Kira gave a soft smile. There was somthing worrying this girl. They both had their own secrets then. Her eyes darkened as she remembered Cadmus. She was tied to him now. In a way that would cause unlimited damage. "If you like, you can stay with me. I just moved out of my sister dorm room." Kira looked back at Nemia. "I'm going to need a bit of help." Nemia immediately moved to her side. "I'm here for you." Kira smiled softly. "Thankyou." She glanced down at the girl. "Let's get going yes?"

Aili shifted through the papers, sorting them by date and last names. After shuffling the sheets into stacks, she leaned back into her chair, glancing at the wall clock. 'It's almost 8 pm over there. I hope everything's going to be okay.' Aili had left for a few months to take care of an important event back home, making sure a dark prophecy wouldn't be fulfilled. She could only do so much with out getting in trouble with Fate, Chance, and Destiny.
She had spent her time off training a healer who was still naive and too innocent for her own good. Aili blanched as she remembered the bad timing; she had decided to head back to Ria High the day her trainee had lost her first patient.
She sighed outloud, scratching her neck with a long finger underneath the collar of her white doctor's coat. She needed time to get used to the coarse white material again.
"I better head back before it gets late." She sat up in her chair and looked at the stack of papers. "I shouldn't have left for so long. I need to start teaching again soon." She stood up, shrugging the white coat off to reveal the black midriff and beige pants she wore underneath. She neatly draped the coat on the back of her chair. She pushed her chair in, picked up her keys and locked the drawers. Her eyes ran one last check on her office before fastening the clasp on the coat she had retrieved from behind the door. She flicked the lights off and locked the door, deciding to pay her fellow colleague Ishoa a visit.

Now Lena and Taern could see the hospital off in the distance. He kept a steady but slow pace so Lena could catch up. For reasons he could not think of, he dind't want her to die. He didn't look back and just kept walking, remaining silent.

Lena fought back the releif as she caught sight of the hospital. Pain was swamping her body although she continously kept pushing it back. She knew she would have scars, proving her worth. She glanced toward Taern. "You must be strong to have so many scars.Do you know where you got you got them?" Lena could see that they covered his hands, arms, and what other parts of his body showed. They were everywhere.

"Not exactly. The answer is probably in my head somewhere.", he said, not looking back.
The scars didn't seem foreign to him. To him, heach one was just a natural part of his body. Even his eye seemed natural enough even though most could tell it wasn't. Everything, becazsue he did not know what was normal and what was not, seemed to be in it's natural place and time, and express it's natural charecteristics. He couldn't make heads or tails of anything and at the same time, it all made perfect sense.
They were now at the doors of the hospital, shadowed by the overhang. He moved his hand to the door to open it, but then someone else came out of it first. He din't look back and held open the door for Lena.
"Let's go."

Lena nodded and entered the hospital. She looked around and a nurse hurried toward her. "Are you okay miss!" She sounded as though she was panicked. Lena frowned and tilted her head back. "Yes I'm fine. I just need some bandages." The nurse took her arm and Lena's eye ticked. She did not like anyone leading her. The nurse led her to a small room and made her sit on the bed. "You stay right here so that a doctor can look at you." "I'm fine." The only reason that Lena wasn't hauling off on the woman was because she couldn't get expelled. A stupid technicality.

Celestial wrapped her shawl around her shoulders, shivering slightly. It had been awhile, she had thought that dissapearing would simply give her time for her healing powers to get under control.. but the opposite happened. Now they were even worse, her whole body leaked the magic, not just her hands. Through layers of cloth it still managed to escape her.
Celestial had experimented with her other magic, the multi-purpose stuff, that was all fine. She had just as much control, even better because she had been practising. She could hit a moving fly from a couple miles with a combination of specialized sight and a small burst of magic, if anything her control seemed to be perfect, but none of her old tricks with her healing magic worked anymore.
The whole thing was scary, losing her magic for several months, practically killing herself to save Kurai then visiting the church and being cursed anew. Sighing, Celeste pushed open the glass doors of the hospital gently, making sure she wouldn't bump into anyone. Once through, Celestial turned and gently let the door close. Suddenly a wave of sadness overtook her, knocking the breath from her body. Celeste quickly gained support from the door and tried to regain her air.
The truth was, she hadn't seen her baby, Joy, since the halloween dance, It felt like abandonment. Joy may not have been hurt.. but Celestial didn't want her baby to see her so... vulnerable. Her body had lost its plump curves, most of her fat had been used up when she had fainted from touching a diseased tree and needed to feed during her days of unconsciousness. Her black hair had lost it's gloss and fell in tangles to the back of her knees, worse yet, her eyes didn't seem to have the depth that they used to.
After recovering slightly, Celeste pushed herself from the door and stumbled over to the concerned nurse by the desk. Ignoring the womans welcome and her questions, she managed to mumble with her little air.
"I'd like to see Doctor Iosha if you please"
Gods, was even her temper gone? All of her fire? She needed to get this magic under control quick! The nurse at the desk seemed to imediatley come to life. Diving onto her black adjustable chair, she began to type ferosciously at her computer, the keys making clacking sounds. Soon after she looked up at Celeste once more, pity in her eyes.
"I'm sorry miss, Dr. Iosha is out at the moment, I can contact Dr. Smith though, he is free."
"No, it's okay, I can wait. When Iosha does arrive, please tell him Celestial is waiting."
The nurse nodded and wrote a note to herself, by the time she looked up Celestial was making her way to the chair beside the glass doors.

Aili sighed when she discovered Ishoa's door locked. A tingling feeling alerted the hairs on the back of her neck and they got stronger as she approached the front desk. The energy waves... they reminded her of her own powers except these were chaotic. The waves weren't pulled into a container and were spilling out, lashing out in random motions.
Aili quickened her pace. "Miss Aili, leaving already?"
Aili turned and smiled at the receptionist, "Hi there Cindy. Yes, unless there still are more patients streaming into the emergency room."
A frown tugged at Cindy's lips, "Well, that lady over there requested to see Ishoa and won't see Dr. Smith."
The priestess glanced in the direction of the waiting area and there it was, the source of power she had been feeling. The girl didn't look so well and Aili didn't want the girl to know she knew, but it was dangerous having all that power leak out of her. Aili pulled out a tendril of her own power, threaded with the four main elements and light, and sent it to create a circle around the chair the girl was sitting in. Hopefully her power would keep the girl's magic from lashing out at any passerbys.
"Cindy, you look like you could take a break. I'll stay here for awhile and you can leave early. There's only 15 minutes left. Go spend time with your boyfriend."
Cindy's face beamed up the saddened, "Oh I'd love to but I couldn't. YOU should go back and rest. Dr. Ishoa would have my head if he found me slacking."
"And Dr. Ishoa will forgive you if he finds out. He won't find out unless you run into him. Here, you go enjoy yourself and if Ishoa gives you trouble, come to me and I'll tell him it was my idea." Aili shooed the nurse out of the chair and shrugged out of her overcoat, pulling on a spare hospital scrub shirt they kept at the front desk. "See? I'm all comfy now."
The nurse bowed her head in thanks and left to go grab her belongings. Aili kept a mental eye on the patient while she focused on reading the patient list from the day.
"Hm... not as many injuries as I'd expect..."

Despite the nurses sudden pick up and the change of pace in the situation, he followed the nurse and Lena into the room. He could see that Lena didn't really like being led by the nurse.
Inside the room, the nurse had seated Lena down and walked right by Taern like he wasn't there. He knew the doctor would be coming any minute.
He glanced over at Lena for a second. He could see the pain she was in but she was being too stubborn to show it. Just like me. he thought. He leaned against the wall, his head hung, his eyes empty, and slowly sank into a trance, making sure to stay alert enough for anything that might go wrong. He could feel the stab wound in his side, which now most of the bleeding had stopped. It was healing quite rapidly and now most of what was left was a hole in his shirt and a smaller hole in his side.
He tried to take his mind off of things and calm down a bit. He focused on his breathing. It always seemed to work before.

Celestial folded her hands into her lap, staring down at them. A woman had entered the room, power radiated from her and Celeste was afraid she'd notice her, she didn't want anyone realising what was happening until she could find Iosha and get this under control.
Letting her hair fall over her eyes, Celeste watched carefully as the woman approached the front desk. A name escaped the quiet conversation and floated to her ears. "Miss Aili." Didn't Kurai know an Aili.. mother Aili, yes that was it.
The receptionist glanced at Celeste, making Celestial feel even worse. Then a sudden coolness entered her senses. Someone had made a barrier around her! Mentally kicking herself for not thinking of that herself, Celeste traced it's power to that Miss Aili girl who was now sitting on the receptionist's chair as the original girl left.
Suddenly feeling like people were staring at her, Celeste lifted her hands from their position in her lap and carefully arranged her hair and shawl so as to keep her warm while she didn't look suspicious, just sick. This girl unnerved her, if only because of her power. It could contain her healing magic easily, not that Celeste probably could do that herself, but it was just odd that someone would care. She probably did it for the other people though, so I couldn't hurt them.

Seth made his way into the hospital, his eyes searching the area as he noticed how it had been reformed from the last time he was here. It almost seemed like an entirely new place..
As he inspected the area, his eyes caught a young girl who was seated at one of the chairs, her eyes staring down into her hands that lay silent on her lap. His eyes inspected this young girl a bit more.. could it be?
"Celeste..?" he could just feel that it really was her.. he forgot about the fact that he had changed so much.. would she even recognize him anymore?

Celeste had been busy trying to contemplate how she was gonna get better fast, it seemed like it would be another couple months before she could see her daughter again. She felt another person enter, one that felt oddly familliar, yet she could not place him. Suddenly he spoke her name. Celestial's eyes flew up and she mumbled ubder her breath.
"Aw Damn."
For someone to see her like this, not like she once was. Not only did her body change, but she felt constantly drained, and it showed in her eyes and her actions. Standing up she quickly destroyed the barrier around her that the woman had created and attempted to flee.
Glancing around she swore once more, he, whoever he was, was blocking the only door that she could see and she didn't have enough strength from the journey here left over to destroy any walls or break any windows.
Taking a deep breath, Celeste turned and began to run away, breathing hard. She hoped she could lose him before he caught up, or before she collapsed. Figuring that the best hallways to lose him in would be the service hallways, Celeste ducked through a door in the back.
She ran on ducking through doors and choosing random hallways. She breathing was ragged, her vision began to blur. Checking behind her to make sure she wasn't being followed, she missed dodging the medical tray. Toppling over it in a crash of different tools, Celeste whined in pain. A scaple was buried in her side.
Gasping for breath, feeling defeated, horrible and generally self-loathing. Sighing she crawled behind the tray and hoped that either he had not given chase, she had lost him, or perhaps he would pass her by, though her faith on the last one was very little.

Seth was surprised at the sudden action this young woman had taken. He was almost certain it was her, but why..? Why was she running away from him like this?
As she began to flee, Seth quickly gave chase after her, calling out to her as he did so, though he was sure she probably hadn't heard him, as she paid no attention to this and continued to race down the hallways, as she ducked through a door in the back he stormed in after her.
Through every corner, he managed to see just a glimpse of her as she began to turn randomly into various different corners, he wasn't ready to lose her just yet. He needed to know why she was doing this, he sped up after her.
As she looked back at him for just an instant, he was sure it was Celeste, though he remained confused as to why she was acting this way..
Suddenly his chase came to a quick stop as she collided with a set of tools. He ran towards her, noticing a scalp jammed into her side "Celeste.." he said panting slightly as he made his way closer to her "..I've missed you too"

Celeste looked up at the man, he was familliar yet in a distant way. Frowning, Celeste pulled her shawl away from her wound and moved her shirt gingerly. Gasping with the sudden pain, Celeste bent down to examine her wound, ignoring the man who was watching her.
Sitting up, not without pain, Celeste braced herself, she was used to pain. Touching the end of the handle gently, she winced, the medical tool was buried in deep. Grimacing she grabbed the metal and pulled it out harshly.
Blood began to gush out of her wound, making her dizzy. Celestial glanced over at the tools scattered on the floor and was relieved to see a couple bundles of bandages. Glaring at the man incase he wanted to help, Celestial leaned over and grabbed a bundle. Ripping off the tape, she pressed it to her wound, too scared to release her magical powers onto her own skin, scared of what would happen.
Reaching beside her, she took another bundle and took off the tape with her teeth. Unwrapping this bundle, she carefully layed it over her other bandage and twisted it around her waist. After putting one more bundle on the wrap around, Celeste relaxed, pulled down her shirt and adjusted her shawl.
With that done she looked up at the man who had followed her. Too weak and robbed of spirit to glare at him, she simply said in a resigned tone:
"Who are you and what do you mean by missing me? I don't event know you! What do you want anyway, I dn't think I'm in any condition for anyhting though."

((Bah, I guess I'll post one more before I hit the hay ^ ^))
As he stood over her, feeling helpless as she glanced at him with a look of one who did not want his help, he felt a certain sense of pity, as well as a great sadness that came over him..
Her body was so slim, it looked as if she hadn't eaten for days.. her hair, once so beautiful, now entangled down to her knees.. her eyes, the flare and fire that once lived there.. completely gone. It crushed him to see her this way, and even more so because of the fact that he had no idea how all this had happened..
His eyes watered as he watched this struggle Celeste was in.. her blood pouring onto the floor.. her breathing deep and heavy... how did she get like this?
As she spoke, he could not help but feel even worse as he realized she had no clue who he was.. he was so shocked at all these happenings, he had almost forgotten about the fact that he himself had changed so much...
He looked down to the ground silently for a while, trieing to gather his thoughts for a few moments, before looking back into Celeste's eyes with his own dark crimson eyes, another factor that would have probably led for her to believe that he was someone else..
He had so many questions, so much he wanted to know.. so much he wanted to help in.. yet the words didn't come to his mouth. After a long pause, silence filling the hallways, he managed to speak, his voice soft and almost quiet in a way "....have I changed that much?" was all he managed.
