Melody growled a little as he still didn't wake up. She didn't realize he would be such a heavy sleeper. She didn't know who the people he was talking about where but the name Kora did sound a little familiar to her. "Dummy." She shrugged and pushed at him a little before getting up off the bed and stretching a little as she stood. A small glimmer caught her attention out of the corner of her eye as she moved around some. Looking towards it she saw the big cannon that he usually carried with him sitting in the room that connected to the bedroom they were in. With one last glance back at him and a devious smirk she went to go examine it while he was still sleeping. Crouching down in front of it she sniffed and poked at it until she came face to face, er, eye with the large eye that was part of the weapon, looking at it curiously. "Hm?"

The one thing he would have yelled at cat was messing with Terror. That was the last damn thing she wanted to do with that thing! As she pocket the cross on the top it soon started to slide open on its on. A small orb of sorts started to move until finally a large eye would open up to look straight at her. Sudden the glass that was right under the eye would soon start to give off a banging noise as a skeletal hand banged against the glass. The black skeleton pressed its face against the glass as it let off a high pitched scream

Melody started to get a bad feeling when she saw the things start to open up. She jumped at the banging noise but it wasn't enough to get her to leave it alone just yet. But then the skeleton and the screaming again, that sent her falling back to the ground. Giving off a scream of her own she started pushing herself as far away from it as she could, knocking into the wall that was behind her on the other side of the room. Putting her hands over her head and protecting her sensitive ears she pulled her knees up to her and tried to make herself as close to the wall as possible to be away from the thing and its screaming.

Sin would bang on the glass of terror like an animal before Srin's carapace fist slammed on the top of Terror causing the slide to move back into place and causing the screams to lighten slowly until the yfinally just disappear from hearing. The bare dreadnought would raising his fist from the top of terror before glancing over towards the kiranu woman with a bit of anger in his eyes. "There is a few things that piss me off more than anything and Melody you just did one of them..." Moving over to his pants on the ground he would start fitting a leg into each slot before raising them up and tightening his belt. "Do. Not. ********. With. Terror." he said bluntly glaring down at her. This was mostly for her own safety than anything, because if that glass ever broke Sin would come out and most likely kill her where she stood.

Melody's hands slowly made their way down when the screaming finally stopped. She looked up as she heard Srin shuffling around the room and putting his pants on. Her ears laid back on her head, she knew she had made him mad but it wasn't like she had done it on purpose. "I-I..." The cat thought about trying to defend herself but didn't bother in fear that it would just make in more angry. The only defense she really had was that she curious to what had made the scream when she had put it down before, not a very strong defense. She looked away as he glared at her and sighed standing up, "Sorry." Was all she said before walking over to put her holsters back on and the guns back into them and then sitting down to put her thigh high black stockings back on, looking around to find her boots.

A faint sigh escaped the dreadnoughts lips as he started to move foreword towards her. Wrapping his arms around her he would bring her up to his chest and speak quietly. "Forgive me... I should have not snapped at you.." kissing the top of her head softly he would move his arms slowly away from her. Moving to his jacket and his firearms he quickly rearmed himself and strenched fully. His eyes had a halfed open look as he yawned faintly before speaking up. "Listen... I am sorry for what happened..." he said honestly starting to move to the bed making sure everything was back to what it once was

Just as Melody stood to get her boots she was pulled into Srin's arms. It felt nice, he was warm which she liked. She didn't say anything but smiled when she felt him kiss the top of her head. Once she was away from her and back to getting dressed she went over to her boots and grabbed them, heading over to sit in a chair to put them on. "Nn..." She felt a small bit of pain in her shoulder while moving around but tried to ignore it for the moment. Listening to what he was saying now her ears twitched a little. "Why are you apologizing? Do you...regret any of it?" She didn't look up at him as she finished her shoes and paused before saying the last part, not sure if she actually want to hear the answer or not.

I thought I was past using him or anything to truly do with him other than keep him contained." he finished softly starting to turn around moving towards her chair. Once her boots were tied and she was done with everything else she looked back up to him and listened. A light blush was over her face as she heard him, thinking about what had happened and the things that were said. She didn't speak though, there wasn't much that she could say. It wasn't like a small cat like her could help him to keep Sin contained. Pulled out of her thoughts for the moment she watched curiously as he walked over to her. Her face lit up with a smile when she heard the last part. Using the chair she was sitting on she stood up on it so she was at his level, "Good, I was starting to think it was Sin that wanted me instead." She knew that wasn't true from one of the things he had said to her but it was just a small tease. Using his crossed arms as leverage so she wouldn't fall she leaned forward and gave him a soft kiss.

Melody made a small noise when she felt one of his arms move from in front of her to her lower back, she hadn't expected it to move. Her eyes closed as he returned the kiss but opened slightly when he pulled away. "How was I to know you would want a round two since you wouldn't wake up?" She said with a small laugh in return, one arm moving up to rest on his shoulder.

He could not help that he was a sound sleeper after something like that. Dreams were memories and sometimes it toke a lot just to pull him out of those. His free hand acted in response to her arm laying on his shoulder as it gently behind her ear gently rubbing behind it. Damn it had sometime since he had gotten to enjoy a woman's company so he was going to enjoy it. "I am sorry about that. Sometimes I just sleep heavy. Being king does not help with all the sleepless nights." he said softly. Well to be honest nocturne was always night sooo lets just say every 24 hours were sleepless.

Melody's eyes closed again on reflex when he rubbed at her ear, purring happily. Leaning into his hand she smiled, "Its okay, I can understand that. You were talking in your sleep to though." She gave a small laugh, "I didn't understand most of it but two name stood out. Makyo and Kira?" She wasn't sure on the second one but the first one she was sure was right. A small new escaped as he hit a nice spot behind her ear.

He had seemed to have done the right thing for her to become happy like this. This would be a useful tool in the future and he would sure as hell make use of it when needed. Thou listening onwards his eyes seemed to almost close as he heard the names she had said. Kora and...Makyo. His mind flashed back to Kusana where he would not leave Kora's side. Srin never did or would... but it had seemed when he let that he did. A softly sigh escaped his lips as he thought about the two."Both are really good friends to me... Some of my last suriving family you could say." Rubbing her ear a bit more in the spot that caused her to mew he started to speak again. "By the way it was Kora not Kira..."

When she heard him grow silent she opened her eyes slightly so she could see him. He seemed to lost in thought and she found out why when he started speaking again. 'Last surviving family'? That was nice. She closed her eyes again and concentrated on the feeling on her ear but found herself drifting a bit, her thoughts moving to the old man that took her in when she was younger. He had treated her like his own daughter and she was able to live and work in the small shop that he owned. However when he died she didn't have anyone else. "Wish I had someone like that." She said under her breath between another small mew. "Sorry, Kora." She said correcting herself with a small laugh.
