( Red & Blue & Purple )

Red weakly stood up, wobbling from side to side as the poison started to take her down. Her eyes glowed red for a moment, a look of pain on her face as she strained to keep Purple hypnotized. Blue looked at her, frowning, "Stop. Let him go"

Instead of protesting, she relaxed and heeded the command. Purple looked from side to side, his eyes regaining their life as he became himself again. "What..what happened?". He looked to his side, gasping in shock as he noticed his friend starting to get really hurt. Blue called his attention, "Before you say anything, you should see what he did". The sneasel pointed over to Red, who was trying to pass off that she was fine when she really wasn't. Purple was horrified, "But, Charles..." he mumbled. The white Rattata just looked over to Blue, "time is ticking for your friend boy. You let me have mine back, I'll let you keep yours. It continues on like this, and she'll probably be going up with me."

Blue only growled, "I won't let you do anything to harm my friends." he said. He pointed down to the Vulpix again, "this one has been with me since I could remember, and I know she'll get through this. You don't scare her, so you don't scare me" he said, forming a shadow ball at the tips of his claws. The white Rattata was about to move, but Purple gave him a good Sucker Punch to the side, a bit half heartedly with a look of grief in his eyes. He fell to the ground, and Blue was able to land his Shadow Ball right where he wanted it to.

Red, not to be left out, stood up tall. With all the strength she could muster, she breathed in a deep breath and let out a jet of fire, also hitting the Rattata

Singel Uluat

❖✺❖✺❖✺❖✺❖✺❖✺

The Discharge from the Jolteon took Singel by surprise and grazed his arm. He hissed at the pain and stared at the Jolteon, new found anger building in his eyes. "Now you gone and pissed me off!" He yelled out at Jupiter as he charged forward. He jumped towards the Jolteon, tackling the ghost as he began scratching away at the Jolteon, getting two good swipes and the beast. Suddenly though, Jupiter began using Discharge again with the Charmander right on top of him. After the light subsided the coal black Charmander flew into a rock, smoke seeming to rise from his hands, being in direct contact with the Jolteon. He let out a sigh as his vision blurred, but refused to succumb to the idea of passing out.

Uluat flew head first into the ground after being kicked by Selena and eventually got his head back in order. He stood up and suddenly felt a shock go past his tail and immediately jumped up and began rubbing the fore mentioned area of his body. After his tail finally cooled down, he noticed a large blinding light and turned to see Singel flying in the opposite direction of the light. The Gligar immediately ran to his partner, hoping the damage wasn't fatal. "Singel! Come on Singel! Wake up buddy! What the hell happened to you? Did you set off a bomb or something?" Uluat said as a quick kick in the knee had him collapse on the ground. He looked and saw it was Singel's foot that kicked him out. Uluat looked and say Singel staring at him. "Stop worrying about me you idiot! Go and help them!" He yelled as Uluat turned to see Era and the others still fighting Jupiter. He nodded back at the hurt Charmander and began running to Era, making sure she would be safe while giving Helping Hand to those around them.

Jupiter: -2 HP for two Scratch attacks

Saileithe -- Erudeca -- Freya -- Alice

Sai felt her heart stop for a moment as she looked back down at Epitaph. The Glaceon’s ears fell flat against her head and her pupils shrunk drastically in fear as she nuzzled into her mother’s side.
She was going to die, wasn’t she? They couldn’t do anything for her if this was the relic’s fault, right?
Thoughts rushed into her head, making her grind her teeth in anger and her eyes begin to tear. That wasn’t fair at all.
Sai flinched as Solaris was teleported back into the barrier, only to continue striking at it before barking back at Javs. The argument itself was ignored entirely in favor of staring at her mother’s chest as her breathing became broken and heavier.
“He’s right.” Sai finally sat up and looked over at the angry Espeon. “We need to defeat the ghosts to hurt the carrier—we can’t go jumping at her thinking we’ll make progress.” She imagined the carrier was capable of drastic things given any of them get close. She looked back down at Epitaph again, returning to silence. She couldn’t lose her too—it was too soon. Far too soon.

Freya’s bound began to zig-zag outward as she triggered her own Quick Attack at Espen. Though they would clash in no time at all, her thoughts were slowed drastically. What did she do, what was Espen going to do, what was Espen expecting her to do?
The Leafeon finally clutched her teeth before taking a hard bound to the side upon crossing Espen, the leaves that rested along her paws glowed as a green blade-like structure snapped at the sadistic Leafeon. Freya was quick to jump over Espen in fear of taking a hit given she continued on her path and rolled along the ground on her side when contact with the land was made. It was far more fluent than continuing to run about. As she returned to lying on her stomach, she released a series of Razor Leaf assaults at Espen. Freya dragged herself back using her hind legs, pulling herself into a crouch as she began to back up growling. Prepping. Waiting.

Alice didn’t respond to Ethfael again upon his replies. The Ralts just stared at him, trying to keep a collected expression. He had to listen, he had to.
Her eyes shut slightly as Riley snapped back at him. It was… not a good idea, likely heavily working against her attempt at even doing this. When her eyes turned wide and bright again, she stared up at Ethfael with more focus.
Something struck him in his mind. Something about his expression changed—did she do it?
Time felt still for a moment until Ethfael let the Eevee go and Alice sighed in relief. She got worried, but she didn’t look back at Riley. It wasn’t worth it and breaking eye contact with Ethfael might trigger any random thoughts that would work against her. She was careful with such simple little actions. “Thank you, Ethfael.” She said quietly, smiling brightly at the Dragonair as she stood atop his tail.
“Oh, right. My name is Alice. I’m on Sai’s team—I’m a friend of Era’s.” She added as the fight seemingly ended. The Ralts in turn glanced over at Sai, almost in gesture as if to say ‘that Glaceon’, but really, she just had to make sure the runt was okay. Her eyes scanned the few within the barrier carefully before her expression went into a sort of shock rather instantly. Alice had no motion after that, she just stared. That… How?

Solaris -- Javs -- Ver

Solaris’ eyes darted between Javs and Sai as the small Glaceon spoke, and his tense form turned into a slouch. His eyes eventually met Epitaph on the ground and he stood still, staring at her for a few seconds before looking back at the fights that took place outside the barrier.
Jupiter staggered back as Era clashed into him and snapped at her with his jaw before getting punched over.
He flailed to his paws, sparks flying from his body that kept Ver at bay and pacing about as the Jolteon stood again. He looked rather annoyed as his head snapped over to Singel, kicking back at the Charmander with his hind leg before charging Era with quick speed.

Javs continued to ignore the old fight in favor of taking a quick view of the others. A number of ghosts still stood. His head slowly turned off to the side as his eyes continued to travel about before stopping on Alice as she continued to stare him down. Both of them flinched upon eye contact and Javs quickly looked away.
He was going crazy due to the cold. Of course…
The thought continued to linger until Ep’s heart rate began to change again. It was… odd, to say the least and the Gardevoir’s ears slowly lowered, trying to figure out how to even classify it until the beep ringing in his mind became long and steady. It didn’t break up, it didn’t change, it just rang.
Javs’ expression darkened slightly, quickly resting his hand on the side of the Flareon’s chest. He felt nothing.
“She’s…” Solaris looked over; he was beginning to panic himself now. What happened? “Is she okay?” His voice broke slightly as he walked over, standing over Sai now.
The Gardevoir closed his eyes and sighed. He was still for a moment before looking back at Solaris. “Epitaph flatlined. You have no more than 2 minutes to end this if you plan on saving her.” Even then, it was questionable.
The Guildmaster froze, the words repeating in his mind until he imagined the long, endless note the Gardevoir himself heard growing louder and louder. Ver came still, his ears stood high as he watched the happenings inside the barrier, though he couldn’t make out the conversation.
Solaris’ fur stood. His back high and his pupils began to thin as his attention snapped away from Javs.
No. No, she wasn’t going to die. She couldn’t die. He couldn’t lose anyone else—not now.
He stared down Jupiter as the Jolteon trailed back after Ver, the two staring one another down with a series of growls. Solaris twitched.

Get rid of the ghosts. Just get rid of the ghosts.

Jupiter finally grounded the Flareon and bit down on his scruff, making Ver yelp out and flail before releasing a stray Flame Thrower into the air in attempt to hit the Jolteon.
Then Solaris felt something go off.
The Espeon’s fur stood, his eyes enraged as he hopped back over Sai. Javs watched him carefully as his ears began to heighten again. Then, Solaris charged, clashing with the barrier’s side and the point of impact released a series of sparks.
“What are you—“ Javs paused quickly, his ears standing high as the Espeon charged again, destroying the barrier entirely. Javs hugged the two Eeveelutions closely, covering them as what was left of the barrier shrilled and broke apart. He was annoyed now, but more so impressed. He looked over at Solaris as he sat up again, looking up for a moment at the now nonexistent barrier.
That was impressive.

Solaris sprinted at Jupiter in unnatural speed. The Jolteon that still pinned Ver didn’t even have time to respond before Solaris’ fangs were embedded in his side. Solaris kept going though. He tore Jupiter off of Ver, making the Flareon himself tumble forward from the force and Jupiter was dragged across the ground, his back denaturing and torn apart from the pressure against the ground. He couldn’t focus enough to even zap and bounding Espeon, but Solaris finally stopped and threw the Jolteon off to the side as his body continued to slowly tear apart.
Solaris was furious. He glared down at his father as he stepped forward. Jupiter began to move away along the ground, only to get his back legs destroyed by a Swift attack. The Jolteon yelled out in pain, sparks beginning to fly from his body. Solaris took it without a flinch. He didn’t speak, his expression didn’t change.

“Solaris!” Ver ran over to the Espeon as he came back. His fur gave off traces of static. He had a slight limp, but overall, he seemed to ignore his condition entirely. “Get rid of them.” “I think they’re almost wiped out.” “Then get rid of them faster.” Solaris’ tone was as annoyed as his expression. He glared around the area as he and Ver made their way back.
His purple eyes locked on the Froslass for a moment and as she acknowledged him, she merely smiled and waved from her far distance away from the fight itself.
“What are you waiting for?!” He barked at the guildmembers still surrounding where the barrier once stood. Javs looked at Solaris for a moment before turning his attention back down on Epitaph.

Raziel - Sarge - Izzy

The team of three continued their usual assault until the ghost of Rickshaw finally faded away.
"Guys, Solaris's girlfriend is in trouble!" Izzy squealed.
"We have to help her!"
Sarge was scared shitless, his feet locked where they were.
Raziel was still out cold.
"Saaarge! W-We have to do something!"
No reaction.
"Ugh! Seraphim, Payback on that Rattata!"
The Vulpix wheeled around and charged at Charles, barking and yipping.

CelsusasdfImitiqwertyOliverqwerytChuck

The dark blue Gyarados was knocked to the side by the explosion, but stabilized himself relatively easily. He made another wide turn and bore down on the three nonhuge members of Team Cupric. Oliver and Chuck were already diving, and Imiti had already disappeared, when the blast of blue fire hit the ground and exploded, sending Oliver and Chuck flying. Oliver hit the ground, rolled, and got to his feet. Magnus came around again, only to be intercepted halfway by Celsus. Celsus bore Magnus half to the ground before the elder Gyarados accelerated forward, leaving Celsus behind, spinning for about a second before he regained his bearings and attacked with another stream of blue flame. It just barely glanced on Magnus's tail, ultimately accomplishing nothing as the scene became a series of images.

Magnus, bearing down on Chuck, who only turned to look at him.

Magnus opening his mouth to bite the unmoving Charmeleon in half.

Magnus's maw beginning to envelop Chuck.

Chuck jumping forward into the open mouth, barely dodging the teeth as they snapped together.

Oliver, tackling the spot where Chuck had just stood, losing his balance, and falling.

The explosion.

Chuck, tumbling out of what had once been a ghostly face.

( Red & Blue & Purple )

The white Rattata got up once more, a series of bad coughs coming out of him as he looked over to Red. His body glowed yellow as he sent out a thunderbolt towards her, coming down on her like a hammer. She stayed up, but you could tell that at this point she was struggling with standing.

This only made Blue madder, as he launched another Shadow Ball towards the Rattata. Purple and Red joined in with Sucker Punch and Flamethrower, but the Sneasel made it clear who was being the most vicious. He stepped back, however, when he noticed the white Rattata's burn.

He was in flames at first, as a burn usually shows itself, from Reds Flamethrower when suddenly his eyes began to turn red, a crimson aura surrounding him. "What...whats he doing?" Blue asked. Purple shook his head, "this isn't good...he's using his ability. Charles, it seems he has the guts ability...I never saw it myself, but this would mean that we have one more thing in common than we previously thought"
"guts makes his attack go up if he's burnt, poisoned, paralyzed, or put to sleep. So, instead of getting his attack cut in half by the burn, it just went up" purple explained. Blue let out a groan, "just wonderful"

The burn was still in effect, however, and you could see the Rattata was also suffering from it. He was going to make another move, when yet another Vulpix had attacked him, knocking him back again. He glared at those around him, looking at Purple for some help.

- Gypsy - - Echo -

Lilia scoffed as she took the attack, smirking slightly as her tails covered her once more. Echo was busy trying to get an absorb to work, but Lilia's tails had the grass property, and she had to concentrate a lot to get an Absorb down on her body. The Ninetails sharply turned her head from Gypsy, who she was initially aiming for, to Echo. If she couldn't hurt Gypsy, she would just have to settle for one of her friends.

Echo wasn't prepared for the attack because she also thought Lilia would be aiming for Gypsy, and only saw the attack coming when it was happening. She couldn't jump out of the way, she couldn't prepare a detect in time, so she would just have to stand there and take it. The razor leaves wouldn't hurt her that much, right? She braced for the impact, but it didn't come. She opened her eyes and Gypsy was standing there breathing heavily, droplets of blood dripping on the ground at a steady pace.

"I'm impressed with your control of fire, dear. Too bad you couldn't get all the leaves. Now you have a boo boo. That's what you get for protecting people. Just like I did. I protected you, and you just left. Broke my heart." She remarked quietly, tilting her head to one side.

Echo stood there stunned. It wasn't often that someone else had gotten to an attack before she was able to. But there was always a first. She couldn't do anything other than start bandaging Gypsy's wound, but Gypsy stopped her. "If I have to get hurt to protect the people love, I'll do that. Maybe if you acted like that I wouldn't have left, and you wouldn't have died." She spat out a quick stream of embers towards her mother, each one being dodged easily. She narrowed her eyes and the fire became bigger and much faster. A few stray fireballs managed to hit Lilia while she was on the move, leaving black burn marks on her fur. The Ninetails shrieked and started licking her fur, leaving her wide open to a mega drain from Echo and more small embers from Gypsy.

Era & Ethfael & Riley

Era ducked back from Jupiter's Bite but couldn't quite avoid his charging. She fell to her knees but suddenly Jupiter's target changed, switching to Ver. Then, without warning, Solaris suddenly took down the Jolteon in one fell swoop. Era stared at him in mild shock, he'd broken that Gardevoir's barrier, he'd killed Jupiter in one fell swoop, it wasn't often that Solaris pulled off things like that. When Solaris told them to take care of the other ghosts Era froze, uncertain of what to do. By now they were almost all taken care of, there was nowhere for her to go, so she simply stood by Solaris and waited. As she did so, something caught her eye: Epitaph. The Flareon was lying there unnaturally still, almost as if... Era's eyes widened with shock and a sudden weakness came over her: Epitaph wasn't breathing.

Ethfael nodded at Alice's introduction; she was a friend of Era's, that made sense. The little Ralts had drained the Dragonair of the will to fight; he regretted nearly killing a member of his Team more than he'd let on. It really was inexcusable, Era would have never forgiven herself if he killed Riley, and as much as he could dislike the Eevee sometimes, he didn't really hate Riley. Ethfael followed Alice's gesture to glance at the Glaceon she had called Sai, briefly noting the presence of Javs next to her. Seeing the Gardevoir there brought that odd feeling of nostalgia back to the Dragonair, as though there was something he was missing that was very familiar. He looked at Alice, then at Javs, then back again, his gaze slightly curious. At last his gaze settled on the Ralts, a hint of a question in his eyes "Is he your-"

The Dragonair was cut off abruptly by the sudden weight of another body pushing his head down and into the ground with an unpleasant thud. Riley dug his claws into Ethfael's face, cutting at them and starting up the bleeding again. The dragon looked at the Eevee with sad eyes, unable to conjure up his fighting spirit. Whenever he looked up at the Eevee attacking him he thought of the brokenhearted look that Era would have to hear of Riley's death, and he didn't react. Instead the dragon gently tilted his tail to cause Alice to slide off in order to keep her from getting caught in the crossfire. The Eevee's fur bristled with anger and he sent an Ace of Hearts to pierce Ethfael's throat gem and the dragon coughed painfully from the Trump Card, still staring at Riley as if to ask why. "Fight back!" the Eevee spat, clawing at Ethfael again and again, "Why won't you fight back!" Jumping off, Riley sent the Dragonair flying backward with a burst of Stored Power, the dragon flying back through and crushing the massive plant barrier that was in the side of the area, at last falling to the ground to see a pair of Leafeon fighting that had been concealed previously. Even as he lay there the Ace of Spades flew after him, Riley's fourth Trump Card striking him in the underbelly and causing him to moan slightly in pain.

The ghostly Leafeon smiled with sheer delight as Freya attacked her again and again, enduring every hit. She was lulling the other Eeveelution into a false sense of security before she really got into the fight. At last her grin broke out and she laughed, "Don't you see?" she cried, "You can't kill me! I'm already dead!" She was about to summon her Frenzy Plant yet again, but her plans were interrupted by a dragon bursting through her barrier and falling to the ground, just to the side. "What have we here?" she said delightedly, "Wasn't my son dealing with you?" The Leafeon was thoroughly schizophrenic, her earlier speech about intruders on her fights forgotten in this case.

Ethfael raised himself off the ground to his normal height towering over the ghost. "You're the one," he said angrily lunging forward and plowing into her with Dragon Rush. The Leafeon was blown back, unable to defend herself against something so much larger than herself, and Ethfael wasn't about to stop. Strengthening his attacks with a swift Agility and Dragon Dance, he stepped up the speed of his fight. He would kill this demon once and for all. He summoned up a barrage of Icy Wind attacks and sent them flying with a Twister. The moves hit into the ghost with increasing speed and for once the Leafeon began to look slightly uncertain. She sent Magical Leaf his was, but the Dragonair swept through the hit, slamming into her with Extremespeed. The Leafeon was looking dismal now, appearing more like a tattered rag doll than an actual Pokemon, she summoned her Frenzy Plant to try and stop the dragon's rampage by his Dragonbreath burned the plants down and scorched the ghost as well. He hit her into her own thorn covered vines with an Aqua Tail and she lay there broken and panting, hardly alive. Ethfael glared at her with repulsion, "I should just kill you now," he said.

"What have you done!" the voice that by this time sounded hoarse and cracked from too much shouting said. Riley stared in horror from Ethfael to the ghost of his mother, his eyes widened with terror. In those eyes could be seen the two opposing thoughts at war again, who was real, who was right? The Eevee put a paw to his head, feeling about to scream from the pain that built up in his mind. It was too much, too much; images came unbidden to his mind, from his past, from the Guild, from the fight and he moaned, his eyes tightly shut. No one said anything, botht he ghost's and Ethfael's eyes on the Eevee as he cried out as if he were being attacked. When Riley's eyes opened again emotion had returned to them, and that emotion was immense suffering. He took a pawstep forward, then another, before stopping his ears drooping and his position defeated. The Eevee summoned his cards to himself for the final time, all but the four Aces vanishing in an instant. Riley looked from Ethfael to the ghost of Espen, and then he let the cards fly.

The Aces flew straight to their target, spiraling around the pitiful ghostly Leafeon in a fast circle. One by one they hit and made their mark: the Ace of Clubs summoning a burst of sharp stars that stuck into the Leafeon's fur and kept her pinned to the flora, the Ace of Diamonds exploding into brilliant light that not only momentary blinded the group but also slashed twice across its victim, the Ace of Hearts spinning out into a ring that pierced her around the neck, and the Ace of Spades finishing the job as it stabbed her through the heart, the vital part that kept the ghost living. With a cry the Leafeon's body vanished into an orb again for the last time before the light went out and there was nothing left. Riley took one more step forward and then collapsed to the gorund, tears streaming down his cheeks as he cried with no solace.

AlouraLavicus

Aloura hadn't noticed the rampardos fading away until she was positioned in front of Lavicus. While she'd run around the pokemon the two still conscious pokemon had attacked the the large thing so viciously that by the time she stood by the seviper it was dissolving into nothing. Feeling a bit foolish, she watched as the two pokemon ran off to join another battle. She didn't understand how they could just leave their unconscious friend laying there without so much as a backward glance. Shaking her head in confusion, she turned to her partner. "How... how are your pains?"

Lavicus flicked up his eyes to Aloura for a moment, half surprised she'd come to defend him, before resting his head on the ground. She was an odd creature in many ways. For one he'd never heard anyone word things so strangely. "I'm not in any pain," he responded, his eye lids slowly lowering over his bright red orbs. Snakes are, in general, a very pain tolerant kind. They could break their backs and carry on with little more than an inconvenience. Further more, with as many ribs they had, it was not uncommon to break a few now an then. Snakes are as resilient as they are pain tolerant- his wound would probably take only a few weeks to heal. It was the darned cold that was getting to him "Go help the others." Aloura was hesitant, "I do not wish to abandon you... Lavicus was drifting off into unconsciousness even as he spoke, "Off with you. I'll be fine." With that, he faded out, the bitter cold sending him into an indefinite comma.

Aloura still felt uncertain about leaving her partner behind, but she knew that there was nothing more she could do for him. She'd just have to take his word that he'd be fine and join the others like he'd said. She would have to, she supposed, get used to trusting his word. She had been poised to run over to where the other when she caught a sharp scream on the wind. Turning, she was witness to an orange frog like pokemon and a fox like pokemon battling a larger version, it appeared, of the fox like pokemon. She hadn't noticed them before, but even as she looked on she could tell they were in no good shape. The pokemon she and Lavicus had previously been sparring with, however, seemed more than capable to handle their situation. There were five of them up against a small, aged looking rat pokemon. She assuemd they could handle the situation.

Thus, Aloura sprinted off towards the fox pokemon, her paws carring her swiftly over the terrain her eyes taking on a sudden gleam of determination as she neared it. Leaping at the unsuspecting ninetails with an almost feral snarl she sunk her teeth into the creature with well aimed bite while the impact sending them both backwards slightly. While she'd attacked, her strange blue eyes had shimmered luminously for a short moment as her ability, 'super luck' took effect. Her ability lent a crushing strength to her attack, making Aloura feel almost invincible for a moment. Startled at the feeling, something she had never experienced before, she quickly released the pokemon and jumped back. Hopefully she had moved far enough back to stay out of the way of any counter attack it might attempt.

Saileithe -- Erudeca -- Freya -- Alice

Flatlined. What did he mean flatlined?
Sai jumped to her paws. Her back didn’t even hit the underside of the guildmaster standing above her. “Then get her to the hos-!” She paused. The relic. This wasn’t natural at all. Her ears fell flat, everything was from there on ignored—Even when Javs knocked her down and pulled her close along with her mother. She was too close to Epitaph. Her ear was pressed firmly against her mother’s side and she couldn’t hear or feel anything. It was terrifying to say the least and despite only being held for a moment, time had stopped. The Glaceon’s mind rushed, then she began to tear up.
As The Gardevoir released them, Sai didn’t move in favor of laying there with her head against her Epitaph’s motionless chest.

“S-Sorry.” Alice shook her head as her trance-like stare broke away from the Gardevoir. She looked back up at Ehfael and smiled slightly as she just began to explain, but instead screamed out as Riley suddenly attacked the giant. She motioned Deca over to one arm, the other flailing for balance until Ethfael let her down.
She sat with a thud, quickly turning her attention back to Ethfael and Riley. She was wide eyed in panic, hugging her Ditto friend closely. She couldn’t interfere. Not only due to her poor skill as a fighter, but she was frozen.

Freya tensed as Espen responded to her far in a far too lively tone. She shouldn’t have lived that assault—not if she was just hit directly. The Leafeon just got here so the situation was entirely unexplained. This just creeped her out.
She began to back up, snarling loudly at the opposing Leafeon until a Dragonair came flying through the floral wall. In panic, she fled.

Basilisk :: Ren

A Snivy among the pokemon that were fighting stood up, three cards in his hand. "I win again, Ren" he said, tilting his hand up to let the cards fall in front of each other. He picked up the cards around them, the cards floating in front of the Misdreavus falling neatly into his hand. "Vatever...can ve help zem out now Vaisel?" she said with a very noticeable accent. The Snivy sighed, "fine." he groaned, putting the cards away in a little pouch made to hold them on his side.

The two looked around, Basilisk spitting in disgust at the ground. "A sneasel is here..." he mumbled. Ren was prepared for him, however, "Focus, Vaisel...lets help out zat Vulpix and Treecko, zey look pretty hurt" She said. The Snivy looked at them, "right...a fire type..." nonetheless, it was either her or help the Sneasel...frankly, he would rather burn to death. Running up to the fox, his tail began to glow light green as its already Seviper-sharp edges got even sharper. He jumped up and turned in the air, slashing at the Ninetales side with Leaf Blade. Ren flew behind him, wind gathering up in front of her until she made it close to the ninetales, letting a purple wind burst out at the Ninetales ghost as she followed up with Ominous Wind.

( Red & Blue & Purple )

Purple down at Charles, then over to Red. "Burn me" he stated. She and Blue were surprised, but he was intent on getting this. "What are you waiting for! Do it!". They were used to a kind, gentle Purple...this one was demanding, and they had to follow along. A blue flame came out in front of her, going over to Purple and consuming him. This triggered his own guts ability, a crimson aura going over him as it did to Charles. "This ends here" he said, now ready to deal some heavy damage. He hadn't been hit once during this whole battle, a little burn wouldn't do anything to him that couldn't be fixed. If anything, it kept him warm in this cold.

He ran up to Charles, his fist out as he used Sucker Punch, followed up by Blues Shadow Ball. He was going to go all out now that he was dealing double damage, he only had so much time to end it...

Charles: 4 hp

[[Nobody hit Charles, and if you do try and leave him with one HP. I wanna drama llama this ending]]

Solaris -- Javs -- Ver

Solaris and Ver retreaded to Epitaph’s side. The rage the Espeon once held seemed to fade into a worried, yet hopeless state as he sat down in front of Epitaph. His ears made slight twitches in response to Sai’s voice, though he didn’t reply. He knew this situation by now.
Javs’ head lifted. His eyes remained close and he looked far too calm for the situation. Why panic over the inevitable? Time was running out. Epitaph would likely not make it. He opened one of his eyes, glancing about the battlefield.
A number of enemies dropped, but they still existed. It was a rather sickly game. He merely guessed that they could attack the carrier upon the defeat of the ghosts as well. It was, overall, better than nothing. False hope tends to do that for people.
He looked back at the carrier as his other eye opened; the relic was still shining brightly. Why though? She wasn’t doing anything. She hasn’t done anything after summoning the ghosts.
Answers came into place as the carrier yelped out in pain, making Javs and the two Eeveelutions focus on her. Something happened. The aura around her weakened, but it still existed.
Javs stood. He was a bit shaky having sat so long and area slowly frosting over didn’t help his joints in the slightest. It was honestly far too cold. He looked back down at Epitaph for a moment in thought. Memories of the Discharge that struck the barrier that once sheltered them played in his mind before he finally blinked and looked up.
Electricity.
He looked off to the side, At a Pikachu in particular. “You.” He addressed, teleporting Era over. “I need you to do something for me.” He knelt down in front of the Pikachu, giving her a stern stare. He wasn’t explaining again “I need you to shock her. Three times only. Check her pulse between shocks as well… It might take a moment for a heartbeat to kick in.” Given they could get one.
He stood again, eyeing the Froslass. She was yelling out in anger, but her words were unclear with her distance. Solaris’ expression darkened as he glared at her as well. The aura was vanishing and the relic grew brighter.
Javs sighed, growing tired as Solaris dashed back at the Froslass. The two of them teleported after a moment, reappearing in front of the Ghostly Ice type.
Her placement was horrible. Why she stood back against a side of the barrier was beyond Javs, but it just made his life easier. He grabbed the Froslass’ throat, holding her against the barrier as he glared her down. Solaris stood at his feet, staring up at the Froslass in rage as his fur began to stand once again.
The Froslass winced, closing her eyes and turning her head away. The Gardevoir was too close. His arm slowly began to freeze from his hand upward, but he ignored it entirely.
“Where did you find this?” “D-Don’t hurt me.” She shuddered as she glanced back at him, the question going over her head completely. Solaris was ready to snap, but Javs merely waved his free hand at the Espeon. Now wasn’t the time.
“Where did you get it?” The Froslass was silent for a moment. “It… A Gengar had it. He gave it to me mentioning he could never challenge the guilds.” “So you did?” “So it seems…” Javs rested his hand against his head.

What a waste of time.

“Why is the relic backfiring?” “A pact of sorts…” Solaris grew confused. A pact? He hasn’t heard of that yet. Javs’ eyes narrowed. He got his answers and the Froslass’ responses were questionable. She hardly even knew what she was talking about. “What did you do to Epitaph?!” Solaris’ rage returned, snapping at the Froslass. “These things are special you see…”
The Psychics narrowed their eyes. She thought they were idiots or she was toying with them. Javs finally shrugged his shoulders. “That’s all I have to hear then.” A psychic blade formed off of his slowly freezing forearm, shooting outward at the Froslass’ throat. She gaze a suffocating grunt as air escaped her mouth. She died rather quickly and the leftover ghosts vanished as the relic deactivated.

The Gardevoir let the relic slide off the blade as it vanished and he turned away, his hands retreating behind his back. He began to walk off with Solaris close behind with the relic securely in his mouth.
“W-Will she wake up?” “We’ll see.” Javs teleported the two back to Era. "Shall I teleport the unharmed back to the guild?" "That's fine." Javs nodded, looking out toward the guild quickly before teleporting most of the guild back.

Alice rejected the teleport in favor of taking Ethefael and Deca to the hospital. Epitaph, Solaris, Era, and Sai remained in the plain awaiting Era's reply. If they revived her, then it was straight to the hospital.

Era

Era gasped with surprise as she suddenly was taken within a Teleport to the inside of Javs' remaining barrier. From the serious look in his eyes and his tone of voice, Era could tell that this was something important. The Pikachu listened intently to the Gardevoir's instructions, realizing what it was that he was asking her to do. As Javs and Solaris vanished Era crouched down next to Epitaph, her eyes glistening with fear and nervousness. She'd never felt the pressure of a situation such as this one, for once her Guildmaster and everyone else was counting on her. Era took a deep breath, placing a hand on Epitaph's chest, over where her heart would be. The Flareon wasn't breathing, there was no heartbeat just as it had appeared. Era had never been present for a difibrillation before, but she could tell partly by instinct what needed to be done. With one paw over Epitaph's heart and the other a little lower on the Flareon's chest, the Pikachu channeled her first charge. The electricity raced through her paws and sent a shock coursing through the Flareon's body, and then Era waited.

After a moment she put her paws back to Epitaph's chest, dismayed to find that there was no pulse. Era took a few more breaths in, steadying herself to finish what she'd started. That Gardevoir, Javs, had said to shock her three times because it might take some time to get her heartbeat started. There were still two more chances for her to bring the Flareon back. Leaning down again, Era checked once more for a heartbeat before returning her paws to their previous positions; there was no pulse. Closing her eyes, Era urged the electricity forth once more, intensifying it just a bit this time to see if that would help. Once again a shock coursed through the Flareon's body in an effort to see if it would, if it could restart her heart.

Yet again Era paused, holding herself in check for a few moments before pressing a paw to the Flareon's neck, hoping that there would be a beat. Nothing. The Pikachu's eyes glistened with unshed tears as she felt the lack of a pulse. She didn't know Epitaph very well, they'd only met a few times and most were only in passing, but she couldn't bear the thought of the Flareon dying. Epitaph was so brave and true and she meant so much to Solaris, it wasn't right for her to die. Era's own heart beat double time as if trying to compensate for Epitaph's lack of a heartbeat, and she looked at those around her for a moment before leaning back down one last time to reattempt the shock. Epitaph, she thought as she closed her eyes, preparing the electricity she needed, I know you can't hear me, but please don't leave. A tear trickled down her cheek, We need you with us. For the third and final time the Pikachu released the electricity into Epitaph's body, praying that this time would work.

Holding her breath, Era removed her paws, counting silently to five before checking for a pulse again. Her face fell as she did; one second...two seconds...three seconds. No pulse. With a look of sadness she began to shake her head, but suddenly her ears perked up. The Pikachu's eyes brightened and she smiled with amazement; there is was, a faint but still very present heartbeat. Era watched as the Flareon took a breath and smiled with happiness. "She's alive!" she said to Sai and Solaris, "Oh thank Arceus, she's alive!"
