Kara stood up slowly. sweatdrop U-um... I started it.... But it was an accident!! Kara hid her face behind her hands, almost ready to cry.

Kara bit her lip and mentally crossed her fingers, hoping Eneri wouldn't kill her. Sometimes, Kara's State Alchemist watch worked too well, something she had yet to learn to prevent from happening.

I'm sorry... Kara's voice was barely heard, as it had become somewhat of a whimper. Kara began crying, but not because of her fear of Eneri or anything else.

Kara wanted to reassure Eneri that her crying wasn't a big deal, but the words wouldn't come. Just sobbing and tears. Kara covered her eyes with her sleeves, trying to wipe her tears away. I-I'm sorry... *sniff* I tried not to cry but... Kara broke into a crying fit again.

Kara wanted to stop crying, but everything she was thinking of and feeling at that moment wouldn't allow her to. Her sobbing finally stopped, but Kara began to shiver. She also coughed, sniffed and wheezed. Kara was done crying, but anything was liable to set her off. That's not what they said. They told me that I was too old to cry...
