A spectral image of Rika appeared, standing beside the Mizukage's desk. She seemed to be a hologram, a prism of colors making up the shape of her body though her eyes were clear as day. Her voice was crackly, like it was being broadcast over the short-wave radios that squads used on their missions. "Lord Mizukage, my training with the Aquarians will be done within a week your time. Prepare me a squad and I will lead them, I have one chuunin in mind that I want on the team. A young Bukijutsu user, Hanzo Nara. I am his mentor and I still have much to teach him. Beyond that, I'll be fine with anyone else you add." Her body was eerily still, though her eyes wandered around the room as she looked at each person moving in and out of the office.

The form of Rika nodded and disappeared as quickly as she appeared, briefly nodding to the Inozuka clan head. With that settled, she vanished off to continue her training in the sagelands.

Appearing back in his office he had to wait for Rika before the mission to Waterfall was carried out. Ikumen felt a strong presence at the gate, but it was so calm,"I wonder whats going on?"

In Shippo's usual style his clones jumped over the gate, and in to the kage's office with files in their hands, Shinobi power, village blueprints the whole sha-bang. Everything they needed was there, but without hesitation they spoke quickly and very well in sync," Ikumen-kun the Hokage is a Rinnegan user sir," They said feeding from off the details of the actual Shippo right now.

Taichi
Static began to go through the office as small bolts of lightning clashed together in one spot. Back to back they would hit each other until they came to form Taichi, Kairi, and Yagura. Taichi was kind of tired from the stress he had put on his chakra and body by moving all three of them back to the office from the Konoha. "Lord Mizukage the mission has been completed" he announced brushing aside his fatigue.
