Only thing I could see was that when you listed your Pokemon in the first post, you didn't assign them numbers and just decided to call them out randomly... so then your last post was a different order than your first, even though it matched the order you called them out in. (Most people kept their order throughout.)

EDIT: Found your problem.
You failed to list all Weaknesses etc. of your pokemon. (See front page- Under Disqualifications.)
For example, Houndoom is Weaknesses: Fighting Ground Rock Water (all x2) and Immune to BOTH fire and psychic.
