And turn Las Noches on it's top.
And we can. Oh. You know. I just had an idea.
Why not build Las Noches' city into the dome, as in like, an overhead set of walkways and houses. That way, we could keep our military strength down and grounded and keep our economy in a safe place.

True, true. I could just imagine the siege RP that would be needed to take down our walls. Them Shinigami would die of thirst before ever breaching the walls of Parliament!
EDIT: I just remembered one of my original points that I never brought up! Vasto Lordes. What's the point of becoming one what are the benefits and flaws - I've never seen anywhere where it's written that a Vasto Lordes character has certain things newly opened to them for doing the long Solo RP to make themselves as one. So what is the point other than a title?

You're 'supposed' to have greater power.
But then that's decided by your Espada rank really, people are going to pay attention to that.
Perhaps it would be good to award Vasto Lorde with something. There really isn't a good reason to be one.
I'm tempted to say Vasto Lorde should get Segunda Etapa but I find that silly myself and so I will say it, but I don't believe they should. Perhaps Vasto Lorde could earn the privilege of being able to use Gran Rey Cero among other powerful Hollow techniques without having to become an Espada.
Or maybe they could be allowed to develop more custom Hollow techniques.
It really is worthless being a Vasto Lorde.
EDIT: Unless the Vasto Lorde are very secretive about the benefits they have.

Well as far as I've seen Vasto Lordes have become very common. Some are still unfinished (Like my own, but that's because I got married and then started thinking "Why the hell should I waste my time doing this, when I don't feel any sort of reward?"). I mean I could have made the backstory of my characters being a Hollow without having to follow any sort of guidelines. The effect is the same - I have a character backstory except on one hand I gain the title Vasto Lordes on the other I get the freedom do whatever I wanted in my character's past without any regard for progression on the Hollow food chain - since it doesn't really seem to matter anyway.
But I believe that "creating original Cero's" should be the reward. After all it's an Espada only thing within the guild - yet Non-Espada (Charlotte Cuulhorne for example) had unique Ceros. Meh...
I just started re-reading the thread and just noticed that some of the stuff we had been planning to do (The job broker thing) had been approved by Tenei - if I read it correctly at least. Shouldn't we start making them then???
