 Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko had turned looking down the hall noticing another group of the enemy. Whether she saw the look he gave, she didn't show it. She held her knife as though she were ready to throw it at any moment as she motioned Derek silently.

Derek looked over, grabbed Akiko's arm and pulled her around a corner and away from them. He then slowly and silently reloaded his weapon before motioning for her to follow him, as he made his way away from the enemy.

((I have made a new charie that is going to be crutial to all of this later on so just go with it. Her name is Silvia. Go check out her profile...its interesting.))
The tv was quietly showing everything that was happening in the compound of the Soldiers and Scientists. Silvia was enjoying this, watching the battle ensue. She was not the mastermind behind all of this...well not exactly. These people were not her people and she didn't plan the actual attack but she did get the person who was in charge to attack on the day she wanted. Even if she hadn't of interfered the battle was going to happen. She just wanted to 'infiltrate' the facility. It wasn't going to be hard to do now that the battle was going on but for now she was having a fun time watching.
((Ok this is just an intro into the type of person Silvia really is. She isn't in the facility but close to it. I'll get more on her and the others soon.))

Derek made his way down a hall away from the approaching threat on their backs. He made several twists and turns pretty much forcing Akiko to follow him around. Then when it seemed as if there were no other options but to fight, as they had reached a dead end in their search for friendly grounds, he shoved Akiko into a room. His room more specifically.
As previously thought: Him and her alone in, now, his bedroom would have been a very welcomed event that Derek had thought on more than once since his first meeting with the good Doctor...now was not the time.
Searching through his belongings, especially in his closet he found what he was looking for.
Extracting an MM-1 40mm multi-shot, revolver type Grenade Launcher from the mess of clothes at the bottom of his closet. He also retrieved a shoulder/chest belt already filled with, not grenades, but what looked to be 40mm Shotgun Shells. Derek loaded up his new found weapon, and looked to Akiko. "Stay."
He slipped out of the room and locked the door behind him before Akiko could say or do anything. This time Derek was positive Akiko would stay there. For his room had no ventilation shafts of any kind, and the concrete around it was reinforced with steel bars. Not to mention the door itself was made of steel unlike the others which were made out of wood. It was simply a comfortable room which could be turned into a prison at a moments notice. Perfect for those like Derek who constantly caused trouble amongst the Facility's Staff.
Though in his rush he had forgotten a few key things. One of which was his computer and the separate flash drive that was installed into it. A flick of the mouse and the screen would appear to show information and files (along with comments) of not only himself, but of everyone else in the Facility.

Davros woke up as he heard the distant gunfire. He had just gotten to sleep and he was thoroughly pissed, even if he was only 8.
he sent psychic waves through the compound until he found someones mind, he inspected it closer and realized that he didnt know this person, they didnt work here. Davros searched again and finally found Dr Akiko and asked her telepathically 'whats going on doctor?'

((hehehe....time to bring Sil into the compound.))
Sil checked the cameras again. Nothing much had changed except that most of the compound was swarming with the 'bad guys' and the staff were still trying to hold them off.
"Perfect" Now it was time to get moving and into that facility. She grabbed her laptop case, checked her hair in the mirror one last time before exiting out of the back door and down the ladder to the sewer line. Note that this was wasn't the cleanest way but it was the fastest way to get under the labs and into the facility.
After a couple of minutes she was climbing up again. Sil undid the door with her screwdriver and was in the facility. She looked around the dark room for a minute before climbing up into the room and replacing the door. By her calculations she was in a supply closet at the back of the labs. She pulled out her laptop to check the cameras one last time before revealing herself and bringing her plans to life.
Jason told Ami to stay put. He thought he heard something around back and he wanted to check it out. He headed to the supply closet in the back and saw some young female coming out. "Hey you...what are you doing? Who are you?" Just as he asked this question the female looked into his eyes.
"Don't you remember Jason? You hired me to be the odds and ends person." Sil worked her manipulation and her amazing beauty. Soon Jason was under her spell.
"How could I forget? Silvia come meet Ami. Then you can go help with whatever's going on." Sil nodded and Jason lead her to where he had left Ami. "Ami, this is Silvia. She's our new odds and ends person. She's about to go help out with the fighting. Right Sil?"
The look on Ami's face amused Sil to no end. 'Jelous Ami?' "Yea thats the plan. Thanks for the help Jason." Sil walked out the door smuggly. 'Everything will just fall into place now.'
Ami was mad. Who the crap was Silvia and why hadn't see been informed that she had been hired. Ami arcived the girls voice and aura in her mind for later. "Jason....Shouldn't I go help? I don't think that standing around here is doing anything." When Jason didn't answer Ami sighed, knowing that the answer was a no.

Derek quickly made his way down the hall and made a turn that would have been a mistake for any other person. He had run into the actual leader of the attack. But instead of standing like an idiot in shock he used this bump-in to his advantage and quickly subdued the leader. His guards were another problem but a gun to the man's head quickly made the man make a decision. "Hold your fire!" The leader shouted raising his hands up.
The Trainer had his shotgun trained on the leader's head and his P90 trained to his body guards. Derek knew the percentage of him living but without their leader, the attack would be in disarray and taking down the rest would come at a smaller price than it was now.
Derek looked down at the leader. His masked was covered like everyone else's but he was the only one wearing a three-holed balaclava mask. The man's voice also sounded familiar. Too familiar in fact and Derek was forced to lower his weapons The leader smirked and lowered his hands standing up and facing the Trainer. "Echo. How is it that we always meet at such a bad time?" The smirk lingered, and the man took his mask off revealing an aging man with a slightly pudgy face, devious eyes, and crooked teeth.
Trainer Derek Echo glared slightly at the man. "I don't know, Agent Forge. Do you request every assignment that has to do with me? Or does the NID see it fit to see how many times they can end your life in a single existence."
The one called Agent Forge kept his smirk up even though a twitch of annoyance was detected in his entire expression. "Cute. Can we go?" The NID Agent turned to leave, but stopped when Derek retrained his weapon on him.
"Why're you here Forge?"
Agent Forge turned slightly and tossed a shrug in Derek's direction. "I don't know, Sergeant. Why was I there all those years ago?" Derek didn't give an answer, nor did he lower his weapon. The Agent's shoulders sagged slightly, knowing he had to answer before he was shot in the back. "The higher-ups are getting impatient, Sergeant. They want results from all these...experiments. Not just the same combat results from one Wolverine and Magneto mash-up." The Agent then slowly started to walk away speaking to a man who looked to be second-in-command. "Call for a...victorious withdrawal. We're done here and the message has been sent. The fact that we've seen only the Security Detail and the Trainers in action will be added in both our reports of the attack."
Derek stared at the Agent even after he was gone. He could see a perfect picture in his head. The thing that cut into his mind was the radio chatter. Everyone was wondering what to do next. The unknown forces had just withdrawn. Some of the prouder Trainers and Security Officers wanted to go after them. But majority ruled. They just had too many wounded to do anything about the withdrawing forces. And they still needed to find out the entry point(s) of their enemy. Derek wanted to help the rest of his comrades. He really did, but as much as he didn't want to admit it, the NID Agent was right. A message had been delivered, but to the wrong person. Jason needed to be told, and that was his first stop.

Dr. Akiko Takahashi Akiko looked quite annoyed with the fact that Derek had tried to command her like a dog. She was about to follow him out when he shut the door and locked her in. Though she was quite annoyed she understood that he was attempting to protect her. She sighed and looked around, noticing the computer, she decided she should check if it was connected to the mainframe of the compound. She moved the mouse a little to take the computer out of sleep mode.
When she saw the files she closed the files, making sure they were on the flash drive and then pocketed the flash drive. She then checked to see if the computer was connected to the mainframe. She at least wanted to see what was going on since she was locked.

Sil made it to where the main of the fighting had been taking place only to notice that there was no one there. 'Odd...' She continued walking, running into the man that was standing there staring down the corridor. Sil fell back on her behind, the guy was pretty beefy. "Sorry. I didn't see you there." 'Big and beefy...he would someone perfect to help out.'
