Nathan nodded, wondering at the astute comment. He realised that he didn't want to take it off, a thought that was swiftly followed by a head shake: it wasn't magical, and he didn't need it.
With that in mind, he smiled at Hayate. "No, it's not magical. I've never been upstairs before, s-so would you wait here while I go to the bathroom? That is, unless you'd do me the favour of coming with me to the toilets - just to reassure me that I don't look hideous with the plaster off?"
He was clearly completely innocent in his suggestion, in no way thinking of anything else they could do in the quiet of the toilets...

Hayate blushed a little. He wasn't anything like Davyn, but the thoughts did quickly cross his mind. He quickly shook them off and nodded. "I doubt that you would, but I don't mind either way."

The Angel beamed gratefully. "Thanks! Sorry if it's a bother, but I'll just whip the patch off real quick!" He started off towards the toilets without glancing around to make sure no-one was going to follow him.

Hayate shrugged and followed Nathan. When they went into the restroom, he noticed that there was no one else around. He thought nothing of it then and he simply stood next to Nathan.

Nathan was peering into the tiny mirror - they weren't 'important' features in the gents - without getting too close. Then he sighed since he'd never see anything in such a pitiful excuse for a mirror.
He turned to Hayate, blinking as he found the other man to be close. "Lucky you came with me - I'd never see my reflection in that!" He gestured to the 'mirror', then put his fingers to the edge of the patch and yanked whilst being careful not to elbow Hayate.
"Owch-!" He mumbled, feeling his cheek burn around where the patch had been.
"How does it look?"

Nathan released a breath of relief, then wadded up the patch. As he spoke, he moved around Hayate to search for a bin - his hands unconsciously roved from Hayate's shoulders to his hips, touch light and utterly innocent (he didn't make contact with any areas that could cause offense). He merely wanted to ensure he wouldn't knock into Hayate as he moved.
The Angel's hands ended up resting on Hayate's hips as he stood back where he'd been originally. "Drat... no waste-basket..." he muttered.

Hayate stared at Nathan for a moment. He then smiled and wrapped his arms around Nathan. He pulled the angel closer and held him for a moment.

Nathan was surprised by the hug, but he returned it. Then he blushed fiercely as he realised that he'd been touching Hayate all over without a word. "S-sorry, didn't want to knock or hit you when you were standing so close..." he stammered, a sheepish smile in place. Yet he didn't move away from the embrace - it was natural for him to cuddle people if they needed it...

"It's alright," Hayate whispered. "You can touch me all you want. I won't push you away."

Nathan smiled gently. "I won't touch me unless you want me to... or need me to..." he added, referring to impromptu hugs. He leant forwards to peck Hayate's cheek, hovering for long enough that the other man could move if he wished - either away or into Nathan's lips.

Hayate blushed a little and pressed closer to Nathan. "You're too cute Hatchi." He placed a hand on Nathan's cheek and leaned in close as if to kiss Nathan. He stopped himself however and waited for a reaction from Nathan.

The Angel smiled, still shy even as he pressed his lips to Hayate's in a sweet, brief kiss before pulling his head back. "Thank you for the compliment..." he murmured, face still red.

Hayate smiled back and wrapped one arm around Nathan's waist. "Let's go upstairs now, okay?"

Nathan nodded. "Alright - and I'm trusting your judgement, okay? One person screams due to the hideous scratch and I shoot back into here." He winked, hoping that Hayate knew he was kidding as he relaxed into the other man's arm.
