Well, that brings into effect the EMS. It's made of Godmod. That effectively give the Sharingan 5 levels, if you take the MS into the stage argument.
I mean, give people enough jutsu, they have something to work for. Only reason I want the second stage for my bloodline [which isn't that great] is for the jutsu. But that's just me.
Another question: How is someone able to use jutsu without hand seals? It gives anyone with their hands full, with say a puppet or something like that, a way of circumventing their weakness and becoming all-powerful. Just a thought.

Gregar828 Auggy: Depends. What do you want to get rid of/replace/add? Switching Lightning from primary to Secondary and Water from Secondary to Primary. Thus taking away all my B-Rank lightning and a few other lightning techniques, then taking Water techniques, but I can only take say a D Rank Water if I've removed a D Rank lightning. This is a sense of 'penalty' to make this course of action more equitable. Not going to touch Genjutsu or Taijutsu at all. I've used my Chakra Control so I obviously cannot remove it HOWEVER Offensive has remained unused so I would like to swap that out for something else...

Anon- No handseal jutsus can only be used by a battle support type, and even then they still need handseals for higher ranked techniques.
Shayera- No clue
Remedy- Theres another person applying for Origami

Being that the primary way of regaining chakra is sleep, and the Ichibi host is unable to sleep, may I implement some slight chakra regeneration? I can replace true sleep with meditation, but having some sort of regen when outside of combat or training would be useful to no end.

the ichibi host can regain chakra by eating too X3 you don't need meditating and it proaly won't help it just relaxes stress and pain not gain chakra
