Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them."   "It wouldn't be that easy," Which was rather sad considering how difficult those tasks alone would be. "Even if we were to get our hands on it, its influence could corrupt any who touch it. If you hold it for long enough, there's almost no chance of coming back. It could corrupt Aerith, Isabel or my mother with ease if they were to touch it." And THAT was saying something. And no, that wasn't a gross exaggeration. He was dead serious. The power of this blade was beyond mortal comprehension. "Honestly I don't know how to destroy it... I've tried time and again. My father destroyed it in our time, but it somehow pieced itself back together multiple times. I'm starting to question if it even can be destroyed." No methods thus far had proven effective. He didn't know how he could destroy the blade...
As she questioned if something was the matter, he shook his head. "No, nothing." He was lying, but he hid it well enough.
After meeting again with Ariel, he put a hand to his hip, unmoving. "If you've something to say, you can say it here. Otherwise I'll be on my way." For all he knew she was working with some evil person like Kana who was waiting to make him her slave. Again. His trust in her was clearly unshakable.  (( OOC: ))

  Well, that was a unfortunate bit of news.But she was also quick to think of another solution. "....What if, we put gloves on? Or, Say we were able to get near it, It couldn't corrupt another weapon, could it? Only us? What if I used the trident to hold it in it's own energy, so that no one has to touch it? It might be a good idea to ask your father how he destroyed it the first time. If it's able to fix it self, then it doesn't sound like it was truly destroyed...Which makes this one troublesome mystery.We have to find a way to destroy the true possessor of the blade..If we kill that, then...Bye-bye Soul Edge! " She said with a faint playfulness at her last few words.She didn't want him worrying about that cursed blade -to- much, even if it was a big deal. "...You know, if there's something on your mind, you don't have to hide it from me, okay? " Her tone was gentle, as she just wanted him to know she would never be angry, and would always be there to listen.
Meanwhile, outside the room Ariel began to speak."..But..It's personal...I know you Serenitians can hear really well..I don't want people to hear...T-This is your Kingdom, it should be safe to talk outside. Please? I know you don't trust me...but that side of me before wasn't truly me! I would never hurt you.." Returning her gaze back to him, her eyes now held that pathetic,pleading look. "I just want to talk to you alone.."

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." "...Gloves?" Kaden almost laughed at that. Not rudely, just because that seemed hardly a solution. "Not quite. As long as your energy is intertwined with its, it can send its influence onto you, so even if you were able to use the trident it wouldn't work. The blade has no owner; it owns its wielder, because the blade itself lives. Any that touch it can be indoctrinated to serve it. My father used his demonic arm to destroy the blade, but it only reassembled itself, so that's hardly a solution. I have to wonder if even a god could destroy it. Its power might go beyond even a god's." At that, a kickball suddenly landed on Kaden's head, appearing from seemingly nowhere. The ball bounced off the prince's head and bounced around the room a bit before rolling to a stop. "......." God Nero was annoying! "You think you could do any better??" He shouted into the air, most likely seeming like a madman. But it was obvious he was speaking to Nero, who no doubt believed he could do anything with relative ease.
Once he had gotten outside and began to speak to Ariel, the Serenitian Prince only sighed. "I don't care. We're the only ones in the hallway, so state your business or go away." He said, his eyes still halfway glaring at the girl. "I said no. Either talk or I'm leaving." He didn't seem much interested in what she had to say either. (( OOC: ))

 "...Well! I don't knooowww..! It may react to contact of the skin like somethings do." She said, her tone defensive, and a little embarrassed, but not angry in any way of course.As she listened further to his explanation she was about to say something when the ball came falling atop Kaden's head, and bounced around the room before slowing to its new resting place on the floor at the corner of the room. Followed by his shouting into the air, which made Azura start to giggle.
As he left to speak with Ariel, she seemed to just stand there for the longest moment, trying to gather her words. This was a lot easier before as she thought of it, but now, her nervous mind was a complete wreck.Thinking right was impossible.So, she would just have to force herself to be.....very forward and straight to the point.And that she did. "..........I still love you.! I do love you! " Unfortunately, she didn't exactly say this very low, and even as Azura was doing her best to NOT hear or listen in on there private conversation, she would be able to hear that clearly. Along with anyone else inside the near-by rooms."I know I messed up..I was weak and let something control my mind, I couldn't fight it off. I'm not as strong as you and everyone else...But...I..I never wanted to hurt you.I-I want just...one more chance...I can prove to you I love you, You always loved me, didn't you? We...had our really great times back then..We had special moments..I thought I was okay with you and her, but..No! I'm not..Please...Kaden..Give me another chance? We could spend all our days together, I wouldn't leave to go anywhere else, All I would want is to be with you..." She took a small breath, before continuing. "..You would only be put through more pain then before, staying with her..Can you stand what she does? Eventually she will have to go out to sea and you will be left wondering if she will come back alive. You can't say that's not true. You wanted companionship, I can give you that now..I can give you a happier life without that worry.." Ariel was never good with words, if anything, it didn't sound all that kind. Trying to twist his relationship and turn him from being with Azura wasn't exactly the most sweetest thing in the world to do.Ariel was not the worlds most smartest person on how she went about things.
Meanwhile, Azura, the first time she heard Ariel's loudly spoken words from all the way toward the back of her room, had placed her hands over her ears in attempt to block it out. It wasn't right! Listening in, even if she was obviously not wanting to, just felt so wrong. This was a time she had wished a little stereo system was in her presence.Instead, she tried to hum a soft tune to herself. Careful to keep it low, even that could turn a weak man into a love-crazed fool. Mermaids songs, in any form, were beyond strong. Though it wouldn't affect Kaden. The knights however, that was another story! The funny thing was, had anyone walked in, Azura would end up looking rather silly, sitting there in the plush rocker, hands over her ears and eyes closed as she tried so desperately not to hear the conversation outside the door in the hall.

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." At Ariel's loud beginning statement, Kaden only sighed. He had a feeling that's what this was about. "..." He allowed her to speak and present her shifty and slightly callous case before he would speak. "Selfish as always are we? Ariel, I fell in love with you in a different life. I tried to love you here, but you're not the woman that I loved. She died. I thought being with you would bring me some peace, some warmth, but you feel just like Kana when I hold you. Bitter cold. The only person who has given me warmth is the mother of my child. It's true that I may think softly of you from time to time..." His face went from a soft to a rather angry look quickly. "But I will cut off my own hand before I go to reach for you again, so wipe it out of your mind." With that, the prince merely turned to go back into the room, feeling that their business was finished. (( OOC: ))

 "Selfish? We were the ones together first..Then...she meddled her way in and you decided to leave me for her. I'm not the one who's selfish! " She said, rather defensively. This was a losing battle for Ariel, even she could tell. "S-so...I wasn't perfect. What do you expect from me? Can't we just try again? What will it hurt?! I couldn't be that other Ariel from the future, that Ariel grew up normal, she had the perfect life. Me, I suddenly grew up from a infant to a teenager. It's not my fault that things turned out the way they did..so why can't you just give me another chance? I would do better! " She continued, even as he said those cruel words and began to turn to return to the room. This time, though...She stepped forward and grabbed his arm to try and pull him back from the door! "Kaden! Don't...Just give me another chance...Its all I ask!"

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." "Shut up, Ariel. I knew her long before I even knew you in my time. Stop being a brat and accept things as they are." Kaden said seriously, trying to put out her hopeless flames on this matter. "NO! There are no more chances! You've exhausted them all! I have given you chance and chance again, and yet still your callous and deceptive heart led me ruin more times than I can count! There are NO MORE chances, now wipe it out of your mind and begone from this kingdom!" Then, she grabbed his arm, to which he jerked it away instantaneously. "Unhand me! I said leave! Go now back to Midgar, you don't belong here." He said, the coldness in his voice and soul turning to anger and resentment for the one he once looked to for compassion and love. Turning away, he continued to go back into the room. (( OOC: ))

Poor Ariel, he had obviously not loved her anymore, but that didn't seem to be stopping her.No matter what he said, she still couldn't stop trying to change his mind."But...that was before...I'm not like that anymore!! I promise I changed! I didn't know love as I do now...!" As he jerked his arm away from her, Ariel gasped lightly, stepping back some. "..I don't want to go back there...I want to stay here with you.." Her tone had dropped to that of sadness. A true sadness, rather then played.
Standing there alone in the hall after he had left back into the room, Ariel just stared at the door silently, doing her best to fight back tears. Slowly she began to turn away, as to leave but something suddenly stopped her. Her very last bit of motivation was used to....Turn right back to the door and suddenly, swung it open as she barged right into the room! She didn't really seem to think, this might not be a good way of going on about her last attempt. The door had slammed back into the wall, causing a small gash into it by the door handle, which rattled the wall some, just enough to knock a picture hanging there onto the ground to shatter it's frame.Oops. Though she didn't go unstartled ether, the little crash made her jump a little. ".....! I....Didn't mean to do that!! Oh my gosh! Sorr--...." Then, her words cut short, her now confused blue eyes setting on the form of a sleeping infant in the worlds most decorated and cute crib ever.With all the frills and pink, one might think Aerith was here somewhere. But, that wasn't her concern,it was the baby. "W-WHAT?! Since ....when.....!? That's......that's....yours...and...hers?? It's not from the future?! "
Ariel's outburst, and the slamming of the door, a crashing picture, all together made for one not-so-happy infant, which began to cry upon being so rudely awakened.
And not only that, it also made for a rather angry looking mother. Azura was now glaring right at the chestnut haired teenager as she went to pick up her daughter to comfort her. "You will make a wonderful mother someday, won't you. Screaming in the presence of an infant..She's had a long day, and only just managed to get back to sleep, only to have her so rudely woken up..You need to leave. " While she was angry with Ariel, her voice and tone was still very gentle, naturally it always was, but with her little one in her arms, she would be extra gentle, unlike Ariel over there! Little did Ariel know, the same Knights that let her inside earlier, were now heading back to remove her if it was the wishes of the Prince, of course.

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." "..." As Ariel barged into the door, Kaden sighed. "Thanks a lot. It's not like that picture is important to my family or anything." Which it was. Or had been. Turning to the obnoxious teenager, Kaden walked toward her, getting in her face rather seriously. "Listen to me, Ariel. Whatever we had is dead and buried, now leave this place immediately or I'll have the guards escort you out." The guard that were conveniently on their way, as it happened. Turning away from the brown-haired Cetra, Kaden went to go check on his daughter and maybe calm her down enough to get her back to sleep... (( OOC: ))

"It was an accidant! S-Shouldn't have pictures so close to the door..! " As if that was the reason it fell, it was perfectly fine all the time it had been up, until the door was slammed enough to make the wall shake enough. The moment Kaden began to walk toward her, she began to move back.She could hear those said guards marching there way up the staircase."F-Fine! You know you will regret this.There ....there will be a day she doesn't come back from her precious sea loving adventures, and then you will wish for me back! "Oh, that was the best thing to say to win someone over. Totally! It was sad, she really seen it exactly like this. If Azura had lost her life which she bet so much on, she, Ariel, would win Kaden's heart back. At that, the guards had arived at the door, to which she just stalked off past them, leaving one confused and the other hurrying off after her to make sure she left. It wasn't hard for the Knights to figure out what was going on, being they may of listened in to the last few words said. Though that was to make sure the young prince was unharmed, not exactly prying. Next the other inside bowed to the two, stepped through the door and quickly shut the door as he left. Had he noticed the broken glass, he would have cleaned it up.
As things quieted down, but for the little ones crying, Azura sighed in relief, she never would have thought Ariel to be so rude and trouble some like this. "It must be so troublesome to be so loved.." She said to him, trying to put a joke out there to lighten the mood."Daddy's such a popular prince!" Azura softly trailed a finger down the little ones cheek,one little simple trick in calming a crying infant.Though, sometimes it didn't work.She did seem to calm a little,though it was when Kaden came over in his attempt to calm her, that she really calmed down and began to fall asleep. Awww. Azura then placed her little pacifier back in the baby's mouth, which always helped her to sleep.
Now turning to Kaden, her smile had quickly returned as she stepped over to stand beside him, gently slipping her arm into his as she held him while gazing down at the sleeping child of thiers. "....Emily...She looks like an Emily..Our little Princess." Though, she still wanted to know his idea's too.She wanted something they both agreed on together. "What do you think? Have you come up with any names?" Azura asked softly.

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." "I think I'd sooner crawl back to Kana than I would you." That may have been an exaggeration, but at least Kana was definitely evil, not wishy-washy like Ariel here. After she finally left, Kaden turned his attention back to his family. "Yes, I often have to curse my fate... I have many fangirls, you know." It was kind of true. Sadly.
As Azura said her opinion on a name, Kaden crossed his arms, looking down at the sleeping infant. "As long as we don't name her anything close to Lily... That would curse her to having inferior intelligence." He grinned at that, obviously joking. At least Lily hadn't vanished even though he wasn't with Ariel. It was confusing, yes, but he welcomed the confusion. "I couldn't come up with a name if... Well, actually I don't have any good analogies for this so, we can name her what you want. Emily sounds fine." He would suggest Siren, if she wasn't alive again. Not that he was complaining obviously. (( OOC: ))

"Was that really nessesary to say? Kana? " Azura suddenly said, giving him a look! Not that she was mad, it just seemed....like the worst choice of words he could ever say! At his next words, that spiked a new playfulness to arise. "Really? I could beat you in fanboys if I tried! Just a few notes, and...you will have lost. " Though it seemed she had killed her number one fanboy, Yuriko. Thank the gods! Now all he had to lose was Kana. "But, about these fangirls, would you like to make me a list? " She asked oh-so-innocently.
Poor Lily, though even Azura couldn't help but laugh at the joke. "Poor sweet Lily, Aren't you glad she isn't anything like Ariel? I suppose, the only thing she ever really got similar was the love for pirates.Though when she's with them, it's not really about treasure hunting anymore. I think she just loves them as friends and they have become very special to her.This is what I see when I see them together. " She said,which brought another thought to her."You don't have to answer, though I have wondered something. It may be none of my business, With Lily and Aiden, are they together? She spoke to me about her relationship with him..I can see she really did love him, but the problem is what he's searching for is keeping him from spending any time with her, and now she's starting to feel alone. In more ways then just her relationship.." Why was she telling him this? Lily had told her, but she couldn't ever seem to have such a talk with Kaden. Though seeing as he was her father, she felt he should know what was going on in his other daughters life. "Please don't repeat what I'm about to tell you to her.But, I think it is important you know...She has a hard time talking to you about these things, but what she said made me feel bad. She thinks she's 'not real' In her words, She feels she's a shell of what was to be. She was so worried of disappearing, but now even I have a hard time reading her.She puts on a happy smile, and at the same time I don't think it's exactly true. I think she feels left out, out of place..as if she doesn't belong. It makes me so sad to think such a thing! Lily's such a sweet girl, and so special. I love her as if she were my own.." And she wished she was.
Taking a moment to get a breath in, she moved away from the crib, as to not disrupt her baby's sleep by talking. "Then, I saw her with Shadow. I have a feeling she may of moved on from Aiden.." That was enough to say, she was possibly getting together with the darkly pirate.
Finally, as they spoke of their daughters to-be name, she glanced at him again,nodding softly. "Then..Emily it is.Everyone has been asking what her name will be. It will be nice to finally have that answer! "

Kaden Wolve "I've made many mistakes, but... You're not one of them." "Of course it was necessary! Kana's so sexy after all." Kaden grinned at that, obviously playing with her. "Albeit a filthy disgusting creature who I don't have any attraction to." Which was mostly true. At what she said next, he chuckled. "Yeah, but I don't have to hypnotize girls to love me. It just happens naturally." He sounded so confident. Though in appearance, he pretty much had a right to be. "I'll pass." He said to her last question.
"I mean, Ariel's a nice girl and all, I just couldn't be with her again. Not after everything I went through with her. Plus we have a family now." Which was more extensive than he currently knew. "...I really have nothing to say on that subject." He didn't want his daughter with anyone, that was for sure. But he damn sure didn't want her with some pirate. Though an enigmatic "assassin" wasn't much better. He just didn't think she was old enough to date. She should wait until she was at least sixteen, he believed. He had never been with a girl until that age. Though that was mainly due to his earlier shyness about approaching Ariel. Back then...
"Good then. It's settled. I mean, we could make it a cooler name but that'll due." Obviously the prince was joking. "Like Crash, or Holy, or Machine-Of-Death. Though that does seem more like a male name... Guess we'll have to save that one." He was so serious about the name their daughter would have the rest of her life. (( OOC: ))

".....I wonder if my trident can turn her into ......a ...toad? I'm so tempted to try. And no! That doesn't mean you can kiss her to see if she will turn into a princess." Sure,the story went the other way around most the time, but still, it was a funny joke. "Will you still be friends with her? I mean..I don't mind. I don't know if I would like you to completely shut her out of your life, if you still want to have a friendship with her. " And that, took a lot of courage to say. No girls ever liked there boyfriends to ever hangout with there ex. But this was Azura, and she trusted him more then anything on the planet. She may not trust Ariel,though. If she tried anything romantic, she knew Kaden wouldn't fall for it. "Just, friendship is hard to come by. So I want you to treasure it. As long as you are happy. " She said, smiling. Then, as he didn't seem to want to say anything to all she had said about his daughter, she just nodded. Really not sure what to say, if he didn't have anything to say.
"Machine-of-Death? Really? What a fantastic name! Next one, then. " She winked playfully. There was no way in the world she would name her child that! It was funny though.
