In my slightly-educated opinion, I'm pretty sure Taoism is generally like Buddhism, but I could be wrong. I think Feng Shui is involved with Taoism.
*Feng Shui, is you didn't know, involves house gridding for correct and beneficial flow of Chi (Also known as the energies we work with in life and ritual/spells, and it's also the Force in Star Wars).

I love reading about those sorts of religions, and part of the reason I like Wicca: there's no 'That's evil, don't do it or you'll die/we'll hate you/You'll go to Hell' sort of things. The negative is just accepted, and occasionally worked with. I like that being able to free from shame and guilt and fearing bad things will come that aren't caused by karma. It seems to be followers of balanced and nature-based religions lead the most successful & accepting societies.

It wasn't your fualt those kinda mails (warnings threats hate mail etc within those lines) makes my heart sink enough to ignore them and feel bad...anyway my mom would kill me she asked what I was doing(meditating) and asked where I learned it form, I lied and said a book she said VERY strenly "You don't practice Wicca they worship nature thats bad" and she kept seeing me nervouse and tried to make me confess. And where is everyone getting bats and candles???

Um, how can you look up if there are shops around you that sell supplies for spells?? there gotta be one in Michigan somewhere...

Try a search engine or the yellow pages try W for Wicca or maybe it be listed under new age?

Things wont be as bad as you think. they never really are.
