Name is Lanfaer! I was invited by Mana, and I was supposed to be the First Division Captain. However, I see that you guys have put up different descriptions for the squads then I am used to, and so I ask you. Is the First Division that same as in other guilds? As the So-Taicho?

No. I am the Sou-taichou for now, and the first squad will be assuming the role of any other squad.

And do captains start with Shikai/Bankai? I just read the rules, and nothing was sure.

Yea.. that isn't in the rules because aside from the guild being started up, NO ONE is ever going to come into the guild as a captain.
Captain's start with shikai, bankai, shunpo, and their own special techniques, etc.
You still need to be approved by me once your profile is done though.

I was under the similar assumption, since first division always has the so-taichou. After all, not everyone wants to be the so-taichou. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!
