Rogue hurried over as she saw her cousin. "Gen!" She called and threw herself at him. She checked his hand, seeing that it had already healed, and rubbed the rest of the crusted blood off of his knuckles. "You're such an idiot..." She muttered.

Maria looked over at Ezekiel, it was him, the Zeeks from the lab. "Ezekiel!" She shouted as she flew into his arms, he barely realized what was going on. Though, when he easily lifter the purple haired girl he knew just who it was. "Maria! You're here?!"

((Yep, somewhere back they met and then Gen broke the news that evil guy whats-his-name....Wayne, yeah. That he was Rogue's dad and Gen ran off. Zeeks followed him and Maria was left with Rogue.))

Gen turned to Maria. He really wanted to hug her, but the memory of what happened earlier came to mind and he held himself back.

Rogue shuffled her feet and looked over at Ezekiel. She didn't make a move towards him, and kept to Gen's side, her mind in a turmoil.

Zeeks put Maria down and she ran over to Gen. He glanced over at Rouge.

Gen didn't think as he opened his arms and sweeped Maria off her feet. Her smell was of faint peppermint and lilacs. "Hey...." He said quietly.

Rogue kept her gaze at her feet, so she didn't notice Zeeks looking at her.

Maria had never liked being picked up or carried, except by a certain few people, or if she was hurt. Zeeks looked over at the small girl, she looked half the age of the boy holding her. "Hey you," she said back.

Rogue gave a faint smile. "You two must have a lot to talk about...I'm going to be in my dorm, 'kay Gen?" Without waiting for him to respond, she turned heel and dashed for her dorm.

Gen didn't have to answer and he knew Rogue already knew his response. He only had eyes for a certain, purple-haired girl in his arms. "Sorry I walked off like that..."

Zeeks decided to give Gen and Maria some space, so he slipped away. He walked in the direction of the guys dorms.

Rogue opened the door to her dorm, slamming it shut and rummaging through her bag for her phone. She found it and dialed her mom's number quickl.y

Gen hugged Maria tighter. Somehow, their kiss earlier seemed so far away, yet this was too early to be testing their current trust of eachother.
