She frowned, though it was a thoughtful expression rather than an angry one. "No," she replied at once, and then paused. "And... I guess it's probably a combination of both. Today was patently awful," she continued frankly, "But it isn't the first time I've been that stressed. It didn't unlock itself on those occasions."

Hm..." Charlot mumbled, scribbling something down again. Either it was a combination...or something unlocked it for her. Perhaps it would be best for them to move her into another grossly secured cell later. One where she wouldn't be in such an unfavorable condition. Something more comfortable and less stressing. "Alright...perhaps we can look into that further once we have some of our tek up and running again. Xion doesn't seem to want to mess with it. Understandable, he has quite a bit on his plate now." she said, then paused a moment. "Do you have any questions? Or shall I continue? I'm going to have to ask about your relationship with Reaper."

Felicia's face hardened subtly, although her voice remained neutral. "There isn't much to say. We're friends. I'm sure you figured that out for yourselves."

"Yes. But the way he listened to you and didn't attack you or Rapture at first...well, two different ideas came to mind." she said, taking a quick glance over at the other woman. "Some assumed he was working for you. That would have been one of the only reasons he would have listened to you."

Felicia blinked, looking completely blank. "... Working for me? What the hell would I pay him with? ... Does he actually accept money?"

Charlot grinned a bit. "No. Not at all. Working for you more as in...you had something over him. Much like Strange, or his employer when he was first released from the laboratory." she replied, then shrugged. "It's probably option two then." she commented to herself, jotting down on the bit of paper.

Felicia tried to control her impatience. "And option two would be...?"

"Given past behavior with women who have no form of control over him...he likes you. Enough to listen to you, force himself not to kill you, things he normally wouldn't have done even if he were friendly with someone. He'd do whatever he damn well pleased, and wouldn't have given a second thought to cutting someone up no matter how much he'd talked to them." she replied. "Which, is really hard to say if it's lucky for you, or a bit worse. He's shown this kind of behavior before. Even to the extent that he managed to escape his cell and went directly to another closed in corner rather than escape the laboratory. Just to kill another patient that had hurt a woman he liked." she said, then glanced over at the other woman. "Unfortunately...he doesn't handle a broken heart very well at all." she said, then looked back over to Cat. "Either way, for now that's slightly good news for both you and us. If he had been working for you...then it would be a good bet that he wouldn't bother to come back for you. Good news for us...and I hate to say it...but we can use you to make sure he doesn't kill any of us when he does come back."

The girl was silent for several long beats, her face an unreadable mask. "And I suppose," she said carefully, "It goes without saying that I don't get any say in this." The newly functional light bulb over their heads fizzled out with a bright flash and a funny popping sound, and Felicia immediately drew in a deep, calming breath.

Charlot looked up at the lightbulb thoughtfully. "I suppose..." she began, looking back down at Felicia. "If you had a suggestion that benefited both sides, it would be taken into a good bit of consideration." Anything that would help them control Reaper at least some...and kept this girl happy was probably better than just locking her down and holding knives over her. Not that she'd actually do that anyway. Such things worked for heroes and common people, but not for Reaper. He'd go in hacking and slashing. Perhaps locking her up, and simply tell him that they wouldn't touch her as long as he left them unharmed. Relocating the woman might be the better option as well...then should her powers harm anything else, it won't be their main building.

"You let me go," Felicia said promptly, "And I do my best to make sure that he doesn't come back here." She knew, from the way the conversation had been going, that she was more trouble to keep than they wanted; all she had to do now was convince them that releasing her was the simplest, easiest route to go. As for Reaper 'liking' her... she wasn't sure what to think about that, to be honest; she'd deal with it when she wasn't strapped to a table.

"Hm...that would be ideal. We'd be able to repair our building without worrying about it suffering more damage. Problem is though...we have little ways of knowing if you're lying, or making sure you hold up to your word. Other than having Xion keep tabs on you...which I'm sure he wouldn't want do unless he thought it would be entertaining." Charlot replied, pressing a finger against her bottom lip. Another option would be to have Xion possess her or hypnotize her. Or...the odd little cat was rather handy. They could have it tail her.

Cat shrugged... or tried to (the restraints made it somewhat difficult) and closed her eyes again, her expression supremely unconcerned. "That's your problem, not mine."

Charlot smirked a bit an jotted something down again on her clipboard. We will take it into consideration though. The less conflicts the better." she said, then skimmed down the page. "Do you have any questions or requests? I'll need to talk this over with the others, so it may be a while before I can get back to you with one decision or the other."

Without opening her eyes, Felicia replied, "Most of them involve getting the hell off this table and into some real clothes."
