On another note, a problem I discovered... Is there any way to reverse/remove a hex placed on a loved one, when you don't know who cast it?
I do not think so, unless you fand a way to channel them through the hex, but that takes serious skill.
So if one was to attempt that, what would need to be done to remove it? What should happen to the caster?
I have yet to discover that myself. I'm reading up about casting in a Black magic book though.
I see. Then I suppose I'll try experimenting a bit, see what I can find. If you happen to stumble upon anything, please let me know!
I would be happy to do so.

I expected to be as timid as always here, and yet I feel shockingly comfortable! It is so nice to finally have conversations with intelligent people again... Not many of them where I live. I do hope I learn a lot from everyone on here; my thirst for knowledge is never quenched by books alone, but experience from others who are wiser than me seems to help.

There's one thing that I find a bit odd... Everything I read says Lucifer doesn't force himself on anypne, that its completely our choice to come to him. But for years, I was surrounded by demons, and by him. He interfered with quite a lot of things, to get my attention. Why was he acting out of context with me? Has he done this with anyone else?

This is fate showing you the path that is right for you. It is true he does not force himself upon others, for they must be strong enough to endure Him.

Satan is the best friend the Church has ever had,

Unfortunately, I am of no help on this particular topic, having never practiced magic... and am admittedly a bit sceptical, as I am very logic-driven, and I fear that my doubt may ruin any attempts I may make to cast anything, which would serve to only deepen my disbelief. -sighs- A vicious cycle, that...

How did you magic-users get into it, might I ask, and am I the only fool who has doubted?

I actually never really had a say in the matter; since I was a young child, simple yet unexplainable things happened in my favor; if I was upset, it rained. If I was impatient, streetlights changed at the wrong time. Lights turned on when I walked into a room. The power went out when I was ill. After a few years of surpressing it, told that it was "not normal" (I frightened people, so my mother had banned all knowledge and practice of it until I was mature enough to mostly control myself) I started to notice odd things happening. I was extremely skeptical at that point, thinking I was insane. I told myself every day and night that it was "only the lighting, only a bird outside the window cast the shadow, only the wind" but after a while I decided to try and learn more about magic. My denial strong, I had cast a simple spell to make it rain the next day, when the forecast said we would be in a drought for a week. I had forgotten all about it over the course of the day. It rained heavily the entire morning and into evening the next day, and I told myself that the meteorologists were just wrong again. Then about a week later, I tried another spell. This time my mother's cousin was sick, with a high fever. The doctors had given himn antibiotics but said he would be ill for at least a week. I figured this could not create a coincidence. The spell was supposed to make him get well overnight. The next day, my mother received a phone call from him, saying that he was feeling much better and was back to his usual self. I realized I had no more reason to be skeptical, and embraced the magic in the world. I think all of us were skeptical at one time or another, and we probably all had our own awakenings to it. Its normal to be questioning it all, even once you know it is real. Doubt is a very healthy part of the mind with some things; I believe all factors should be known, and any possible factors should be brought to attention, just try not to deny it once you have realized fully that it is part of your ability. As for being logic-driven, I found that if you ask Father Satan about how it works, he will gladly explain the reasoning. This logic from him always connects the dots in my mind, and I find that I feel much stronger after a good lesson on it. I hope this answers your question and helps a bit!

That is quite an intriguing story. Any other situations that seem very unusual that come to mind?

Well, I can remember when things I wanted, like clothes I planned to wear that day, would go msising; I would spend hours looking for them until I gave up, and was a bit late for what I had planned, only to find that something had come up and had I been on time, I would have a long wait for my planned activity. Probably one of the most unusual things I can remember is about two years ago, around three in the morning, my cat Sabrina had been banging on my bedroom door, and I was ignoring it. Within twenty minutes of her banging and meowing stopping, one of the drawers on my dresser flew open loudly. I stared at it for a few seconds, then it slammed closed. I opened the door and Sabrina came in, growling; I had never heard her growl before in all six years of her life. Another unusual experience (I have many) was one night when I had been coming my hair in my mother's bathroom, getting ready for bed. It was around nine o'clock, and Sabrina was banging on the door. I let her in, and she sniffed the radio I had turned on, the signal was extremely clear. She jumped up onto the counter and watched as I combed my hair, then suddenly I heard another bang on the door and the radio completely turned off; the music stopped, and the power button was warm to the touch, the green light indicating it was on had shut off. Sabrina was looking all over the rom, quickly, and started to whimper. I opened the door and saw a mist about five feet in front of me walked a few feet towards the door, then vanish. I have more, if you wish to hear them?
