True, but Obi-wan is on the council now. It's not very common for councilmen to pick up padawans unless tey specifically desire it, due to the fact of tradition. A knight picks up an apprentice to get to masterdom...

Jaden_Ordo *cracks knuckles* Here's the freighter-boy I've been looking for. Hey hey, I'm not playing it anymore, its in my reserve. Anyway, I'm thinking of playing a Pirate Lord since the business is all a buzz now. Or maybe another Sith. I'm still daddling with a few Rep Knight concepts.

Just say you don't know what you're doing yet. You always have a list twenty people long.

@ Nelo- The Jedi just went through a major war, and then a splinter, losing more than half of their members, from whence they were already really low
I'm sure the Council could easily reinstate the need for Masters and Council Members to have apprentices

They could, but also remember that even with all the "losses" they've incurred, the number of padawans actually coming in hasn't changed proportionally. It's not like the council are the only jedi masters, and more specifically, there isn't a massive bunch of padwans who are left without knights training them. There's still a similiar concentration before the schitzm.
And considering they're moving into more exile-like functions, I doubt they're going to go "Hey, we need to start a recruitment drive".
Either way, i've offered neb up as a viable character if Rodyn really wants a PC jedi to train her.

I'd throw Pirate King Cale into the mix, but he doesnt work without the NR and Empire.

Jedi Padawan, Jedi Knight. Whichever. I still recommend pairing with someone, or else the RP will get old pretty quickly.
