Wong tapped his foot impatiently. He didn't particulaly care what happened, as long as something did.
Cat sighed. "Passive agressive much? Go wake him up, Wong."
Wong nodded and moved off toward the back bedroom.

Danny shrugged as well. "I'd imagine it would be the same as everyone else. I'm possessed by a demon, and I still needthe normal amount of sleep."

"Well, it was really all we had to begin with, and an extra few seconds while we messed around trying to figure out who was behind the door without looking behind it wouldn't have made that much difference anyway." Spider-man said resolutely. He would have dearly loved a nap of his own, as he had forcibly wired his brain to remain conscious as long as this crisis was looming, but it had been looming for some time, and he imagined he could feel his own neurons burning to a crisp...

However, when Dr. Steven Strange emerged, he looked disproportionately improved. The dark circles under his eyes had gotten considerably lighter, and his face was less pale. It even looked as though he'd showered. Calmly, he walked over to the door and answered it. "Please come in," he said politely, standing aside so that Superman, Wonder Woman, the younger Spider-man, and Flash could enter.
The Flash immediately zipped inside and sat down on the couch. "Don't mind if I do!"

"Thank you." Superman said reflexively, as he stepped into the Sanctum. he regarded the man who had frozen him in place with an act of sheer will. Then, forgetting if he had introduced himself properly on their last meeting, he added,"I'm Superman." extending his hand.
Spider-man jutted his head out form behind Ghost Rier, who had been blocking his view."Oh, Superman, I'm so glad it's you, listen, we have more problems. In New York alone, we have four symbiotes, Doomsday has come back, and he's palling around with Apocalypse and that Scarecrow guy. I don't know if Doom should be the immediate priority anymore..."

Dr. Strange shook the proffered hand briefly, and glanced at Spider-man. "Wait, what is Apocalypse doing?" And last he'd heard, Victor was still hiding out in Latveria.
The younger version of Spider-man peeked out from behind Superman, trying to get a look at this version of Strange. Well... This one looked competent... But so did his version.

"He's talking to that guy who was fighting Superman, the one you threw into an alternate reality." Spider-man said. "And to this other guy who uses some kind of fear-inducing toxin with Kung-Fu..."
"Scarecrow." Superman said grimly. Not a heavy hitter, but not someone you wanted on the bad guys team either. "You're right." Superman said to Spider-man. "Doomsday takes top priority, but with all the firepower at our disposal, we should be able to take him down with minimal, perhaps even no collateral damage, what about this Apocalypse guy?"

"Bad news," Strange said flatly, "Very bad news. He's the most powerful mutant in existence."
"Okay," said Flash, stretching out on the couch, "So we go and take out Doomsday and Apocalypse. Seems pretty straightforward. Wow," he said, noticing Cat. The next second, he was right next to her. "Hello, gorgeous."
Cat raised an eyebrow. "Who are you supposed to be?" Flash opened his mouth to respond, but before he could, she continued. "Nevermind. I don't care. Why is there a miniature Spider?"
"Hi, alternate Cat," Spider-man said dully from behind Superman, "You look great. Say, this would be a great time to catch up! ... If, you know, the city weren't being leveled as we sit here talking."
Cat just stared.

"Mini-me has a point." Spider-man said, managing to keep his laughter to a minimum, "we need to go, now. We can fill everybody in on details while we move."
Superman nodded, remembering. "I heard Spider-man telling Batman about him over the comm, he sounds about as dangerous as anything we've handled."

Spider-man muttered something about being called mini-me, but managed to stay quiet otherwise. He wasn't that much shorter; three or four inches, tops. Also, he didn't know anything about this Apocalypse person. ... Well, he could just stay on crowd control, or something. Someone had to do it.
"Alright. I'm sorry, Felicia; I'll have to deal with your problem when I get back." Strange paused, looking at Danny. "Will you be accompanying us?"
