"She calls him Dee. I don't know his real name," Mimi answered beginning to eat.
Rath stood up and walked over to Dagon. "What do you want? This isn't your house anymore and don't touch my things," he snarled as his eyes were eye-level to Dagon's. Kaitou slid off the stairs and quickly, but gently pulled Kana behind him.

"Oh..." Chi-chi said eating her food. "Oh c'mon is that any way to great your father? Besides I would like to move in with you. So I can be with my lovely family.. I'm so sorry I left. When your mother died I was devastated and I needed some time and now I realized leaving you guys was a mistake. I'm sorry..I really am. Please forgive me." Dagon said with a serious face, his eyes had that look to them like they were telling the truth but it was hard to tell. Kana stood there in shock, she couldn't believe he was back. She was glad Rath stood up for her and didn't care he refereed to her as 'his things'. She didn't fight Kaito's grip she stepped back behind him. Dagon looked at Kaito and Kana. "Who is this." He asked Rath, as he looked at Kaito.

"I'd tell you if I knew," Mimi murmured softly.
Rath narrowed his eyes at Dagon. "Not gonna happen," he growled. "He's none of your concern. Get out of my house." Kaitou stuck his tongue out at Dagon from where he stood. He didn't like the aura the man gave off.

"Don't worry about it." She said with a smile. Dagon shook his head, "What a shame..You won't accept an apology from your own father.." He began to say. Kana sighed in relief. She tried to not look at Dagon. "He is my concern because This is my house and it will stay that way till my last breath. I gave you a chance to keep control of the house as long as you let me stay but you are so stubborn you won't allow it. I will leave...For now...But I have one last thing to do before I leave." He said glancing at everyone in the room. He then disappeared, before anyone could do anything Kana started gasping for air, her face was turning red as Dagon was choking her by using his magic. She fell to her knees as she was trying to breath. Kana looked desperately looking for where Dagon was but he was no where in site. She didn't know how he was choking her. He wasn't that strong in magic ability when she lived with him. ((Yay for being the bad guy)

"No he isn't you selfish b*****d! Get your sorry a** back out here!" Rath shouted as a darkblue flame enveloped both Kaitou and Kana, both appearing in the carnival. Mimi and Nana jumped at Rath getting angry and shouting in the main hall, but remained seated.
Kaitou lightly rested his hand on Kana's shoulder as a soft blue emanated from the seals on his neck as the seemed to peel off his skin and lightly placed themselves on Kana's neck giving her the air to breathe. "Rath... Kana, you alright?" he murmured softly, his hair now that snowy white as his eyes were mismatched, one gold as the other was a bright red. "Rath moved half of my seals onto you to protect you."

"What's going on?" Chi-chi asked, looking at nana. Kana was feeling dizzy before she started to breath normally and her face was getting back to it's normal skin tone. "Yeah..I'm ok.." She said quietly, not really paying attention that Kaito had different hair and eye color. "Oh that explains the eye and hair color change.. Tell him I said thanks." She said, looking at him. "Why couldn't he just left me alone.." She said thinking out loud. She sighing and looked around. Dagon watched Kaito and Kana from the shadows. He smirked, "His magic is sealed away..huh..Intresting." He thought. Dagon appeared in front of Rath, before anyone could blink Dagon stabbed him in the chest. "That's for ruining my day. I'll see you around.." He said before disappearing again

"Dad," the two girls whispered in sync before kicking their chairs into the wall behind them and ran into the entrance just as Dagon stabbed Rath in the chest, both shrieking as Rath immediately fell to the floor.
"S-self....ish... b*****d... We don't... Don't need... You any... Anymore," Rath muttered as he hit the floor on his back, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. Nana didn't budge as Mimi ran over to Rath and tore his shirt open, examining the wound. "Rath, you can't leave us. You kept us together ever since he left. Don't you dare leave us," she hissed as tears began streaming down her face as she held a hand over the wound, healing it slowly.
Kaitou gave a small smile before picking Kana up. "I'm pretty sure we need to get back to the house quickly," he muttered before taking off at a sprint back towards the house.

Chi-chi face went immediately went pale she followed them into the hall. "Rath!" Chi-chi yelled breaking down into tears. She knelt beside him crying. "Please don't die.. Is there anything I can do to help?" Chi-chi asked Mimi. "You're probably right." Kana replied. When they got to the house Kana jumped down from Kaito's arms and ran towards Rath. "W-what happened.." She asked her voice getting shaky. She sat next to Chi-chi and picked her up. She held Chi-chi in her arms, rocking her slowly. She kissed her head, "He's going to fine..shh. She whipped her tears away. Chi-chi kept crying but felt better that Kana was with her.
((I just saw your note thing. I was going to edit it but since your replying nevermind.. Sorry sometimes I'm oblivious to the out of character thing or I forget about it xD))

"Stop crying... He's gonna die, before I let him kill me off," Rath muttered, spitting blood to side before lightly wiping the tears from Mimi's face.
Kaitou rolled his eyes as he knelt down beside Rath's only free-side. "Still cocky even after getting stabbed and spitting out blood," he sighed only to get hit in the head by Rath's hand.
"You should be used to it... Dad just got pissy 'cause I made his day suck... This is nothing really. I mean, it hurts like hell, but he just stabbed through an old scar. It's happened before, but I was much younger then," Rath smiled lightly as he lightly poked Chi-Chi on the leg. "No crying until my body starts turnin' cold, I'm not talkin' and I ain't breathin', k?"
Nana let out a giggle before walking over to Rath and sitting down by his head. "Don't over exert yourself, ya dummy," she murmured as she gently lay his head in her lap. Rath gave a light smile before closing his eyes.
"I'm tired... Should've slept last night, but I couldn't due to Dagon watching every little thing..."

Dagon let out laugh to Rath's remark ((The magnitude to death note light laugh)) He was in another room of the house. If anything Dagon will kill Rath, Dagon was sure of that. Dagon left the house with out making a sound, he was thinking of his next move. Kana smiled a little was Rath hit Kaito. "Kaito let Rath be cocky, he just got stabbed." She flcked his fore head lightly and smiled a little. "Well thanks for ruining his day." Kana said with a small smile. Chi-chi looked at Rath. "okay.." She replied, she got up and hugged him lightly not wanting to cause him any discomfort. "Well take a nap, we'll all keep a eye out while you rest. You need to sleep as well." Kana said trying to reassure Rath that he can sleep.

"I'll take a nap on the couch. It'd be easier for you guys to keep an eye on me," Rath muttered lightly as he pushed himself into a sitting position while hiding a wince behind a sleepy smile.
Kaitou rolled his eyes before swatting Kana's hand away. "He's always cocky. Even when death is staring him in the face. C'mon, ya dunce. I'll take ya to the living room," he grumbled as he pulled Rath to his feet, his arm draped over Kaitou's shoulders and began walking towards the living room.
Nana stood back up, pulling Mimi to her feet before walking to the dining room to finish breakfast. Mimi went into the bathroom to wash the blood off of her arms.

Kana nodded. "Have a good nap!" Chi-chi said with a small smile. She was happy he was okay, she didn't want to see anyone get hurt. Kana simple shrugged. Chi-chi and Kana got up. "You okay? Dagon didn't hurt you in anyway did he?" Chi-chi shook her head, "I'm fine." Kana hugged her. "Good. Go finish your breakfast before it's too cold" she said feeling a bit relieved. Chi-chi nodded and followed Nana into the dining room. Kana went into the living room, she had a feeling something was bothering him and she didn't want to be alone. Dagon was still watching everyone in the house. "Don't you miss me?" Dagon asked Mimi but he was no where close to the house.

"What's up, Kana? I thought you'd go finish eating," Rath mumbled softly as he lay on the couch, his hand over the injury on his chest.
Kaitou glanced at Kana before shifting his gaze back towards Rath who had closed his eyes so as to start drifting to sleep.
Mimi gave a small shrug as she dried her arms off. "I miss you at times, daddy, but at other times, I'm happy it's just the three of us. We're doing perfectly fine by ourselves and Kaitou has been a great help as well. He's like a little brother to us..." she murmured softly before heading back towards the dining room. True, she was talking to herself, but she had a feeling Dagon would hear her.

"I already did, besides I agreed to help out and watch. I owe both of you guys. Also I rather not be alone." She said taking a seat on the recliner. Chi-chi kept eating her food and looked at Nana. "Why do you think daddy is back?" Chi-chi asked sipping her apple juice. "I know you're doing perfectly fine and I'm proud of that. I've missed you a lot sweet heart and I'm sorry I left, that's why I came back today but your brother won't allow it, maybe you can talk to him." Dagon said in her head. Dagon was leaning back in his chair with a dark smile. "Stupid girl" he said to himself.

"Whatever floats yer boat," Rath mumbled finally slipping into a light sleep. Kaitou smiled lightly at Kana as he stretched out on the floor. "I'm thinking it's because you feel safer with Rath and myself and Mimi and Nana together are an unstoppable force... Almost," he chuckled brushing his fingers through his snow white hair.
"He has... Unfinished business he wants to take care of, or something?" Nana offered her softly as she took a bite of her breakfast.
"I can try, but I'm not promising results," Mimi hummed before stepping into the dining room and sitting back down to eat..
