"Guen I can't say for sure but he" Kalas pushed Guen out of the way and swatted down a blue lighting bolt with he staff. Kalas skin became a brilliant black. She looked into the direction of where the bolt was fired. Sinis was hanging off the edge of a rooftop. "Fait reuein suon ootis Sinis. (So you finally appear Sinis.)"

Sinis let go of the chinmeys edge and landed on the ground. "Kalas..." Sinis said holding his fist in front of him. "BURN" A small ring on the ground surrounded Kalas. A second later Sinis rose his hand up into the air, and a great gushing funnel fo flames rose to the sky burning the edges of houses that surrounded it.

With one slash from her staff, she negated the funnel and it disappeared into thin air. The houses that were caught by the funnel began to blaze with scorching heat. "Guen, get everyone away from here." Without a second thought Kalas charged Sinis with ungodly speed casting various kinds of magic that casted brilliant lights yet caused massive destruction to the area..

Sinis knew his key to victory was to get into close combat. Kalas magic was a force not to be reckon with. A direct hit and his body could be severly injured. He activated his soul swords and charged at Kalas as well, with his skin become a briliant red.

The two Shadow Demons, fueled with hate and anger towards one another, fought with ungodly speed and power. In fact in less than 15 seconds an entire block of the town was engulfed in their destructive power leaving nothing intact. Both of them locked weapons and it became a contest of raw power.

"Where is your back up?" Sinis asked.

"You know how he is."

"He?... Ralkis?..."

"Who else would they send with me?"

"With that it simply means victory will be mine!"

Sinis overpowered Kalas in their deadlock. Both of them pushed away from each other to choose their next move.

Kalas felt her neck get cut. from Sinis overpowering her. It was clear to her now. Sinis was after her jewel. As for his reason. She had no idea.

"It's not locked... Who would honestly enter our home... They'd be insane." she laughed as she pushed the door open, "You never told me what you wanted to eat..." Oriana took off her heals and slipped back into her slippers, then shuffled off to the kitchen to make a fresh batch of Iced tea and get ready for what Auren wanted to eat.

Oriana sighed and started putting the pots away, "So much for that..." she mumbled to herself. she took her glass of iced tea and left the kitchen, "I'll be in my study if you need me."

Oriana grabbed a few books off of her shelf and threw them at her desk. After she had a nice pile forming by her chair she strode over and sat down, Picking up the books and placing them in a stack in front of her. she grabbed the one on the top and read the cover, "The healing arts, By Kaos Kessaku. Huh..." she flipped it open and read through the table of contents, "Resurrection?"

The topic caught her attention, and she frantically flipped open to the page. after a moment of disbelief she flipped through it, just skimming to see if it was worth reading. She turned back to the beginning of the chapter and read it, then flipped back and read it, Taking notes.

It was now very late, and Oriana was wide awake, fascinated by Kaos's writings. she read the chapter one last time, read her notes, then burst out her study door, "Auren! I can Resurrect Kaiser!"

"Well," Oriana cleared her throat and approached Auren with her book, "According to several studies done by Kaos Kessaku, A famous Healer known throughout the realms, Any race can Resurrect someone, as long as they're Lapis Lazuli or higher. Though Lapis Lazuli users are at a risk, because it will use all the energy they have in their jewel, and they will be in recovery for a month or so." she stuck her notes in the page and closed the book, "I could once i recover from using so much energy in the last fight. What do you think?"

"I read up on what would happen if your jewel got too weak, and basically... So long as nothing too stressful or devistating emotionally happens for the whole month or two that i'm recovering." she paused for a moment, "I should have no problems at all."

She smiled and hugged Auren, "If you're not comfortable with it i won't do it. I just miss cooking..." she sighed and released him, "I'm going to go clean up my mess..." she shuffled back to her study and slowly closed the door.
