Ishira waited for Lina to leave. She sighed, and looked down at her pendant.
"Sorry, i would give it to my sister.... If it werent for the fact shed love to experiment on it... She does that..." She chuckled as she thought about it. "She loves figuring things out.. And this is rather important.. My mother gave it to me..... I was wondering... " She looked straight into his eyes, hoping he would see she needed him to do this...
"Is it possible you can keep it with you... Without my dojo i have no place for it, and i dont want to lose it... I need to know its safe and i know you.... Do you mind?"

Reeve gives a sigh, sliding down the wall into a sort of kneeling position. "Yeah, Ish, I mind. I don't have a dojo, I'm not in my right mind for large tracks of the day, I'm being watched by a pack of weirdos who think I'm their brother, and unfortunately, I hardly know you. I'm completely unqualified to watch over anything of value, especially if it belongs to you."
He looks up at her, eyes somewhere between sympathetic and 'what's wrong with you.'

Ishira smiled and kneeled down in front of Reeve. She maintained her eye contact with him carefully before speaking.
"What i know of you in enough... You took me in when all you knew of me was that i was your brothers wife... I trust you and i know that my choice is right. " She tried to give him her best smile as she talked to him. Something didnt seem right, but she had her mission and she had to finish it.

"Yeah, being my brother's wife makes me obligated to watch out for you," Reeve says. "And stop with the 'I took you in' stuff. I didn't do anything. You seem to forget I'm not in charge in any capacity any more. I didn't do anything that Lina or Iri didn't."
He shivers, wrapping his arms around himself. Time for another dose. "Can't keep track of my family, can't even keep track of my pills and you want me to babysit some bauble of yours?"

"Ha, you decided to look out for me even though you saw that Tutsumi and i ended. You did as much or as equal to what the others did. You could have just left me, im not in any relation to you anymore. And yes you did do something, you cant deny that considering this is your Dojo, whether you mind set is right or not. " Ishira saw him shiver and wondered if she should back off a bit... If she did though, would Reeve take it as she was giving up? No... Ishira needed him to take the pendant. "If your afraid you would lose it, why not wrap it around your wrist or on your neck. Its not safe on mine, because for some reason im attracting all kinds of fights..."

"Pay attention. This is NOT my dojo," Reeve says irritably. Beyond that, I spent an indeterminable amount of time with the enemy, apparently, and it's you attracting fights? Something is wrong here. Why are you so intent on passing this rock to me? It is not a single percent safer with me."

"It not a rock!" Ishira scrunched her browls and pulled the pendant back to her. She looked down at it her hands as she clasp the stone again. It was important.... Not something that could be replaced. "Its far more important then that.... I think its safer with you... I think you could keep it safe when i cant.... The enemy is watching you, but they said they are here to just watch... Ask Lina. Right now they arnt too happy with me... Or Lina for that fact, so its not safe with us... I guess i could go to Tu...." Ishira stopped. She bowed her head and sighed. How was this going to work?

Ishira head snapped up and her frown deepened.
"I dont think hed even try to take care of it. No matter how much he owes me..." Ishira sighed, fell back onto her a** and crossed her arms over her legs, allowing the pendant to dangle. "Your a responsible person... Or at least i thought so.... " She mumbled, her face halfway dug into the crevice of her knees. If this were Tutsumi she would have already gotten it around his neck.... That is if they had still been together.
"Reeve, i trust you even if you dont trust yourself. Im not just saying this. Hell you dont have to take the pendant... Im just saying... Your a good person, you can do a lot and yah your having some problems now but your fighting through it... I would have given up.... Youve gained my sisters trust as well, and thats not something that can be easily given away... " She closed her eyes, trying her best not to think of other things. She wanted to finish this mission, but there wasnt anything she could do but ask him to take the pendant. She couldnt force it on him.... Though she wanted to... She sighed, well at the least she could tell Reeve he wasnt what he thought he was. "You have the enemy so close and yet you dont run... Thats something to look up to."

Reeve stares at her, as deadpan as Lina could ever be, ticking off problems with her theories on his fingers.
"One, fighting is what we all do. It's what we're trained to do. We don't run. Two, Lina doesn't trust me. Hell, she nearly killed me and interrogated me to see if she needed to finish the job. And three. I am NOT a responsible person. If I was, I'd be with my wife and child right now!"
He runs his hand through his hair. "You don't know me as well as you suggest, and you're getting desperate."

Ishira popped her chin on her knees. Her eyes were sad and she half glared at Reeve.
"No Reeve, i was just reminded of my family. Oh wait! What family?" She tsked and looked away from him, as if hurt. She was though. Thinking about that did hurt... She tighten her grip on the pendant so that her hands wouldnt go to the ring hidden by her chest. "Lina just that way.... Theres always things we wish we could have changed... Does not keeping my family together mean im not responsible? " She had taken what he had said hard. Here she was, her two only children dead, one of their fathers dead, while the other was going insane....

"Don't try to guilt me into it, either," Reeve says, shaking his head, tiredly. "It's not necessarily irresponsible to lose your family. It happens. But when you're given a second chance, when your wife literally comes back from the dead, and you ******** that up, too, then yes, it's on you. And if, in that ******** up, you manage to have your child stolen again , then yes, it's on you. That makes me irresponsible."

"Im not guilting you into anything.... You already said your peace on my request. Im just expressing that i dont feel you are anything you have said you are. " Ishira undid her arms and stuffed the pendant into her pocket angerly. She stood up and looked down at him. He looked weak, easy to break... But she knew he was a threat, that somewhere he was the man he use to be.... "Both my daughters died, and my first husband did, and i just watched. I froze... At least you did something...." She went to turn away. God she hated what these people did to her. She just wanted to leave, and now she would have no where to go... Neko would be pissed.... Her thump fiddled with the pendant in her pocket and she sighed.
"You contradict yourself... You keep saying that your irresponsible because of your family... And i say the same and some how im not irresponsible? Your not, you got a second chance, and yah it didnt work out well Reeve, but some times thats what happens... It doesnt make you irresponsible... It just means you got dealt a shitty hand. "
