I am working on it. Hoepfully....I get better at it. he said with a grin. They both knew he would really, that was why he had her after all, but he had to try.

 "Huh, it's a miracle!" Erickka replied with a small smile. She swung her legs over the edge of the bed. Her feet hit the ground softly and she felt soft carpet beneath her feet. She got up and moved herself to a sitting position. She did this slowly, yet colors still flashed before her eyes. Pink spots littered her vision, but she could make out Embry's form. Erickka steadied herself on Emby's left shoulder, and slowly began to get up. She moaned softly as she pushed herself up. Erickka was able to stand on her feet for a couple seconds, before falling back on her butt and back onto her bed. "Whoa. A week of unconsciousness really takes somethin out of a girl." she muttered. ((longish post!!))

He watched her dazzled. She really was an amaazing person. One week of being in a coma and all she wanted to do was stnad up and get moving again. He spotted her as she fell so she wouldn't hurt herself anymore then possible. Then again, maybe falling on her butt a few times will teach her to stay resting for as long as possible . Carefull there darlin', wouldn't want you to fall and get another coma he said jokingly.

"You think I'm that clumsy?" Erickka said in a hurt voice.
She put a finger to her chin in thought.
"And you just might be right." she added sheepishly.
Erickka still swung her legs lightly over the edge of the bed. All she really wanted was to get moving again. It felt wrong to be shut up in bed all day. She already had a week of that, now she just wanted to get up and move.

Erickka sighed. She reached up her left hand to her eyepatch. She didn't touch it as hard as she did earlier.
"That was my dominant eye too..." she muttered.
Quickly realizing her depressed diposition, she changed the subject.
"Grrr. I wonder how long it'll take for me to get up." Erickka asked no one in particular.

Well if I hold you up, you can be up like...right now. he said offering his help. She'd get over the eye thing, plus it would get better soon . IF it didn't, he would find a way to drag her up to the Cullen house and get him to fix her up. He was the only doctor that they could trust, even if he was a vamp.

"Weren't you the one who just told me to get my rest?" she asked while lifting her right eyebrow.
Thank God she could lift both. She laughed softly and took his hand to get up. Erickka rocked on her heels before gaining her balance. She used Embry's shoulder to steady herself.
"It's a miracle. I can semi-stand on my own two feet!"

He laughed Well maybe I just want you to be happy. He held her up, just to be sure that she wouldn't fall and murder herself. So you think that you wanna get that patch fixed, or do you wanna wait a bit? he asked.

"Sounds like a contradiction to me." she said coyly.
"Well, I think I should just wait a little while. It'll heal up soon enough. I never liked doctors anyways. Thats why I always carried my own first aid kit in my backpack." Erickka added sheepishly while pointed towards her backpack.

Ya but......whatever! he said tightening his hold on her waist. It's just that, it's been a week, maybe you need some doc attention. he said a bit lamely. He was just really worried.

Erickka rolled her eyes.
"Give me one week, and I swear it'll be better. There might be a scar, but it'll be healed." she said with a confident smile.
She put a hand softly to the hand on her waist calmly. Erickka looked up at him and gave a softer smile to him.

"No excuses Mr. Bigman." Erickka said while changing her smile to a simple smirk.
She moved her hands up and used her index fingers to pull each side of Embry's mouth into an obviously forced smile.
"Why so serious?" she asked while quoting her favorite Joker.

Sam smiled at the little runion. "Ok Emby that's enough go run patrols now that she's better. Erikka you stay in bed, that's an order." he said in a ftherly yet alpha tone, he wasn't giving them a choice they had to obey. he quickly covered Erikka back up in the covers of her bed and kissed the top of her head, "It's for the best" he said softly when she pouted, "And no sneaking off I order you to stay in this bed until your better" he commaneded again smiling at the way she pouted he knew she had to listen.
