue Eyeball ~

Having watched Ru slowly increase her pointage on the machine, Ikki snarled, unwilling to be outdone by a TROLL. The latter stepped aside, pulling the bag with her... Almost. Ikki's paw landed on the bag to keep it from moving too far, before she stood on the skeeball slide again, taking up the balls in her awkward pose to throw them. Ru waited nearby, a snarky grin on her face and her arms crossed. The scores came, hardly better than her first round, with the exception of that 100 thrown in there. Tired and grumpy, she snatched the eye from the rat offering it to her and dropped it in the bag, pushing the little plastic baggie into her troll's waiting hands and storming off with the beast in tow, cooing at the little collection of eyeballs and blathering about getting a tank. Score: 340 1 100 Yellow Eyeball
