Kiora hung onto him, not wanting to be knocked off by any branches. She was worried now. 200,000 gold was a lot for someone who was supposed to be dead. She buried her face in Aries mane.

Kiora looked at him. "I don't know if I can do this," she said softly. "There is so much to do and there are things in the castle that could aid us, but it is occupied by someone who wants me alive. I'm sure he only wants to kill me himself since I escaped him so long ago."

Kiora sighed deeply. She looked at him. "If I don't deal with this, we will be hunted for the rest of our lives and never be able to live in peace. If Fenris could have found us, then so can others."

Kiora clung to him as he ran. She didn't know where they were going, but she trusted him.

He took her to a beach and looked out at the ocean. What he was searching for was a small island about 50 miles from the shore.

She looked out over the ocean in awe. She had never seen anything like this before. "This is amazing," she murmured. "It is beautiful."
