I've noticed that most food is better when cooked in a fire rather than an oven, especially potatoes.

00Shoe Ghost Pancakes Haha, what. I've noticed that most food is better when cooked in a fire rather than an oven, especially potatoes. Have you ever had double baked cheese potatoes? Nope and I'm not sure what that is but it sounds pretty good.

You bake it until it can be mashed up, at which point you scoop out the contents of the potato while keeping the skins intact. Next you mash it with some spices, herbs, and cheese (or whatever you want in it), you then put the contents of the potato back in the skin and bake it again - letting the goodness you added to the potato to extend their flavours.
