Actually it doesn't Havik, Cobra told me that it only made it marginally better when I chose Cunning for my genjutsu user.

-o-Havik-o- Azeiel The Fallen -o-Havik-o- Karnitis I might have overlooked it, but i don't think I saw a thread for Q&A...I have a few questions regarding the cursemarks. Can I ask them here? This has become the Q&A thread, so yes you can.XD I am almost finished with my profile I just have one more question. If someone of the genjutsu class had cunning as their primary attribute their genjutsu would essentially be twice as strong correct, because of the 1/2 rank for the cunning and the 1.5 times damage modifier for the Class Attribute stack? Yes that is the case.
Edit- Well not 2x, but 2 ranks higher.Alright thank you and I am sending my profile now

Unrelinquished Despair Actually it doesn't Havik, Cobra told me that it only made it marginally better when I chose Cunning for my genjutsu user. The 1/2 stacks with the 1.5 genjutsu class users get making it 2 ranks higher, the limit on passive stats.

No, it doesn't. Ask Cobra when he returns, that's what he told me and I'm sticking with that.

Unrelinquished Despair No, it doesn't. Ask Cobra when he returns, that's what he told me and I'm sticking with that. Correct, no attributes will add to stamina drain. Only the class ability (thus far) can increase stamina drain. That half rankvia cunning is only applied to the rank modifier of the genjutsu (so +1.5 rank modifier to genjutsu, and X1.5 stamina drain). Plus, when we finalize the genjutsu system, I'm thinking adding ranks to the genjutsu will affect the rank modifier of the genjutsu, but not the actual rank of the genjutsu. Meaning getting +ranks adds to kai difficulty and the effects of the genjutsu, but does not raise the rank of the genjutsu so that it applies more stamina drain. That's why those two bonuses are listed separately in the class.

Cobra's been talking about making bloodline techniques take up slots, but having X amount per rank not count toward your ninjutsu total. If we do end up doing that, then you might have to do a little slimming, but it's still open for debate.

Okay, so this is a critcism/rant...I was kinda bored, reading through the Leaf forum. I noticed one of the guys had Rinnegan, and I thought to myself "D***, that's a really BA clan. How did I miss that? I'd totally be up for that." I looked through the clans, then the bloodlines and I saw the thing that said "reserved for Rinnegan." But thats all it said. The guy who had it (sorry, I don't remember his name sweatdrop ) is a crew member, so I understand that he probably knows more than I, or the common non-crew rper knows. But is it fair for him to automatically be part of a clan and (potentially, or have the ability to, I don't know if he has or not) reap the benefits?
I'm sure that if it turned out that the clan didn't allow for him to do something he already did, he would remove it from his profile, whether it be an ability, or jutsu, etc. Still though, is it fair?
If it turns out that I can still apply for Rinnegan, or that he did (though I used the find function and looked through the clan applications pages for 'rinnegan' and found nothing) I apologize profusely, i didn't know. But otherwise, that's letting a crew member use the benefits of a clan without there actually being any (that I can find, anyway) and without rping it (or, I should say I can't find one. I fully realize that he could have pm'ed a rp sample). Do crew get the special benefits (edit smile like that?

Well TUP is pretty much the 'reloaded' version of Village Rebellion which is where I applied for the Rinnegan when it was open to any applicant ([I can't see if I cand find the old application if you want to see it smile ]. I was one of two or three members who had it but there came a time when the Guild Captain was dissatisfied with it and found it OP and wanted to get rid of it. Around that time VR shut down and so far I am the only member who joined TUP. I think it has been decided that no more applications for the Rinnegan will be allowed. Me and Cobra are working on redesigning the Rinnegan at the moment, so sometime soon the 'full' benefits will be listed in my profile and the Bloodline post smile In addition it's not like the crew get special benefits. I had the Rinnegan in the previous guild (where I was not crew) and it carried over here. I hope that answers your question smile . But next time you can always shoot me a PM or open a Chat so I could answer you directly.

And nah, you don't have to go through all the work to find your old app. It just really annoyed me cuz Rinnegan (to be honest) is an OP bloodline all on its own (kinda like the sharingan. I mean really, how does having a special eye let you summon Susanoo question ) so the fact that you had this mysterious awesome gift bugged me. But thanks again for not snapping back at me (like I kinda did sweatdrop ). And for the record, I would still love to see a Rinnegan bloodline put up...as long as y'all can actually figure out a way not to make it super OP smile
