LabTech Kestin Shiori Miko LabTech Kestin Wikipedia The average blood loss during menstruation is 35 millilitres with 10-80 mL considered normal Google Calculator 80 mL = 5.41024363 US tablespoons What the it?! That can't be accurate; I'd've been dead of hypovolemia before I turned thirteen! confused Keep in mind it's only talking about the average amount. Like how 98.6 degrees is the average body temp but some people will have like a constant 100 degree temp. It says 35 is the average, while 80 is the upper limit of "normal". gonk Normal and average seem pretty interchangeable in what you quoted. 80 is the highest average, while above 80 is heavy. Some women have a heavier flow for no reason at all. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're anemic, then ask your doctor about iron supplements.

I'm not going to say anything about normal and abnormal flow yet, seeing as I don't know how big an American tablespoon is and how the size differs from Aussie ones=I don't have an idea of how much 80 mLs'd look like.... xd ?

So I'm not quite sure which is smaller-the actual spoon or just the measurement =S

Where has this thread been? gonk Gah, I've been missing it so much. So I think to make up for the fact that I had like, 4 periods within 5 weeks over the summer, I just didn't have the most recent one I was supposed to have? Just super, incredibly light spotting. Although I'm not complaining, I thought birth control was supposed to regulate my system? Also bloating = feels like someone is trying to inflate a balloon inside of my uterus. NOT. Fun.

I get to go to the doctors tomorrow! Yay! I can now blurt out every health problem I've acquired since my last visit last year. And they can give me more DRUGS! MWAHAHAHAHA
(yes, in the UK you have to go to your doctor to get birth control. Not sure how it works elsewhere)
