Arvid listened to the female's explaination of what she knew, about things changing and new things coming, like children born of acorns. He craned his neck to take a peek at the new 'race' that was off playing with another Pae'il.
"How odd..." he muttered, stroking his chin, thinking about all this new information.
Nitidu finished the letter, a quizzical look on her face. With what the letter said, the island was moved from floating up in the sky to out at Sea, and it seemed intentional. She found this choice to be very odd, but the Guardians had final say no matter what.
She looked at Cutter and smiled a meek smile, showing she was still unsure about this whole situation.

sailornorthstar Eclipse smiled as he walked along as well. He didn't think moving it would be easy, but it was odd now. Then again maybe the lake could use a lighthouse? Why change just because the isle did? Coronus nooded back with a smile. "It would be a hard thing to move for I bet that it is really heavy any why do we have to change just because the island moved A lighthouse can be used by people who are not at sea just as well as people at sea. It could help your girl friend find her way to you." She then looked at Eclipse "or help us find our way to you." As they walked the ground sloly became softer and was getting between the paes toes. Coronus stopped for a second and pulled off her slipper type shoes holding them in one hand. Eclipse nodded. "That's very true. One for the lake and one for the ocean. I think it will be fine." He watched as they neared the beach. It was a beautiful view. Yeah, if you like salt water and seagulls.Apollo nodded. "Thanks. I think you are right." He knew that as long as Dayht was fine with it then he of course would be. He made it for them after all.

Coronus smiled as she saw the ocean it seemed like a dream. "And I could help you build one to look out on the ocean. " She looked over at Eclipse and Apollo. "It is a beautiful sight isn't it so peaceful like nothing in the world could make it go away."

Eclipse did have to agree that it was very nice looking. He walked over to the water and put his feet in. He wouldn't go any farther as he didn't like swimming with the possibility of losing his staff, but he did want to feel the water at least once.
"Sure, Mom maybe!" Apollo smiled as he saw the water. What a wonder. He wondered what this would really mean. It was odd after all. No longer was he worried about the lighthouse. it would be fine.

Growling and grumbling a bit, it wasn't a pleasant sight that met Kane's eyes when they reached the HQ. He paused, hesitating...an odd look for the tiger...and he forgot to object to Faroth coming up beside him and resting a hand on his head. That was...a rather large crowd of Pae gathered there. Though, he thought he could pick out a familiar scent or two above the rest...
Faroth paused as well, absentmindedly scratching the tiger's head...but only earning a tired look of irritation at the act. That...was a lot of big, new Pae. Even for the spunky faun child.
Then again, he'd shown up flanked by a tiger, so perhaps they weren't quite as intimidating as they seemed. The faun bounced from hoof to hoof, ready to explore this new venue when a voice rang out over the crowd. He wouldn't have paid much attention...except he recognized the name being called and was far more interested in hanging around to watch whatever was about to unfold.
"KANE!" There was no mistaking that coloring, not even with the given shapeshift. That was her son, unseen since that terrifying night at the Healing House.
Takeko burst from the gathered crowd, falling to her knees and wrapping her arms around the tiger's neck with no signs of hesitation. "Oh, thank the Guardians, you're safe," she murmured, face buried in the tiger's fur. Only when she realized how awkward and tense the feline felt in her arms, did she let go and sit back. "I'm sorry..."
Muzzle turned aside, the demon quickly shifted from feline to his normal winged form, coughing awkwardly and muttering quietly as soon as he had normal vocal cords once more. "Yeah, yeah, whatever...it's fine. Good to see you too...Mom." He rubbed his neck, looking awkward still until he finally looked back at her and offered a hand to help her stand.
Relief evident in her smile, Takeko took his hand and climbed to her feet. Now assured that at least one more of her children were safe, the angel's attention finally turned towards the child standing nearby. "Oh my..." Another one? "I see you've made another friend, Kane."
Saffron chuckled a bit at his mother's apparent attention-problem, though he understood, having heard what she yelled before she took off. "Apparently, my err...older brother is about," he explained to Arvid with a smirk. "He's...a bit different from what I hear, but Mom always speaks well of him. Well, mostly." He'd probably have to explain, but there was so much going on right now, it might have to wait 'til later. At least, until Arvid asked a specific question.
For now, Saffron's eyes were on the odd toddler playing with Melek. As he let his eyes drift in the direction his mother had run, he noticed a similar being, but this one obviously older. A child perhaps? "By the Guardians, it's another one," he murmured, staring.

Texas trailed shortly behind the tiger, Magnus and Criofan actually standing back a bit from their surprise at the rather huge crowd all gathered at the Headquarters. With Vangelis held tightly to his chest, Texas watched as a woman, yelling Kane's name, suddenly burst away from the crowd and began showering affection on the demonic tiger. Admittedly, it was an amusing sight, and Texas lightly chuckled at Kane's reactions.
"Looks like a lot of people made their way here," offered Texas, quietly, not wanting to interrupt any possible tender moment the two had going on. He then bounced little Vangelis in his arms, who giggled cheerfully before snuggling closer to his new daddy and using Texas' chest as a drum once again.
There were a whole lot more people here, but Vangelis didn't seem to mind. There were so many various sounds ringing through the air as people talked that it seemed to do nothing but fascinate the boy. He looked around in wonder at all of the different Pae'il, big and small, before deciding it was time to attempt to tap out a rhythm on Texas' chest that mimicked the ebbs and flows of the universal conversation.
Admittedly, the little faun was rather good at that.
"That's... a shitload of people," commented Criofan, with widened eyes. He had never been particularly comfortable with large groups of people, and admittedly, this throng was a little bit frightening. Sure, it was easy to blend in within a crowd, but right now, Criofan wasn't looking to blend in and he wasn't a very social person anyway. He took a step back before pushing Magnus forward to the Headquarters.
Magnus rolled his eyes at Criofan. "Whiny."

Elizabeth nods a bit and shifts the child to her other hip. What's your name, little sprite? she thinks. "I'll have to think on it," she says. She looks to Amapola. "So what's the plan?"
"Plan? What plan? I don't have a plan."
