As she brought the bat down, the cannon cat just stared up at her with a taunting look, going so far as to start grooming itself. This was too much. Riyo could safely say the only thing she didn't hate was her cute, dumb, fuzzy distant relatives, but even with that there was only so much she'd let them get away with.
Tossing the bat down, she reached down to grab the creature by the scruff of it's neck so she could throw it out the damn door.

Ahh, so side was better after all. Larger surface area, Roch decided, made it easier to hit. He lined up his next shot, feeling more confident that it would hit than he probably should have. These little furballs were fast!

The cannon cat didn't even budge. This one looked back with an air of indifference like the first one. At least he wasn't hissing at the lupine. Looking over shortly to see how the others were fairing Mitsu soon tried to poke the creature again.

STRIKE OUT.
Well at least that's what it would have been if Shun was actually playing faceball... with the Cannon cat's face. The damn creature was buzzing around him, yeowling its head off and that was really getting on his nerves. So the reaper dropped the bat and picked up the racket.. Maybe he'd have a better chance with the greater surface area.

Roch cursed as the cat jumped away, and wondered for a long moment. "Why are these idiots still just standing around? Seriously?" he asked. "I mean, I've knocked four of them out of the park already, don't you think the rest would get a clue?" His low estimation of the cats just plummeted until it was below the crust of the ground, and he lined up his next shot.

How fantastic. Instead of standing still this time, the cannon cat proceeded to jump just out of reach, sticking it's tongue out at Riyo who appeared ready to explode.
That was it.
Picking up the bat, she started to swing furiously at the winged creature, swearing up a storm. She now had a personal vendetta against this cannon cat, and she would not be satisfied until there was bloodshed.

Roch cursed. The caterwauling was starting to give him a headache. He could hardly hear himself think, now that they were all screaming so loudly. "Shut up!" he bellowed, swinging wildly at them.

Mitsu sighed with relief. Another had left the area and with no real protest. Maybe she didn't have to be stern after all.....then why did Milo never listen?
Looking back, Mitsu's mask hidden face was concerned seeing the one boil smacking the poor creatures. And another girl was grabbing them up to throw them! Oh no! Mitsu would have to hurry to try and shoo more away before they were hurt.
Moving quickly the lupine went to the next cat to tap it like she had the others. "Move little kitty."

It was an excellent service return as the cat went howling across the imaginary field he set up in his mind, as it went careening into the Desu booth as a special last minute addition to a race. Demi was so excited about the shot, as he started to wag his tail furiously before lobbing another cat away from him.

Finally that damn cat was gone, but there were others to deal with. Looking to the side, he saw Mitsu managing to shoo a good few away. The feline girl didn't seem to be having much luck doing just that. The other reaper was having some trouble as well.
It was a good question for why the cannon cats were remaining, but it didn't really matter.
Shun grabbed a second racquet and was going after another, striking relentlessly at it.

"I jackin hate these things!" Roch said as one dodged forward, biting his jean leg. "Get off you little b*****d," he snarled, shaking his leg to try and get it off. He grabbed his bat with both hands, shoving it straight down as he aimed at the cat's face. "Get off my new jeans!"

Mitsu was apparently having a mental melt down and had instead poked a random rock instead of a cat. What? She was sure it had been a cat. Maybe her mask was off. Oh well, moving to an actual cat she tried again....

SHE MISSED.
It was like a bull charging at a red sheet. Every time she got close, the cat matador would duck away and shout in victory.
Her grip tightening on the weapon, Riyo charged again at the teasing cannon cat, fully prepared to send it to kitty hell.

The cat let go of his jean leg, only to try and climb his way up it. Roch yelped, grabbing for it. The last thing he wanted was for the cat to get higher! Man did he miss his guitar! If he had his guitar he could have scared them off with it.
Wait... he had Lizzy's, right? But first he had to get the cat climbing him off!

Huff Puff! Even when Mitsu had actually managed to find a cat she couldn't get it to move. This one was a little more stubborn than the others, firmly sitting back on his haunches. Again she looked at the others seeing Shun grabbing up a racquet to hit the poor creatures. Quickly she turned back to the kitty before her and poked it a bit harder. "Please move"
